Michael is absolutely phenomenal, with fair and honest prices for his work. I did a good bit of research on plumbers in the area beforehand.He showed up on time, worked diligently and most importantly, he knows his business. We had a leak in our ceiling, believing the source was a faulty wax seal on the toilet, he quickly diagnosed the issue, discovered a corroded lead pipe and expertly replaced it. He’s as straightforward as you would hope for, offering a price and an explanation for his work. I will be contacting him if there are any plumbing needs we have in the future. Call him, you won’t regret it.

Looking around for a plumber, Im new in town and had a 11 year old water heater.This company showed when I searched the map for a plumber and did my usual trick to see if they were quality. Everything clicked so I called them, and 2 others.Michael replied quickly on the day his company was closed and offered to come over for free to look. Same day, and on his day off! Thats great service. One of the other two places that were open called me and offered a price $150 higher, so I thanked them and offered Michael the job. He showed up the next morning and replaced the hot water heater and expansion tank with much as a work, question of request. Got right to work and did a top rate job.So hes my plumber now. And youd find it hard to do better. Having owned many homes for decades, he is one of the best that I have had the pleasure to find and work with. If I could he would get 6 stars.This is a real review, just look at all that Ive given and also note I dont give everyone good reviews.

Michael is extremely honest, a quick and efficient worker, and does quality work. What I thought was a small drain unclogging job turned into a bigger pipe issue that involved going through the wall but not only did Michael have the work done and the problem fixed very quickly, his pricing for the bigger job was significantly more reasonable than other local plumbers. Absolutely will use again!

Courteous and professional. Very fair rates. I hired Michael to check a few things around my new home. Having had bad experiences with failed pressure regulators in the past, Michael confirmed my suspicion that the regular in my home was not functioning correctly and helped to replace it. Now i shouldnt have to worry about a failure and flood. Most definitely will recommend Heights Plumbing to those in need of a qualified professional.

We had a slow-draining tub/shower. We first called our home warranty company who couldnt send someone until 4-5 days later and said we needed to replace all our pipes (and they wouldnt cover it). Called Heights Plumbing and Drain Service, and Michael came out within 20-30 minutes and was able to fix the issue within 30 minutes. Will absolutely call him again!

I’m not getting paid or exaggerating! This man definitely knows what he’s doing! I previously hired three plumbers and none of them could fix the problem I was having!
