Hagler Plumbing, Cleveland Texas came through for us in Livingston Texas. We had an outside waterline leak. Bernard arrived onsite same day on a Saturday. He located the cause of the leak, communicated what he found and provided solutions. Bernard was polite, professional, on time and is very knowledgeable. There’s nothing like same day service especially during the holidays! My sink has been backing up and my efforts could not fix it. I called Hagler Plumbing & HVAC for service. They showed up quick, assessed the problem, not only fixed what I called about but located a leak under my sink. The customer service Bernard provided was impeccable! I called Hagler in a panic. I had paid a plumber the day before to fix my plumbing, they did not. So I called Hagler and the man that answered, John was so sweet and kind. He had to make some calls and he had someone at my house within an hour. My problem was also fixed within 30 minutes. Going forward If I ever need a plumber, this is who I will use. I can’t thank them enough for their expertise and fast response to my situation.

Had a great experience with this company yesterday. We woke up in the middle of the night to find our AC not running. I texted the owner at 7am to see if they could get anyone out to me. Her team reached out to me before 8 and scheduled to come out. The repair man was very nice and helpful.

I had a plumbing issue at my Memorial spa and they were so prompt to get to me. We then asked them to do a routine check on our AC and I love that they even showed what the tech did. I received a video text about the plumbing issue and the tech came down and showed what he did with the AC. It’s nice seeing what we’re paying for and what is actually being done for the job. Overall, amazing customer service and transparency with this company!

I cant speak highly enough of Mr. Hagler and his team! They are friendly, professional and quick to respond to commercial emergencies. His pricing is fair and if they are busy and your job might be delayed, he is honest about it upfront. Hagler Plumbing is my GO-TO for plumbing repairs!

Had everything stop up in my trailer Saturday about 7:00 PM.Had to find a plumber and someone on Facebook suggested Hagler. I called and was told the plumber would be there in an hour,that he was coming from Livingston on another call.I was thinking this whole time this will cost me a bunch of money.He arrived in less then an hour.Had to dig up sewer line to get to c/o.Had to cut the line to run the cable threw.Ran line and cleaned line very well.Mind you I work for a plumbing company as the Office manager,so I know about pricing and how it works, so I thought this is going to be high because it was OT.I was shocked on the price and I will call them again when I cant get our company out to take care of the job.Great company and very courteous and professional.I recommend Highly.

Hagler was the assigned company for our home warranty to fix a leaking water heater. As always we were expecting a “fun” visit from the 1st assigned tech that home warranty assigned, but John and Hagler plumbing were a great surprise. Most home warranty jobs end in a fight for days, but John went out of his way to ensure the job was completed today!John was professional, ensured all of our questions were answered, and did not give up even when it got to 100+ outside to get the job done! Highly recommend Hagler and John!!!

I am.beyond happy. Had a sewer leak,and the lines are under the concrete sidewalk and steps I have had 5 people out,to look at it,and they all never came back. ,John is so very helpful. He got a wonderful guy ot here,Earnest, he is very professional. Took time to explain to me what was happening. Did not have to bust the concrete. Was finished in one day,like 6 hrs. Im so impressed! I want to say THANK YOU to Hagler Plumbing & HVAC! Erik figured out the problem with my AC in minutes rather than taking my word for what I THOUGHT the problem was. He was polite, kind, and fast! He also explained the problem to me so now I know what to watch for in the future. The other company (that does a LOT of work locally and installed my unit 6 years ago) wanted me to WAIT for them to come BACK out to fix what they didnt fix the first time today!Because of Haglers white knight service today (responding to a call at 4:15pm and not charging me extra), they now have my business in the future!

Here is a rare must read glowing recommendation and acknowledgement of incredible customer service for a plumber servicing HOUSTON. In May we installed a new water heater at the house and it has a faulty pilot light which decided to act up in the midst of winter in Houston yesterday. Since parts would take some number of days - Eric Hagler took it upon themselves to Install a brand new system. No charge. All warrantied. It’s 7pm and the water heater just came in a bit ago to the office so they are sending a two person crew to insure we have water tomorrow morning. I’m sufficiently wowed!! If you need a plumbing company who does it right and, quite honestly, will be kind to the pocket book - call them. Best customer service ever!!
