Green Home did an excellent job installing my new HVAC equipment. It is tricky to figure out who to trust with these larger projects, but these guys were nice and trustworthy straight away. I didn’t feel like I was getting a forceful sales pitch but like they really cared about the unit I would choose. The men who installed it were nice and efficient. And when I had an issue with my thermostat they had it fixed the same day for no extra charge. They really seem to care about their customers even after the purchase is finalized. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new furnace or air conditioner!

I am sooo impressed with this company. Hector came out within 2 days of me calling about my issues of a great room that doesnt cool with our central air. He was so personable and knowledgeable and gave us a great price compared to other estimates we got from local companies. Cody and Ian (I think those were the installers.. Im terrible with names) did such a fantastic and super quick job putting in the unit and showing me how to use it. Im a NEAT freak and they left literally zero mess. Youd never even know they were here if it wasnt for the nice, cool great room. Highly recommend and would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

Hector was great. He made the process easy for us to make a decision on our central air unit. We were originally scheduled to have our unit installed a week after we received our estimate. When I had an issue 2 days ago, he immediately followed up to see what the issue was. Due to last weeks tornados, no electric and spotty phone service it took awhile to connect but once Michael called me, Hector called 2 hrs. later and Cody and his assistant Michael were there next morning and in 1 and a half hour later I had a new water heater. As a home owner, I dread the moment when something in my house is broken, because the process of finding someone to fix it is infuriating. Not so with Green Home Heating and Cooling! Here is my experience.After numerous repairs to our a/c and furnace over the years, we decided to replace both.1. I filled out the online contact form on a Thursday around 8 PM.2. I got a phone call at 9 AM the next day that they could send someone to give a free estimate two hours later. Win!3. Hector Suarez spent over an hour at my home taking various measurements and photos, and asking me lots of detailed questions. He prepared two quotes on the spot and spent plenty of time listening to my concerns and answering my questions. (Green, if you are reading this, give this man a raise!)[I contacted three companies; one never got back to me, and the other sent someone to give an estimate the following week. He came, but never actually emailed the estimate.]4. I contacted Hector to say we were ready to move forward; I was able to sign the contract online, and he immediately confirmed that he would have a crew at my house the next day.5. The crew showed up when they were supposed to and were highly professional the entire time.I now have a functioning HVAC system and am incredibly happy with the entire process. Its not often that I say something was truly easy and zero hassle, but this was honestly the easiest home repair process weve done. I would give them six stars if I could!

I am a very happy customer of Green Home Solutions. Their technicians Marty, Cody and Wasen were wonderful to work with. When my old Carrier furnace stopped working this winter, Green Home Solutions was the only Carrier dealer to come to my downtown location with a tricky parking situation. Marty diagnosed the problem with my 14 year old system, gave me an estimate for repair and recommendations for several new Carrier heating systems. When I decided to purchase a new Carrier Infinity system, Marty was very thorough and collected all the information, including photos of the location of my outdoor component on the roof to be removed, so that when Cody and Wasen arrived to install the new system, they wasted no time getting started removing my old system. Cody and Wasen skillfully put together the new indoor unit the first day, cleaning up as they worked. The second day, they installed the new component on the roof. Marty, Cody and Wasen were courteous and pleasant to have in my home. I noticed that all three of the techs were very thorough and skillful, and didn’t rush through the necessary testing. There is no doubt that I will recommend Green Home Solutions.

We recently purchased a 90 year old brick home in Brooklyn Heights that utilized radiant heat through a boiler system and had no ductwork. The home was unbearably hot in the summers and we did a lot of research to find the right contractor to install an air conditioning system without significant disruption to the beautiful stucco work found throughout the home. Gabriel did a great job explaining the different potential options and we ended up utilizing a Carrier system and taking advantage of the financing with 0% interest. Green Home Solutions also installed an Ecobee smart thermostat that allows us to control both the new AC and the boiler heat through multiple devices.Javier and the crew did a great job, working through some tough conditions that are found in older homes. We are very pleased with both the work and the professional way it was performed, and would recommend Green Home Solutions to anybody considering adding air conditioning to an older home with sensitive architectural features.

We replaced two 30 year old poorly functioning furnaces last year with two high-efficiency furnaces and two high-efficiency A/C units. We chose Green Home Solutions because of their emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency, and our utility bills now reflect definite savings. But what was confirmed for us was that the most important factor in choosing a new furnace is not so much the brand of furnace as the skill of the installers. Our work site was challenging as the upstairs furnace is in a closet in a loft accessed only by a small enclosed spiral staircase. The crew, led by Victor, with Bernardo and Kyle assisting, deconstructed the old furnace and lifted the new upstairs furnace over a 12 foot high loft wall, doing this by building scaffolding and using good old fashioned muscle power. Our downstairs furnace also had some complicated issues related to the furnace exhaust, and required some careful consideration as well. The thoughtful attention given by the crew to all these issues was more than impressive. Green Home Solutions provided excellent and even artistic workmanship (Victor), gave attention to every detail, were highly professional and courteous, and were meticulous in their clean-up. And by the way, their maintenance service (Marty) has been impeccable as well. They have a great professional team!

It was great working with Hector my salesman.There is no pressure.He is very professional, informative and if you need to contact him for any reason he will reply very quickly. The installers, Cody and his team did an outstanding job removing my old hvac unit and worked very hard installing my new carrier infinity system. Cody answered all my questions and walked me through how to use my infinity system. Afterwards they did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommended.

I had a very positive experience with Green Home Heating and Cooling. Staff is very professional and I was trilled to get a Carrier AC unit. Hector, sales representative, was walked me through my options and took the time to answer all my questions. I never felt pressured. The replacement thermostat failed after 5 months (certainly not any fault of Green Home). There customer service worked to make everything right; they sent a technician out right away. The technician not only replaced the thermostat but did a complete check of the system and made sure there were not any hidden issues. My only regret is not knowing about Green Home sooner - going forward they will be the only company I call!! Parma, OH
