In October of 2015 I shopped around for a company to replace my furnace. After meeting with four companies, I was most impressed with Original Donnelly. They were the most thorough in preparing my estimate, and the best at answering all my questions. So I went with them. They put in a new furnace for us and its been great. Last month (February 2016), when we encountered some electrical issues with some of the plugs and outdated wiring in our house I didnt even shop around. I just called Original Donnelly. They took care of our needs as I expected them to. I highly recommend going with them. They will do the work thats needed carefully and thoroughly!

Fantastic customer service !!! Our A/C unit stopped working and we called Original Donnelly for an estimate. Kevin came to the home and discussed our needs in a very professional and friendly manner. He gave us a few different options. We had a few other contractors come to the home for estimates as well. Kevin from Original Donnelly was the only one who mentioned code and permits. After some further research we decided to go with Original Donnelly for the furnace and A/C replacement. The technicians were fantastic !!! They were very polite and knew what they were doing. My wife was home with 2 small children during the 3 day install and they kept her informed and she said they never stopped working. The new units are up and running and we could not be happier !!! Excellent sales and after sales company. Could not be more impressed... Thank you Kevin and the Original Donnelly team for taking care of our family !!!! Youre the best !!!
