They have been great to work with. Tim came out to do our estimate and was so friendly and took the time to go over everything my husband and I. He also went above and beyond to help us find a propane company since we were without heat and it was the middle of the winter. The technicians that came out to do the work have been very clean and thorough. We would definitely recommend them!

I want to commend your service Tech, Brian Hughes, who found a bad switch on our humidifier yesterday during a maintenance inspection and was just here with the part and to finish the install work. I have had Brian on several occasions and is the tech I will always request to do service work at my house. You should clone this guy ... totally competent, skills clearly visible, and very well represents your company as a trained professional. You are lucky he works for you!! NO ... YOU ARE LUCKY he works for you! Brian is truly an A++ tech and he is the reason I will recommend Arco to others, and I will always be sure to have them ask for Brian. 49 years of service calls in our house and Brian is BY FAR the best tech from any company that we have ever had. Jeff, Dave and Mike did an amazing job installing a new air conditioner and furnace. They were friendly, were friendly with the dogs, laid down drop clothes and cleaned up any debris left behind! The house also smells so much cleaner with the indoor air quality Reme they put in. I can’t wait to have the ducts cleaned and Aeroseal done. Would highly recommend!

Just had my annual winter furnace checked by Jesse and I have to highly recommend his services. Outstanding meticulous job of inspecting the furnace, humidifier & filter. Brian H did a thorough job from the confirming of the appointment to a complete inspection. He explained what he was doing and covered what he found in detail. He also talked about improving the overall air quality with a UV air purifier. He answered all of my questions and reviewed what I should do to manage the system until the cooling season begins. A job well done and I have every confidence the furnace is ready for the heating season.

Today (10/18/24) Jesse Bonilla performed my annual furnace check. It was the most thorough furnace check that Id seen done for several years now. He inspected everything, cleaned components and explained everything he was doing. With prior furnace checks, the technicians were in and out within about 15-20 minutes, which were surely not as thorough as todays visit. Jesse clearly takes pride in his work and is definitely an asset to Arco. He should be considered a role model leader for your other technicians. Working in the service industry myself, trust me - I know an outstanding employee when I see one. Please keep him onboard with you. I will be requesting him for future service visits.

We just had a great visit from Arco technician Mike about an issue we were having with our central air in a home we just bought. He was very informative and helpful in confirming the existing unit was no longer functioning and needed to be replaced (we kind expected this as it was in line with the home inspectors notes). He then proceeded to give us all the options available and even get us set for installation in the same week. It was our first interaction with Arco and I was extremely impressed with the technicians demeanor and knowledge. So far the experience has been amazing and I expect that to continue. He gave me some helpful tips on my system as well as answered a question I had on my air conditioner. We discussed addition of a humidifier as well as sealing of ductwork but I do not have funds for that at this time. I was very happy with his service. No issues were noted.

Excellent technician. Came on Thursday for winter check-up, discovered crack in heat exchanger burner, shut down system against carbon monoxide leak. We were expecting cooler temperatures. Brian haloed us select a replacement furnace and air conditioner system, ensured that we got all price adjustments to which we were entitled, then worked with the office to reschedule other jobs and got our new system installed Friday. Five stars.

In the ever changing corporate take over and LCC business labeling it’s refreshing to get a technician as professional as Ryan Schulte. He was sent out on my semi annual HVAC system check, although my system is relatively new(4 years old), he throughly checked it out completely. During his inspection of the furnace he also did a gas line inspection to the furnace- everything checked out great. It was then he noticed that the gas line to the water tank was a little crooked and decided to run a gas sniffer test on it. Although not a significant problem there was a very slight leak. I would like to thank him and his company-Arco Home Services for their thorough service . . .

This rating is for a technician who was asked to go above and beyond his call of technical or service requirements. Brian Martin was sent in as a clean up guy and messenger for some less than favorable experiences. In the end I feel comfortable with the work that was done by Brian and Christian and with rebuilt trust will be moving forward with the company through Brian for my maintence. This would not be a positive review without his industry veteran customer service combined with technical advisory to his internal leadership. All which directly helped repair our experience. Brian is a patient professional and simply ensured proper reparations were made in our system. This is the guy you want in your corner as a company and as a client. He without waivering loyally protected his work environment while balancing a very unhappy clients experience. That type of initiative is critical while a company is growing and clearly exhibiting oversites and growing pains. In my professional and personal opinion Brian should be more involved in ensuring leaderships accountability over their technician teams as well as quality of parts used. Sometimes a bad situation turned around is a valuable review as salvaging failed experiences is part of any industry. Brian helped Arco display integrity and authenticity that often greatly lacks by the big guys. My family is grateful.

We required a new furnace due to a cracked heat exchange and wanted to add central air. When we had to submit for our loan he made the trip to our house on a Saturday which in itself was awesome of him. But it was quick, personable and we felt comfortable with him. After loan approval on May 25, we had the installers here in less than a week! They installed and completed yesterday May 31st. Our installers were Jeff and Tim. I’ve owned six different homes in my lifetime and have done light remodeling on all of them at one time or another. One of the challenges of light remodeling is deciding whether to “do it yourself” or hire someone to do the work. When purchasing materials from Big Box stores, it is often tempting to purchase installation services from the store at the same time. I’ve done this more than once in the past and more than once I have had unpleasant experiences and bad results. I am most pleased to say that the services provided by Arco Comfort Air (through Home Depot) were excellent and easily the best that I’ve ever gotten through a Big Box store. All too often, the contractors who work through such stores require everything to be “just right” before they will even start the work – and things are never “just right” in an older home. The worst situation is when you don’t even discover that something is not “just right” until the job has already been started. I purchased a new sink, garbage disposal and faucet from Home Depot along with installation from Arco. We ran into some minor unexpected challenges after the job started and Arco took it all in stride. It was the first time I’ve ever contracted through Home Depot, and I could not have been more satisfied with Henry Miozzi and the Arco crew. The experience has definitely given me more confidence in Home Depot services and Arco is certainly on my list of “go to” contractors as we continue to work on this house. I highly recommend them.

Henry always does a great job for me he is very knowledgeable about any plumbing issues and he will get the job done right. Beyond excellent. Henry went out of his way (additional assignments?) for me and was excellent in every way: on time, polite, very knowledgeable, efficient and completed the throne install cleanly to boot. I also liked the way ARCO emailed an appointment confirmation and later introduced me to Henry (complete w/picture ).Full 5 STARS !!Patt
