Called them and they gave me a one hour window the next day when they would be there. Called me 30 minutes before appointment to confirm he was on his way. Was finished pretty quickly. Answered all questions, charged a fair price and left my yard clean. I think it was the son that came to our house--he was young but knew his stuff. Not sure what else to ask for--good work, on time, professional, left my yard in good shape and charged a fair price. Ill have them back next time around.

I called J&B septic out and these guys went above and beyond to not only save me money on repairing my current system they explained everything in detail on what I needed to resolve my issue. Ill definitely refer them to my friends and family and I will forever be a customer. Great job!
