Mike just finished remodeling our entire Master Bathroom on December 5th, 2023. He did an amazing job and my wife and I are very pleased with our new bathroom. Mike was a true professional from start to finish. His tile work was phenomenal. You can tell he has been doing this type of work for years. He showed up as scheduled. In addition, he met me at the hardware store to assist with choosing materials to insure correct materials/supplies were ready when renovation started. He was very transparent during the entire process. I am extremely pleased with the end results.

Mike did a bathroom remodel for my mom(who I’m doing a review for). He remodeled the original bathroom in my mom’s 55 year old house that had never had any renovations. The end results were amazing. She now has a huge walk in shower, new vanity, and rearranged plumbing to allow more open access and open space. He was always on time everyday, cleaned up daily, and always communicated what was going on with the job. Very honest and upfront from start to finish. We would use him again, and definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a renovation company.

We had two bathroom showers remodeled with tile. Michael did an excellent job. We ended up adding a few more things to be done and it was no problem for him to get it done. He attention to detail is very impressive. (Example : where shower door would have been attached there was no stud, someone else might not have notice this and then they could have not attached shower door and tile would have had to come down and redone.) My shower door installers mentioned to me what a great job on the tile work.

Mr Poole has over 35 years experience and he is honest and resourceful and it shows.I had my children’s bathroom 2 years ago and now our master bathroom .We had to swap our drains and it was extended job just for drains , he doesn’t cut corners and do things right way.I wasn’t sure what kind of tile I wanted to put in the shower either.After Pinterest and sat w design coordinator at floor and decor I wasn’t still sure about my choices.I choose big tile for most of the shower wall but the wall wasnt quite even and he told me it will be hard to make it perfect even wall( see I don’t know what works and what doesn’t but he does )We end up going back to floor and decor and returned all of what I picked out 2 days earlier and he suggested what will go with my vanity - midnight blue/navy.We end up choosing off white and navy tile that has texture in it w great grout ...I was happy and even my husband was happier of the choice I made.He will do the job right and he will ask what I want but gives suggestions all the way through process.He is honest and great at what he does. Shows up when he says he does.Highly recommend him and his crew !

He’s a skilled craftsman that does meticulous work, minimizes disruptions to surrounding areas and cleans the work area daily, before leaving. We’re very pleased with the finished results and his price was excellent. We highly recommend his services.
