    Chase was awesome and professional. My saw decided to put a toy down the toilet and chase was quick to make sure he had all the supplies needed before he started the job.     My hot water tank suddenly stopped working yesterday. I used thumb tack to find a service to help me. A-Z is rated very highly so I contacted them about my issue.     Our water heater was leaking, and A-Z Plumbing & Drain came out incredibly promptly. I requested the earliest possible window that day, and Brandon was at my door at 8am sharp.Brandon assessed the problem, determined we needed a new water heater as the tank had rotted out in the old one, and had the entire job completed by 11am - under 3 hours end to end.Brandon was knowledgeable, explained to me what went wrong with the old heater and steps to take with the new one to maybe mitigate that.Pricing was also good. I researched the brand and model of the water heater they installed, and the price I was charged by A-Z was right in line with what I was seeing elsewhere.All in all, phenomenal experience with A-Z this morning, and I will be calling them again!

    My wife and I recently moved into our home, which was built in 1920. We love our house and the Cleveland Heights neighborhood, but we encountered an issue with our second-floor bathroom. The water was draining slowly in the sink and bathtub, and when we flushed the toilet, colored water backed up into the bathtub, which was unpleasant to see. We called A-Z Plumbing, and Dylan arrived on the same morning. He explained two options to us: either snake the bathtub and sink drains or remove the newly installed toilet and snake the pipe from there. I chose the second option, despite it being a bit more expensive, and Im glad I did. Dylan found a rag lodged deep in the drain line. I also agreed to have him run a camera through the line to check for other issues, and Im glad I did because he discovered that a drain line was not properly angled, leading to water and debris collection. Although it wasnt an immediate problem, standing water could compromise the pipe over time. This information will be helpful when we remodel the bathroom next year. Overall, I highly recommend A-Z Plumbing and their skilled plumber, Dylan.

    Chase and Team just completed a huge job of breaking up part of my basement floor and excavating my front lawn and replaced more than 20 feet of sanitary to the sidewalk. Chase was always upfront with me as to the severity of the situation and cost. I didnt feel pressured or duped. However, the pricing was steep—I was quoted $500 for a 30-minute job. While I was desperate and paid it, be prepared for a hefty price tag. They lure you in with quick service and a free estimate, but the cost may catch you off guard.

    My hot water tank was getting up in age and I wanted to see if it needed replaced. Ryan came out and was very knowledgeable and kind. He was honest and said our tank looks great and he wouldnt replace it yet. He gave me a quote for a tank less system and it was reasonable. He answered all of my questions without issue. If youre looking for an honest plumber Id definitely recommend A-Z. Ill for sure call them next time I need a plumber.     Had a great experience with this company, especially Jonathan! Put an inquiry in and they called me literally first thing the next morning and even tried me again later in the afternoon given I was not available when they first called. They had ample availability which was great (I find that most companies always are booking weeks out). In addition they actually came well within the window they promised they would. Jonathan was my tech who came out and he was lovely. He didn’t give up right away when the problem wasn’t immediately apparent and I could see him trying to find a way to help. Eventually he found the problem and did a wonderful and fast job fixing it as well as doing a little extra customization to help hide the fix which was much appreciated. Also loved that the company has coupons available which you never see and made a significant difference in the final bill. Would definitely use this company again and would be happy to have Jonathan again!

During our walk through, Ben (+ Andre) identified a potential ticking time bomb when it was realized that our water heater had sprung a leak due to age and tank corrosion, filling up the drain pan. They immediately went into action to ensure the issue was addressed professionally, fairly, and on the same day.     A-Z Plumbing replaced our sewer line this week. It wasn’t something I wanted to do. I was concerned with work performed recently in our neighborhood by other drain replacement companies. However, A -Z plumbing came out promptly, the technician, Caleb Teeters, was not only amazingly professional, but also amazingly competent and knowledgeable. He, quite literally, got right down to the “root” of our problem and helped to clear out our sewage line COMPLETELY! He had an awesome machine that allowed me to see what he was talking about that way I was able to fully understand what he was doing for me.     Our water tank went out on us so we called A to Z plumbing. I see the sign every day on route 8 going to work. Our technician was Jake. He was very friendly. He showed and explained everything to us. He went above and beyond.     These guys came out on a Sunday and tried as hard as possible to unclog an upstairs toilet in one of our rentals, we agreed the clog was worse than expected,so there was no charge! The next morning a supervisor came out with more advanced equipment and spent over an hour working untill woooosh down it when and all we paid was the initial quote!!!!!!!     I would give A-Z plumbing 100 stars if I could. We bought our home and two weeks later our hot water heater got a hole and flooded our entire basement. On New Years Day- Making matters worse. A-Z plumbing was at our home within an HOUR on a SUNDAY on a HOLIDAY. Ethan was incredibly kind and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only was he there immediately, he was able to pull a string and get us a new hot water heater that SAME DAY. The issue was fixed within 4 hours from first visit to finish of installation. I then went on line & although had used A-Z previously I started reading reviews & reading a lot about Tim and Larry who just received exceptional reviews on line.
