    Wanted to let you all know that we appreciated the service that Jonah Casey provided in checking our water heater. He was courteous and answered all our questions. We now know some time frames when we may need to replace equipment or add equipment.In addition, a plumber named Jessie who also checked the rest of the plumbing did a great job. He came a few days before Jonah and did some needed work.Overall your company has courteous and helpful personnel. Keep up the good work.

    These guys are awesome! I am in awe of my new HVAC system. These guys know how to do everything. My house is almost 100 years old.They took pride in their workmanship and I love the new system.Rich, Breezy and Brian are expert technicians and I appreciate everything they did.This old house is slowly becoming a home.I will definitely recommend them and give them more business!     Had the maintenance for my H&A Nov. 14. Had a good report and Anthony Pinion was very helpful taking the time to explain everything I had questions about. This is the third visit from this company and they are always very professional and understanding when I have questions. Would highly recommend this company. When talking to anyone from their office they are always very cordial and make sure all of the appointments are handled correctly.

    Stephen was so helpful in fixing my kitchen sink leak and dishwasher drain issue. He came out to my house promptly and gave me a courtesy text to let me know when he would arrive.     We had a sewer/septic issues on Thanksgiving with a house full of family, Seth was the on call plumber. He came out and resolved the issue quickly. Patriots pricing was a bit high, but that was to be expected on a holiday.The next day another issue arose and he came back out as soon as he could to diagnose and provide a quote to repair the underlying issue.The service (from Seth and the dispatchers) was excellent, but the pricing for service rendered and quoted repairs was the only thing that kept it from being 5 stars.

    Great experience. Anthony arrived quickly and was very professional. He did a great job of getting our air working again and left a clean work space. Made sure we understood the cost and why each thing was needed to be done before doing so. The cost was much less expensive than what I was afraid it would be too. He was very polite and friendly the entire time. It was a pleasant experience all the way around. I would definitely recommend using this service.

    Jonah did a wonderful job installing my new showerhead. There were some problems that he had to overcome, but he was able to do that effectively. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what needed to be done. I am very happy with his work.

Did an outstanding job and did a complete and thorough inspection then walked me through everything that was found during the inspection exactly as I requested. Very professional,courteous,and friendly. When he needed to enter the house he put covers over his shoes to prevent tracking in any dirt. Highly recommend.

    I was directed to them thought my home warranty. I was blown away by the level of knowledge and service that this company provided! Jonah was very thorough and went over more than I would have ever imagined. Where most places would have place a bandage on the issue, he found the root cause and was able to help me decide on how to correct the problem and also fit my budget! Highly Recommend!

    Michael and Seth are excellent! We had some concerns about the HVAC & Plumbing systems in the new house we purchased. These gentlemen presented us with some affordable options, made their recommendations, answered a multitude of questions, and were professional throughout! They even referred us to quality professionals for other tasks we needed done! Most impressively, they followed up afterwards to help make sure we were satisfied with their work. Highly recommend!

    James McClary receives 5 stars for his work, his commitment to common sense solutions, his politeness and respectful attitude, and for diligence in cleaning and repairing our old unit to the best of his ability. I had a small issue getting the work scheduled. I was told after I signed the estimate the scheduler would call me; they did not. I left a message, received no return call. On the third call the work was scheduled and all went well from there.I would highly recommend this company and especially James, with that caveat.

We had bought one but thought maybe it was not compatible with our heat pump unit.James could have installed a different thermostat but was honest and told us the one we bought was compatible and he installed it saving us several hundred dollars.I highly recommend Patriot Services and their team.

    I was getting my crawlspace insulated when they informed me that my drain for my sinks were not hooked up, leaks and I had pipes under the house not hooked to anything.They called Patriot that afternoon and they were here the next morning. They replaced all my pipes, drains, indoor and outdoor faucets over the course of two days and came back a few days later to do some small finish up work and make sure to fix any issues I had. (All were minor and taken care of)Jonah was the lead of the crew and kept making sure I was happy. He was very professional and worked hard getting everything done.If you live in the area and you need a plumber they are not the cheapest but I think that they are the best I have ever had.

    I just want to thank yā€™all so much for letting James come by to repair the problem that I had in my home before the storms hit he fixed it. He found other things that were wrong that the builders did not do correctly, but I knew there were things that were not done correctly. Heā€™s getting me a quote on putting in some larger From 14 to 16 inch vents instead of smaller. He did fix the airflow. Iā€™m very satisfied and I really am very satisfied with the bill but James done an excellent job showed me all the pictures showed me everything and Iā€™m completely satisfied with him at the end. I did ask for his card. I said once I get a good person I like to stay with a good person so he will always and your company will always be doing any of my air conditioning heating work that needs to be done. Thank you so much. He was a precious item to my home. Thank you .

    In this high heat when your AC falters youve got to have a reliable company to call. Weve always relied on Scenic City which is now Patriot Services. Our unit faltered at about 4 pm and I called them right away. I told them to send a technician out ASAP and James called me within a few minutes and gave his ETA. He called again when he was stuck in heavy traffic. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us an accurate cost estimate. He replaced the main fan motor on the outside unit, a fairly large job. He had it going in about an hour, as he had the spare parts in the van. James was very professional, a great communicator, and very knowledgeable! Thanks again for getting the issue resolved quickly!! You are the best!!!

    Itā€™s starting to get cold outside and the heat went out at 3pm. I was so worried that we would have to go the weekend without heat. Thankfully Patriot Services were able to send someone out. He stayed and worked way longer than anticipated. He reassured me it wasnā€™t a problem and he wanted to get the heat back running. His genuine concern was appreciated and he corrected the mistakes of several other companies - very thankful.

    We have had a lot of work on our new house done by patriot and the techs are always so knowledgeable and have been able to help us navigate what we need to do and what we should be looking for. We got all new hvac, a new water heater, the halo water conditioner (would definitely recommend) and Micheal Roy just came by and did the air scrubber on our air vents. He was great and gave us advice about our bathroom exhaust vents too. It is like living in a whole new house. Thank you all so much!

    I had Aron look over our HVAC system.He did a thorough and professional inspection. Pallas was here doing a plumbing inspection. He added a small water supply for the backyard spigot as well as a basement spigot.He did a thorough installation and inspection. Very professional and very pleased with both techs. Highly recommend!

    Our main water pipe to our house broke. We had water gushing out in our front yard. Patriot was recommended to us! We called and they came out within two hours on a Saturday. Gave us an estimate and had everything fixed first thing on Sunday! We are very pleased with Patriot! Demetrius and one other guy(not sure of his name)did an excellent job. Demetrius was very nice and polite. We will ask for him in the future if we have any more problems or just for maintenance on our A/C, water heater, etc. thank you so much for the speedy service.

    On 10/11/24, HVAC technicians James McClary and Ryan Johnson got our A/C unit running again. They were very thorough and courteous plus they took the time to answer my many questions. James was the senior technician and was obviously well trained. I was impressed with the depth and scope of his knowledge. He also worked up two options for future repair considerations. I dont hesitate to recommend these guys and Patriot Services. They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

    The owner of Patriot contacted me and we discussed my concerns and he promise to refund me my monies. I want to take this time to thank him for reaching out to me. I appreciate him taking the time to contact me and discussing the situation. He agreed to refund my monies paid since my issue was not resolved. I also discussed with him that I had used them before and had not had any issues before. I want to command him on caring enough to resolve the issues.Patriot came out to clear a back up and work several hours on it claim they had to dig to clear. The tech said itā€™s going to cost you 1500 we need to use a jetter apart the 490 that they charged.When I called the the office they had the Supervisor call me and I told him you are going to charge that amount and you didnā€™t fix my problem. He said well we can come out and make it right I told him only if I pay you more money. Clearly they are only stealing money from hard working individuals. I paid them for not fixing the problem now Iā€™m out $490 dollars for just sitting there and stating I tried to fix it. I hope you can sleep by doing this basically stealing monies from hard working people. I want you to know that I had Southeast Total out and they cleared the back up in 20 minutes with no digging or jetter. Anymore reading my review donā€™t use them they are horrible people.

    While drilling a hole to mount a hand rail where stud finder found a stud. However when the house was built they cut a notch in the stud for the water line right where I drilled. This was just before 5 pm. So I called Patriot as they have 24/7 service. Joe Pritchett came out and did an excellent job repairing the hole in a difficult hard to work on situation. I am pleased with his service and will use Patriot again if I need plumbing repair.

    I called Patriot to request an inspection of the ductwork in our 1920ā€™s-era bungalow. Weā€™ve had issues with musty air coming up into the house from the cellar. Weā€™re scheduled to have spray foam insulation installed but, since the HVAC system is also in the cellar, we wanted it inspected to ensure it is clean and efficient. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning with Michael Roy, an Air Quality Specialist at Patriot. Michael performed a complete analysis of our system and made a few simple recommendations. I was expecting to have to move or replace our old ductwork - an expensive option. However, Michael showed me thermal imaging and air flow analysis that proved that our ducts are performing just fine. He cleaned some blower components and provided us with affordable recommendations that will ensure that the air in our home is cleaner for years to come. He completed all of the work we requested in the same visit. I highly recommend Michael and Patriot Systems for anyone looking for honest, professional and courteous service.

    Would not recommended this company at all. The tech showed up, cleaned the coils and did a leak check. Said that there was a leak, then preceded to tell my husband a new coil would cost $2800. He didnt even look at the unit upstairs. As soon as my husband told him that repair was above our budget, he practically ran out the front door. Had our regular guy come out later that afternoon for a second opinion and he said that there is no leak. I dont care to deal with dishonest companies and will do my best to let as many people as I can know how this place chooses to run their business. Also the price to clean the coils increased by $200 since last year.
