    Chattanooga Water Heater Co gave me an estimate that was identical to another well rated service provider. However, Travis with CWHCo both educated me about my water heater, explained the cost of fixing vs replacing, and how it compares to the water heater they will use to replace it.My unit was from 2009 and I had been nursing it back to life for a couple of weeks taking the occasional cold shower.Travis had everything needed to perform the swap on hand. It was just under 2 hours total from the time they (Travis, His Father, and childhood Best Friend) arrived to inspect my water heater, educate me on my options, provide a quote, complete the install, educate me on the new unit and take payment.Locally owned and family run. I will use them again and again.

    Excellent service and fairly priced!! Other companies quotes were crazy high and charged extra for the drip pan and the disconnect box, this was included with Chattanooga Water Heater and they were still $800 less than 2 big name companies. They did the work in a little over an hour and replaced the pressure relief valve as the water pressure coming into the home was very high. This was also $200 less than others quoted. Fair pricing and friendly service, thatā€™s a winner!

    Today, we discovered our bottom element was not working our hot water heater. We called Travis around 2pm and they came at 4pm to give us an estimate. We accepted the offer and asked when it could be swapped out. We were thrilled when they said today!     About 8 am this morning (9/8/21) I discovered my 13 year old water heater was leaking from the bottom. I called Chattanooga Water Heater Co. and spoke with Travis, he told me what to do quit leaking and they could be out later today. He and Kendall arrived at 12:00 pm and at 2:15 pm we were back in business with a brand new Rheem 50 gal. water heater. They did a great job and Im very pleased with their work. Cleaned up and hauled off old unit! YES, I would use them again!

    Travis and the team replaced my water heater about a year ago and did a great job. They were very professional, courteous, responded quickly and very time efficient in their work. I recently had another issue which I thought was my water heater leaking, but it turned out to be a pressure regulator valve that had gone defective and caused the water heater to pressure relief. In between this event we again called upon them and they were able to pinpoint a water leak and repair it very quickly.     I was pleasantly surprised by this company. I called at 11:00 a.m. on a weekday, and they arrived at my house (30 minutes away) before 1:00 p.m. And they arrived with the uncommon natural gas, power vent tank that I needed, along with the plumbing pipe, fittings, and hoses necessary for the install. While onsite, I asked them to replace my pressure reducer, which they also had on hand.Im totally satisfied with the work done by these men. They work with a sense of urgency, and they are skilled plumbers. A+I paid roughly twice the amount I expected, but my pricing expectations are, admittedly, dated. If I did pay too much, I still think it was worth it. Where else does one find a qualified plumber to drop what hes doing so he can replace a water heater? Good luck if you dont hire Chattanooga Water Heater Company.

    I purchased a water heater from Chattanooga Water Heater co over a year ago.Last week I was doing some work on the house and my pilot light would not come back on no matter what I tried. I looked up ever YouTube video/instruction manual I could find online. I spent a couple hours doing this to no avail. Then, desperately I called Chattanooga Water Heater co (AT 9PM) to try and schedule an appointment so we could have hot water again.Im not sure what his name is, but he is the son of the company founder, but he didnt try and take my money, which he could have easily done, but instead, got one facetime with me and walked me through it step by step (about 20 minutes worth of his valuable time). This company is absolutely world class. I was extremely pleased whenever they first installed the new heater last year and I am even more pleased with the customer service after all of this time. This is the kind of company that I would want working on my moms house. They are honest people.

    My gas water heater was irregular. I called on a Monday morning after I saw it leaking at the bottom.They arrived in about 15 minutes. They were so courteous and efficient.     Great bunch of guys! They were courteous and honest about our water heater. They could get it running, but it was on its last leg so we chose to replace. They offer 18 months no interest with approved credit and the process took maybe 5 min. After approval they came back out with our new water heater and had it installed in just a couple of hours. Friendly service and a more than fair price.

    Came to home no service charge to check a job, that was a good quality nowadays.Although service was asked to pay $1500 no negotiation, not much give on a 50 gallon.Over all they came out quickly and were professional but I prefer a more down home type of company. Im sure the job would had been an AAA+++. Honestly, but myself I felt that making around $1000 profit for installing a probably $4-500 was a bit of a stretch.If I were to hire for a professional job were it needed to be commercial or a PERFECT job to code than these guys will be your guys.Thanks for coming out quickly.

    My 15 year old water heater went out on a Saturday and I troubleshot it the best I could before calling these guys to potentially do a repair. I talked with a fellow named Travis who was incredibly helpful and insightful with potential resources for me as the folks there did not carry the ā€œmotherboard circuitryā€ that my heater needed for repair. That was the first thing that I really appreciated.Once I found out the cost of the circuit board and the time that it would take to have the part shipped to me, I decided to break down and look at replacing the water heater. I called Chattanooga Water Heater back and they lined me up with their earliest appointment available on Monday. They called before coming (the second thing I appreciated) and were prompt in getting here. These guys immediately jumped on the job and had the water heater replaced in 30-40 minutes (the third thing I appreciated).All in all, this was about the most hassle-free, pleasant experience that I have ever had when having work done at my house.     We were without hot water for about 10 days. We had contacted another local company and were told that a new water heater would cost us $2,600 and that to repair the existing one would cost us $600. Of course, we opted for the cheaper option and from there we now see that they were nickeling and diming us, giving us the run around and basically informed us that our water heater was unusual for this area and they would have to order the part, it would arrive the next day, etc. This saga continued for a few days and we continued to be patient, giving them the benefit of the doubt and extending kindness and understanding. The part was finally supposed to be here yesterday and we were looking forward to having hot water again. No one called us and no one came!! Every call we made was one that we initiated to find out the status of the part and we were told the same thing, the manufacturer company forgot to send it....really???!!! This is where the Chattanooga Water Heater Company came in...I had seen their ads on TV and I thought lets just call them and see if they can help us out!! Travis and his team were here in 30 minutes, explained the situation, gave us the estimates which were so much more reasonable and within 45 minutes we had a new water heater and were back in operation!! AMAZING!!! I wish we had know to call them first.     I would highly recommend this company. They were professional, efficient, ontime, and very easy to work with.     This company responds quickly and is very professional and courteous. I called them late in the evening and Travis answered the phone and was very helpful with explaining what would be included with a new install. They installed a new gas water heater for my mother.     Incredible response from these guys! I called them late (late!) morning letting them know that I think I needed to have my water heater replaced. They said theyd be by in the afternoon to give it a look. They confirmed my suspicions and gave me a few options for replacement which was a nice touch. I chose an option and figured theyd try to get me scheduled up, but lo and behold they got to work right on the spot and had my water heater replaced within the next 2 hours max! These people were beyond professional and extremely fair priced compared to other price gaugers in the Chattanooga area. They showed up on time and had my old water heater out and new one installed within an hr. Very good and clean work! Also they carry professional line water heaters that are built to last and have everything they need on their van so you donā€™t have to deal with waiting for parts or anything like that. After install I was given a tutorial on the new water heater and what to do to maintain it for years to come. I was highly impressed with the job they did and the guys themselves were genuine and down to earth and not out just to make some quick money.They actually take pride in their work and serving their customer base which sadly is getting harder and harder to come by these days.     Fantastic experience! I called to have someone come hopefully repair my existing, ancient water heater that was leaking. They showed up on time (same day) and repaired it, but let me know it might not make it much longer (the thing IS 41 yrs old haha).     Unbelievable! I called this company on Tuesday evening based off Google search and they arrived Wednesday morning and replaced our gas water heater. It is by far the best experience I have ever had replacing a household appliance. They offered great advice and did not try to up sale me on products I didnā€™t need. The price was great but the service was even better. They found my exhaust was not to code for my gas water heater and could cause carbon monoxide. They replaced all of it and DIDNT CHARGE ANY EXTRA. My wife is hard to please but was very impressed. They were kind and showed up in matching company wear and a nice professional van.
