We had a Rain Soft soft water system put in last May. Southern Energys rep was excellent, knew his stuff, and answered our many questions thoroughly, without sales pressure The installation was smooth and efficient, and the crew accommodated my requests for relocation of the units without a fuss. Our later inquiry regarding an aspect of system operation was handled professionally and quicker than any company Ive ever dealt with. They continue to check in with us to make sure everything suits us. We highly recommend Southern Energy!July 2023: One of the tanks sprung a leak, and SE replaced it under warranty,.... good service!

Pamela and Russell were great to work with. They quickly returned my phone calls and answered my questions. Worked in a timely manner to get my filter in as soon as they could. Its great to take a shower and not itch or smell like a swimming pool afterwards. The installers were great. I had them check a leak and my pressure relief valve was bad. They were back in 2 days to replace that too.. Thank you all

I just recently had the Rainsoft system installed in my home and could not be happier with the service I received. The young men who came and installed the system were great and answered all my questions. Their customer service people have been great. When I had a concern about a pipe I noticed that had been cut, they sent someone out to look at it and even though it wasnt something they had done, they capped the pipe for me. I highly recommend them for their service and product.

Wow - I truly cannot say enough great things about this company. After building our home, we learned that we we had excessively high calcium and sodium in our well water - to the point it was undrinkable. Results so bad that the lab at UGA had never seen anything like it. After talking with MANY companies, we selected Southern Energy not only on their product & price, but their high customer service ratings. We could not be happier we did that!! While there was one hiccup early on that we were misinformed by a newly hired technician that the product would solve our water, and unfortunately it didnt (at least not at 100%, but there are very drastic improvements and our water is now drinkable!), the owner took us on as his personal clients. He was on endless phone calls with me, my husband, water experts and the makers of Rain Soft! He has worked with us for over a YEAR on finding a solution to our water problem. OVER THE TOP care and customer service!!! He even made a 6 hour drive to our home in GA to personally see the Rain Soft filter in action and make improvements. He asked for nothing in return!! I cannot say enough wonderful things. We are truly blessed we chose a company that cares as much as they do, not only about their quality products, but the people who purchase them. THANK YOU SOUTHERN ENERGY!!!!

We had Southern Energy and Water come out to install a water softener and a water purifier. Another item we selected was an air filter for our living space. Jamie the installer was extremely nice and knowledgeable about every item he installed. The install was done quickly and efficiently even with high heat conditions that day. We recently had the RainSoft Treatment System installed in our home through Southern Energy. The difference in our water before testing andafter installation of the system is amazing! Ive been drinking distilled water for a while but after my husband saw the test results of our tap water refused to drink it any more. All staff we have had contact with,Jim, Pamela, Russell and the men that came to our home for installationhave been professional and knowledgeable. The installation went quicklywith everything neat and tucked away. I couldnt have asked for a betterexperience and would recommend Southern Energy to everyone!

Southerns plumbing services are the best! The response time was super quick, the estimates were accurate and honest, the communicated concerns and resolutions, the cost was reasonable, and the work was superbly done. My clogged drains were resolved, my pipes were replaced, and the whole bathroom installation made the bathroom one of my favorite rooms in my house! Now I know who to turn to! I give my highest recommendation!

I was first approached by a gentleman, Noah, at Home Depot who was very nice and courteous. I had already none about reverse osmosis watering systems. For years I wanted one. Here was my opportunity. I talked to Noah and set up an appointment. The company called my house to confirm the appointment and we proceeded with the appointment. Peter came to the house and gave the Perfect demonstration. I knew I wanted the whole home system in the house. The whole home system wasnt in the cards for me to get at this time but Peter locked the price in and we were able to get at least the Water Soft reverse osmosis drinking water system. Day of installation, the guy was on time and very efficient. Installed the system in no time and was very clean and respected the house. He showed us what to do and what not to do. Explained that I would be getting a phone calls from Financial setting everything else up. I was very Pleased how everyone was very nice and courteous. And as soon as possible, I do hope to get the whole home system installed.Thank You guys at Southern Energy for everything. You guys are all Amazing.Sincerely Michael Duncan.

Tommy and Sheridan reconnected our system. Excellent service. No complaints from me, just top of the line folks wanting to help you. Were calling Chattanooga for our water filtration system needs above and beyond anyone.As of right now..... I would suggest trying BRITA because Rainsoft seems to be making the dealer pay for our parts that are supposed to be Lifetime warranty and I need to pay for some of it.There is no way you should have a $6,000 - $7,000 system installed, malfunction from the start and now want to charge you to replace one of the defective parts.Everything else is good so far, but if this is NOT dealt with, this review will remain and you can message me through Facebook and Ill give you the lowdown on this Rain Soft system that some people love and some people like me, love it but tired of the constant issues with it. Their WiFi system on the EC5 needs to be revamped because we never have connectivity to our system like told. Research BRITA, maybe its better.As far as Tommy and Sheridan, hope I spelled those right, A+ in my book! Respectful professional and will have them out again and next time Ill pay for your lunches! My problem is with Rainsoft and NOT you guys. Thank you for everything you did for us.This REVIEW has nothing to do with Southern Energy (SEWA), my bark is about Rainsoft making it right. I sold my house in January and did NOT want to go to a new home without my BETTER WATEREDIT / update: President of Southern Energy just called. Good conversation and well get to the bottom of this. Moral of the story, keep with the good companies that want your business, like Southern Energy... dont let bigger companies take advantage of you when their part was defective from the start and always had problems, like Rainsoft. Apparently a great water filtration system but wheres the EC6? EC5 has been around for a long time! Apparently the EC4 is much better and older. If its not broke, dont fix it. If youre doing updates - test it and test it some more. EC5 has major issues and the WiFi is a major issue.Thank you Southern Energy for your business, I would highly recommend Chattanooga and surrounding residents to work them.Jeff R Marshall

I was worried that the in-home water test would be a high pressure sales pitch. Boy was I wrong! Mary was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She gave me all the data and answers I needed to make an informed decision. She was never pushy with me and followed up several times to insure our system was installed without a hitch! Great experience!

Russell Shelton, and his installers Preston Revus and Tommy are amazing. Not only did they install a wonderful water system for two homes on one well; they came out quick to check when suddenly we had no water 3 weeks later. They found that the third building where water wasnt in use, at some point had busted a line. These guys helped us fix a busted line and refused to charge us for it. Home town neighbors. You cannot find anyone better.

11/2016 Nothing but a wonderful experience! When the gentleman camw out and tested our water he made it very interesting, and had our 8 year old son engaged, also had him do tests with him. Pamela is such a wonderful person, she is always looking for ways to help and make sure that were always happy and that our water is amazing! She really goes above and beyond. Robert Wright who installed the filters was very curtious and made sure we undestood everything before he left. Everything was so easy and fast! From the water being tested on a Sat to the install on a Tues. I couldnt believe how fast it was all done. And now were enjoying clean wonderful water!3/8/2019 Yet another AMAZING maintenance call today! Weve had the system for two years now and its wonderful. The employees are so caring, and always kind to use every step of the way! Pamela is always super sweet! Today we had Tommy Styles come out to do the yearly maintenance, and he was super informative, very curtious, super nice, very tidy, and all around AWESOME!!! So glad to be a customer to this wonderful company! If i could I could give them 10 stars! I would in a heart beat.

Adams first day on the job was the day he came to our house to install our system. He was learning. He has a lot of patience and manners to boot. He is an asset to your company. We would recommend him for any job large or small. It was pouring rain the day our apex line was installed from the well house to the house. Adam stood in the pouring rain all afternoon and dug the ditch to bury the line not complaining all the while. Getting tools when asked to do so. He and Scott seemed to be a good match at the time as teacher and student to learn the business at hand.

I have had an ongoing dispute with my homewarranty company on a repair due to them sending out inadequately qualified technicians for a relatively easy job: replacing an over-the-range vent hood. once i was cleared to use someone of my own choice for reimbursement, i reached out to SEWA. the owner responded immediately and was able to work with my hectic schedule to have a tech come out to swap in the new unit. The tech was brilliant, quick, and did an amazing job. definitely recommend and will use again in the future! thanks guys!

Love this company from start to finish. Mary is a true professional and knows her water! You will not find anyone more knowledgeable and passionate about trying to provide clean water for the community. The installation was flawless with Tommy Styles and Vince. It was so clean by the time they left - I really appreciated that. They were both so patient and made sure that all of my questions were answered. It is not often that you meet installers that go above and beyond. I was amazed at the speed and accuracy of their work. All three are huge assets to SEWA. You cannot go wrong with this company.
