If you have an issue, dont hesitate to call Mr Rooter! They will treat you like family.Called Mr Rooter about a kitchen sink plumbing clog that turned into a whole ordeal. They were responsive (came to check the issue within a couple of hours!!), kind, professional, and very thoughtful in regards to cost. Due to cost, we had to move forward with a plumber that our home warranty covered. Had that not been the case, we absolutely would have continued to work with Mr Rooter. I so appreciated their work and will absolutely call them for future needs.

We had our main water line from box to home spring a leak in our front yard. The first time we used Mr. Rooter they waved the $100 service call charge since they were hired to complete the job. This time I was charged the service call fee for the first time he came out and the second time to complete the work. That was $200 extra and I wasnt real happy about it but it is what it is. If not for that Id have given them 5 stars. Great group of people. They keep you informed on what theyre doing. He gave us options and explained everything in detail. Very professional.

Joe Tomlinson and his crew were phenomenal! We purchased our home in April and had our first panic moment when my drains and shower started backing up last night! We quickly learned we needed our septic tank pumped immediately! Joe and Harold were at our home within the hour! We could not be happier with the service we received from these guys! 10 out of 10 I would recommend them all day every day!!!

We had a sudden back up of our septic tank and we called Mr. Rooter. They couldnt come out the same day b/c it was a Sunday which we completely understood but they came out the next day, Monday morning, diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running in a matter of hours. We were not expecting that given that they are probably slammed on Mondays with things happening over the weekend. They even got our septic tank lid up to code with a fitted cap for future service. They were very professional and accommodating and we are very happy with the fast service. Im sure everyone feels like its an emergency when this happens, but they treated us like we were the priority and we felt like that was the case even though they were probably really busy. We are thankful for their help and will definitely be recommending them to others.

Mr. Rooters courteous employees provided next day turn around on a full field line replacement. They also helped to replace retaining walls that had been removed. I had already found a septic line replacement contractor and Jesse was very helpful that I knew what to watch for to be sure it was done correctly! Septic tank issues are never pleasant, but Mr rooster made what could have been a really bad situation a whole lot better! My sump pump was fixed the same day!

If youre in need of a plumber at 9:00 PM on a Sunday night, I would highly recommend Joseph. He was very responsive and showed up within the hour. While the visit was very expensive, Joseph was very upfront about the cost and the services he was going to provide.In addition to diagnosing and fixing the sewage pipe, he identified a much larger issue with the septic line installed by the builder that was going to cause more problems in the future.I cant thank and recommend Joseph enough for when you have a plumbing emergency!The only reason Im giving Mr. Rooter 4 stars is because of the $900 charge for an hours worth of work. Im sure these prices are set by the owner or corporate.This rating is not a complaint against Joseph, the quality of his work, or the expertise he provides as he deserves 5+ stars!

My water line SHATTERED under my home due to freezing conditions and cheap/old set up. I called in a bit of a panic unsure what to do about fixing my water system and the guy sent Jesse to check it out. He assessed the situation for free and provided me a quote to get it fixed. He made a few suggestions for me to look into before working the job. I called back two days later and Jesse came back out and busted his butt in the freezing cold to get my system fixed. Not only did he fix it, but he improved the water pressure and made sure everything was working as it should. 10/10 would recommend. Sweetest guy!

I requested a service from Mr. Rooter via the online tool late last night as our upstairs tub and toilet were both clogged after our child had a bath. I received a phone call before 8:30 am ET this morning and the technician, Justin, was out here before 10 am ET.Justin explained the entire service of performing the hosing to unclog the drain via the toilet. He took up the toilet, hosed out the clog (toilet paper) ran a camera through the pipe and showed me the line was clear. The same drain was also keeping the tub from draining.Toilet unclogged, bathtub unclogged and completed in less than hour.Thank you. Fantastic service!
