    I called Keefe plumbing due to an issue I was having with my Navien on demand hot water heater. When using hot water I would get an ear piercing whistle. I tried other service providers and was told “you’ll just have to deal with it”. With in a few minutes of looking into the unit, Mathew from Keefes figured out the noise was due to the incorrect gas fitting adapter. When the unit was installed as a part of the new construction, the high altitude natural gas fitting was installed. I am on PROPANE. It took less than 5 mins for Mathew and Jason to change the fittings. Thank you so much Mathew and Jason!!!

    Since the town repaired a water main leak a couple of months ago, we had been experiencing a ghost-like sound whenever we flushed a toilet or ran the dishwasher.It was disconcerting.I finally called Keefe Plumbing, who sent out a plumber the next business day. He immediately diagnosed the problem, replaced the pressure reducing valve, and the ghost is gone! Many thanks to Keefe Plumbing and Glenn for exorcising our ghost.

    This was going to be a one star review. But shout-out to Jennifer and the owner for saving the day and potentially a lot of hotel rates.There was some mix up and my appointment to unclog my main sewage line was never scheduled! Meaning we were probably going to go a total of 6 days without operational drains in our house.I get it, things happen....but there was a lot of adjusting to make that appointment work, and that was not good news at all.But Jennifer had compassion for the situation, reached out to the owner, and has now made it right.Thank you!

    I have used Keefe plumbing for years. The owner is always very helpful and quick to respond. The service technicians are top notch, very thorough and polite. They talk you through everything they are doing and answer any questions you have.I was truly in a mess yesterday when Andy and Jason arrived. I had hot water pouring out from under my sink into my floor. They quickly identified the problem and had everything fixed within the hour. They also may have identified the source of a mold problem I had been having for years and fixed it in the process. I am truly thankful for their services and would definitely recommend.

    After noticing a major decrease in our hot water pressure, we called a plumber out to the house. Roger and Jesse came out and found the problem very quickly. They showed and explained to me the problem, fixed it, and were on their way. The price was very reasonable, and both of them were courteous and professional.     The plumber from Keefe worked on a faucet at our duplex that I had previously worked on myself, but that was continuing to leak. He explained what I had probably done wrong and reminded me that their work was guaranteed so if it starts leaking again, to call them back and they would fix it. He was very helpful!

    We have used Keefe Plumbing a number of times over the last year and a half. We did a full home renovation project that included Keefes work on plumbing six bathrooms (toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, etc). They also handled all plumbing and appliances in a large kitchen renovation. They always did good work. This visit was the last, installing plumbing on a new soak tub.     We had a massive leak and I called for service at 8 am and that day at 12 the plumber was callling on his way! They had to drive across town for a part and finished a massive job same day! They are very knowledgeable and helpful! Always best in Chattanooga!

    They came out on 1/19 to unclog our kitchen sink and look at a toilet issue. On 1/24, our kitchen sink backed up again. They came back out the morning of 1/25 and unclogged the sink under their standard service warranty. The guys that came to the house to do the work were friendly and professional and I’m very happy with the service provided. Would definitely use them again.

    In my planning connection to the city sewer system, this company was recommended to me. It has an excellent BBB rating. Upon a thorough assessment by Winfred (the companys representative), the estimate was within my price range, and he set a reasonable project date. Once selected, the team showed up as scheduled and was diligent in getting the job completed (trying to get ahead of the weather and the holiday). Clint & Aaron were focused on the project, answered all of my questions, and went the extra mile to resolve several logistical issues. The clean-up was very thorough, and they were careful to avoid damage to some favorite plants on the lawn. A job well done.

    They were asked to check the shutoff valve for the hot water to the dishwasher after the installer from Lowe’s couldn’t get the new dishwasher to fill with water. The men found that the flexible hose was clogged with something and cleared the clog, reattached the hose, and situation was fixed. They finished by attaching the kick plate to the bottom of the dishwasher so we’ll have a working dishwasher for this weekend when we have company. They found the problem quickly with the toilet that wasn’t flushing right and left a very happy customer here. We’ve had Keefe Plumbing in our home several times, and each time have been thoroughly satisfied with the work completed.

    Keefe Plumbing was the first person we called for service on a strange issue where our pipes were making a humming noise.Kay Keefe recognized the problem right away and sent Brent out to our house. Brent fixed the issue in 30 minutes. On top of that he saw some water in our crawl space and offered to fix it while he was there. He replaced the seal around a toilet and it hasnt leaked since. We didnt know we even had the leak! He fixed two major issues in less than 2 hours. He was very nice, professional, and clean (even with our dogs in his personal space).     We had a leak in our water supply line between the meter and the house, after having the leak located we decided to go with Keefe, the workers showed up on time and completed the job, price was better than expected. They did damage the other supply line (we own a duplex) but they repaired it, no charge to me. It is refreshing to find an honest company, one that treats their customers right.

    Keefe has, by far, earned the majority of my business for my plumbing needs. Ive spoken with the owner, Kay, a few times directly. Even outside of business hours, as a customer with a plumbing emergency, she was very accommodating and informative.We recently had an issue with the bar sink downstairs. It stopped draining entirely. Our home has a walkout basement, on a slab. The drain pipe sticks out of the concrete.Keefes men jackhammered the concrete, found a clog (which I never got to see), and then repiped the floor drain with a new 90. They didnt snake it, or use a camera, to verify that this was the only clog. This surprised me, but I dont tell reputable contractors how to do their job. Thats why we hire them.After my wife and I purchased replacement parts, fixtures, and furniture, we installed a new sink. It didnt drain. I cant accurately describe our frustration when this happened. Oh boy.Nonetheless, Keefe rectified it after I made a follow up call.Honorable mention for Terry. If he shows up at your door, rest assured. You are taken care of.Edit: Its worth noting all the jobs Keefe has performed for our household. 1. Installed whole house water filter with parts we purchased2. Sewage backup emergency, basement flooded a bit. They helped with the overall situation and also installed a cleanout. Why there wasnt one already, no idea.3. Installed tankless Rinnai water heater4. Most recent job mentioned above.

    I will not trust anyone but Keefe ever again. We had a leak in a line that several other companies could not find despite them scoping for the leak. The leak was underneath a stamped and stained sidewalk and, rather than take the easy route and cut up our sidewalk, Keefe dug out underneath the sidewalk, fixed the pipe, and refilled in the area. This saved us thousands! You can trust Keefe!!!

    For several months, I have had a major water leak!!! Starting from the month of November, I had been noticing a vast increase in my water bill each month.The highest bill in the month of January was over two hundred dollars!!! I was feeling very frustrated, because I did not know where the leak was coming from. When I had called a different plummer, he was also puzzled by my situation.     We had a leaking hose bib, and of course, the pieces were no longer available for an easy fix. To get to the back of the pipe, they had to go through our dining room. Matthew and Caleb thought of a creative way to go through our wall (removing the one panel, cutting the drywall right behind where the paneling was, fix the pipe, put everything back).     I called on Monday for a sink /disposal install. They were here on Wednesday. We had been using paper plates and plastic forks with no garbage disposal or dishwasher for over a month.
