I don’t know where to begin at how pleased we are. Shane, Dakota, Heath and all of the company are top shelf! We were looking to add a riser and service of our tank. We got service and a riser! No trying to up sale but gave us exactly what we needed and wanted. Work quality was excellent, answered all our questions and finally offered a very competitive price. To top it off they are just plain nice people! If you are looking elsewhere for this type of service and craftsmanship, stop, these are the folks you want! They came out to build a new field line for my septic system. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job with a sense of urgency. Came out as an emergency on Saturday. I had literal poop flowing up from my kids toilet and tub and on top of that did not feel great so they answered my call in a timely manner and were able to work it out for Shayne to come by. Very nice man worked hard, and I mean hard to unclog my septic tank at one point he was leaning into it to inspect it. They fixed the issues rapidly without charging me an arm and a leg! Highly recommend plumbing service and have used the septic service for the last two pumpings.

Absolutely incredible. HEP diagnosed my issue as an airflow problem. They wanted to cut into my roof, change the roof vent size, replace a ton of pipes and fittings for 6800. Called Dakota and was able to fix the issue with a simple pump of the septic tank. Super down to earth and knowledgeable.

I would have gave them 5 stars but they charged $300 for a small tank. Kool if that’s the price but also they told us at 9am then 12pm called at 1pm to tell us they would be here in 45 minutes. Not sure if they did have trouble with the truck or pump like Steve said or went somewhere else like his worker said. Sounded like they took other jobs before doing our, who knows for sure. Just leaving this review here for info. Other than that they pumped out the small tank in about 25m.

Josh was very nice and helpful with our septic emergency. He fixed and unclogged some of the piping and pumped the septic tank as well as installed a riser for easier pumping for future maintenance and did an inspection to make sure that the issues were fixed. The big name plumbing companies would only give me a standard price as if all jobs are the same. Michael came out the same day and gave and estimate and within 2 days they took out a tree and a bunch of brush and installed new field lines and even put grass and straw down since most of the yard had to be dug up.. Their price was very reasonable for all they did and they were professional and did a great job. If you need anything septic related call these guys first.

Very courteous and timely compared to other contractors I’ve used in the past.Very professional in explaining up front what steps and costs were necessary to effect a repair of a blocked septic tank inlet line.What made it difficult was not being exactly sure of the tank location. After a few test holes they found it about 10 from where it should have been. (Under a retaining wall) The tank was also about 4-5 feet down from the surface.What should have been a 2-3 job turned into 4 1/2. They cleaned up the yard to the extent expected and also repaired a severed sprinkler system line.Hope I don’t ever see them again!! (At least in 5 or more years) lol Excellent job well done and quote was accurate.

If you need any type of septic work done, this is hands down the BEST company around. Great communication, knowledge, skill, and customer service. Dont waste time calling other companies. We had a major clog in our septic tank that caused flooding in our basement. I called Dakota at 10:00 PM and he answered right away and scheduled us for the next morning! It turned out that our tank was burried under a concrete slab and very hard to access. Their entire team worked tirelessly to find a solution that was affordable and functional that did not require cutting up the slab. They kept me updated during the entire process and successfully fixed the issue and installed risers so that my septic pump can be easily emptied and maintained in the future. Although homeowner emergencies are always stressful, Shane and Dakota made this a very positive experience for us! I am beyond impressed and satisfied with their service!

I needed a new septic system in order to sell my house. I called and scheduled an appointment. They came out the same day for the estimate. They were able to start the following day and did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend them for any work that you need. They were also were able to do some excavation work for me.
