    I am building a detached garage that I had Chattanooga & Battlefield Plumbing bid the plumbing. They had Steve come out and look at the property. He was very informative as to what needed to happen. Since I still needed grade and concrete work my project experienced delays. The office staff, specifically Banitta called me every week to ask if the project was ready for them. This went on for a few months. Once I was ready they had a crew come out and run water and sewer lines to new building. They worked well with my concrete contractor and builder to make sure the plumbing was exactly where it needed to be. I later found out that Steve was the previous owner so that made me feel I was in good hands. If that wasnt enough, I found out that Chris, one of the workers on my project is the current owner. His attention to detail, making sure I had the proper fall and understanding everything they were doing was more than I expected. I highly recommend them and will be using them anytime I need a plumber. Thank you Chattanooga & Battlefield Plumbing for owning this piece of my project.

    Only goods things to say about my experience. Mitch was friendly, knowledgeable, and just helpful in general. I didnt get gouged on the price and he was respectful that I had a sleeping baby in the house. Will for sure be using this company again if I have any plumbing issues.

    This company is the real deal - I’ve worked with them multiple times, they are fast, thorough and don’t over sell AT ALL. They have really great customer service and they are all just super nice to work with.I had my entire pipe system back up and they came ASAP and fixed the issue with a hydrojet clean. Another company had told me I needed to replace all the iron pipes!! Battlefield saved me with a more reasonable recommendation and I haven’t had any issues since!Highly recommend!

    I have used the services of Battlefield Plumbing several times over the past 6 or 7 years to repair leaks that have occurred at my house (over 23 years old).The first time was at 9 pm and I had a leak from an outdoor faucet. They arrived about 90 minutes later (I live WAY out in the rural part of the county), made the repair. Even though it was well after hours and they were charging after-hours rates, it was still VERY reasonable.Over other incidents, the office personnel and the service personnel were always friendly, helpful, and (most importantly) honest and upfront with all information on my repair and always helped me find the way find least expensive solution to resolve the issue.Today, I detected a leak in the late morning. I called and they said that they had a full schedule but would try their best to find a crew to come out when they finished a current job.Bonita and Katrina in the office were very friendly and helpful as Im sure they could sense my desperation since the water had to be shut off to stop the leak.Shortly after lunch, they called to say that a crew was on the way. Mitchell and Jonahan arrived around 3:30 and after checking in with me went straight to work. They had it repaired in just under an hour and delivered the failed materials. They were friendly, professional, and took time to explain to me everything they did and why.Ive never had a bad experience with them.

    My water heater started to go out the other day and I was worried between cost, time, and quality. The advice I received before replacing my unit was excellent in trying to reduce my price point which was a big sign these folks were in it to help not just for the paycheck. I decided to replace my 50 gallon unit (which was almost 20 years old) with a new unit and they were able to deliver, install, and haul off the old unit within a few days.the overall cost was well within my price range to replace a 50 gallon unit which I was very satisfied with and the technicians were friendly, informative, and quick with their work (about 2 to 3 hours for the entire process). I would HIGHLY recommend this company if youre in need of a new water heater or just a repair.

    Excellent job!!! They replumbed our entire house in less than 2 days (2 full baths, kitchen, washing machine (including a new wall box), and installed copper lines on the water heater (and an expansion tank) in pretty tough conditions (very low crawlspace in an older house). They also removed and hauled off all the old pipes and water lines. They were prompt and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them!!!!

    Martin and Billy came out to my house this morning to try to resolve the question of whether our house was on septic or sewer. Weve had a couple of plumbing companies come out and say they couldnt navigate our line. Martin and Billy were prompt, professional, courteous, and they also resolved our problem, finding a line the city didnt have on record.Thank you Martin, Billy, and the whole team for making this process so easy and affordable! Well definitely be using this company for all our plumbing needs moving forward.

    Im normally not the type to write reviews but for this company and for the two guys that came out to my house tonight, Id fly to the moon and back! On super bowl. Sunday my toilet and tub on the lower level started backing up and overflowing. I called this other company and they came out and basically told me if they could fix it, It would be $93, and if they couldnt it would be free. So they ran some equipment unclogged my pipes and had me flowing back again. I thought great, this was the end of my problem. That was until this other company, and Im going to continue to call them other company just for the sake of not bad mouthing people, came back out four days later to run cameras through the pipes. The said they were checking to see if there was an underlying cause to my backup issues. So they ran cameras in one direction and came to a blocked area. Upon finding this blocked area we went searching and found in the yard that there was a clean out pipe that led to my sewer that did not have a cap on it. So with our a cap it is where my son had been putting toys, dirt, rocks, balls and piece of rebar even. You name it, It was impacted down there. Upon seeing this, the other company told me that if I could find some way to unplug it, yes my pipes might work but that I was already beginning to back up again and that they would need to replace that pipe and then 10 ft of piping leading to the city sewer pipes, which is 4 and 1/2 ft down in the ground. The others were going to charge me $4,200 to do all of it. I was left shocked not knowing what to do, so I called a friend of mine and he recommended that I get a second opinion and to call Chattanooga and Battlefield plumbing. He said that they were amazing people and that they would not do me wrong. So I called them today and they came out and unplugged all the items from the pipe and then flushed it. They then ran their camera to show that there was no damaged piping that needed to be replaced and that everything was going great. They gave me an amazing deal. They worked in such a timely fashion and these two old guys Martin and Bill were the real saviors of my day! What I was once told would have to be replaced and would cost me $4,200, which I was looking at possibly having to finance, now only truly costed me $650. These two guys are so smart and were so creative in the ingenuity that they had to use to get some of these items my son had placed in this hole that was now causing the clog. If you ever need a plumber or a second opinion, I highly highly recommend that you use this company and I can tell you one thing from here on out. If I have any plumbing issues, they will have my business 100%, and with a 6-year-old little boy and a 10-year-old girl, Im sure this is not going to be the last time I see them. But, at least I know that if I have to call them, I can trust in them to shoot me straight and not do me wrong!

    John came out on short notice and fixed my leak so we could turn our hot water back on.I appreciate that so much. The “Big Name” plumber had charged me over 4x what it should have been, and I still had to call Chattanooga/ Battlefield Plumbing to be able to take a hot shower (if you have ever had to take a cold shower, you know what I mean).     Martin and Billy successfully unclogged the laundry drain pipe in a house built in 1953. This was a difficult and unsuccessful job for several plumbing companies, but they knew the job. They used their experience and knowledge in a professional and efficient manner.

    I cannot say how great full I was to find this company the day before Christmas Eve and they sent out a man name John. He was the sweetest man. He did what he could do while the pipes were frozen. He came back out a week later and fixed a busted pipe and made sure that the hot water was working before he left.     I highly recommend Ian from C&BP for his prompt, professional, and personable service. C&BP dispatched him quickly after I called about a leaking pipe around my water heater, and he expertly located the source of the leak and repaired it with skill and attention to detail.     Great service! I can’t thank them enough for helping fix the water leak at my house and driveway I first talked to Martin over the weekend he was very professional knowledgeable patient said they had a leak detector and assured me someone from the crew would be there soon he was upfront about the cost and process.     I am a property manager in Ooltewah TN. I have been very pleased with Chattanooga Plumbing since I was managing in Ft Oglethorpe, GA. When I moved to Tennessee, I brought them with me.     I have an elderly neighbor that I look after. She called and told me she needed a plumber. I called Chattanooga plumbing on Saturday morning and John came out within an hour. It was not a simple clog!! John worked for several hours removing hundreds of personal wipes from the main drain. John worked hard for several hours and never once complained or was at all judgmental. I feel like the price I paid was more than fair for the amount of dirty work that was done.     We’ve used Chattanooga plumbing several times over the years. We’ve always received professional and prompt service. Recently we had to have a new water heater, the tech had the old one out before I knew it and new one installed quickly. He cleaned up behind himself and even reinstalled my laundry tub sink. The pricing is about the same as the other companies but the service is why I still call them when I need them.

    On March 18, 2024 I came downstairs to a flooded mess - my water heater died. I called my landlord and he called Chattanooga and Battlefield plumbing & I cant tell you how this was the best idea ever. After he called and made an appointment immediately John and Jon showed up like superheroes and save my day -they replaced my water heater. They were so neat and wonderful because they even mopped the water up that was in my laundry room while I work from home. They did not create a mess they were professional and they did the job in a timely manner. I could not have asked for anything more in those two guys I would recommend to anyone who has a water heater issue or any type of plumbing issue they were great.

    I had an issue with a tankless water heater. I called on Friday afternoon and Bonita scheduled service for Monday morning. It was my choice to wait until Monday. John and Austin arrived and quickly found the issue. The required part was ordered for rush delivery and installed on Wednesday morning of Thanksgiving week. John texted during the holiday weekend to make sure everything was working as it should. That goes above and beyond, and was greatly appreciated. Many thanks to John and the entire company.

    I called and explained what I needed (not an emergency). Estimator was at my home next day. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and spoke with much appreciated candor and honesty. Bonita (in the office) answered all my questions satisfactorily and handled scheduling for me. The two plumbers arrived on time on the scheduled date and were capable, cordial, and well mannered. They installed the unit in the time frame provided and cleanup up well after themselves.I also received a handwritten card after my install!I will call Chattanooga Plumbing next time I have a need or issue.

    Listen, I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but it’s absolutely necessary this time. Today we realized we had a leak somewhere under our kitchen and it appeared to be a bad one. I tried calling three or four other plumbers and no one could come out until late next week, then I reached out to Chattanooga and Battlefield and they had someone out to our house within an hour. And, even better, the two guys who came were awesome. They fixed our problem in less than an hour and were very diligent in the process. I simply could not be more satisfied than I am with their response time and work. Thank you!
