    Working with Riverside Plumbing was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. They were timely, personable and the work was excellent. They went above and beyond to repair an exterior hose bib rather than tear it out and replace it. They were so good, we called them back to replace a pressure valve. Everything went smoothly again.That’s when you know the culture in a company is focused on customer service. 5 stars.

    Weve used Riverside on 3 separate occasions now and for 3 distinctly different projects. The employees show up when theyre supposed to, and they always call first to let us know exactly when theyll arrive. And, they do terrific work at a reasonable price. I honestly wont use anyone else for our plumbing needs. Highly recommended!!

    I had several plumbing issues that I was tired of trying to address myself. I called Riverside Plumbing. From the receptionist, to the person who does estimates, to the service man who came, everyone was so kind, prompt, and professional. Even though it was not an emergency, they scheduled me quickly and came right out. The technician did a wonderful job, there was nothing to clean up at all, and everything is working perfectly now. Plumbing work is never cheap, but I thought the price for eliminating 4 issues was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Riverside and will definitely use them again if I need a plumber.

    Riverside Plumbing installed a new toilet and replaced a shower head in my bathroom. Vlad was very professional and did a great job! He answered all of my questions and made sure I was totally satisfied. Will definitely use them again if needed. :)

    I had a main line water leak and called several other companies and Chattanooga area. I live in gerogia and was not sure they service my area. I called and l left a message as the business was not open yet. They promptly called back and said someone could be out the same day. What a blessing!! They are professional and courteous. Josh, my technician, was knowledgeable and showed got to the problem area and fixed it on no time. They are 5 stars in my book! Highly recommend them.

    My husband and I were highly impressed with Riverside plumbing. We wanted to replace our outdoor double headed faucet with a single headed one. We originally called another plumber that was going to charge almost triple what Riverside was going to charge; the price was very reasonable. We are aware that cheaper isn’t always better but Riversides price seemed way more reasonable. We just needed that replacement. I called and spoke to Derick. He was helpful and explained what they would do when they arrived. I went ahead and told them to get us scheduled and they came out to our house when they said they would! When Corey arrived, he was very professional and did an awesome job replacing our faucet. He also made sure our water pressure levels were good to go! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had! We will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them anytime!

    I dont see how you can get better. Ive worked with them on a couple jobs now. The first was building a new 1/2 bathroom, running new water lines and adding a macerating toilet on a slab. I was hoping to use a regular toilet by breaking up the slab and trench it out for a sewage pipe, but it ended up being 12 thick. An impossible DIY job. I called Derrick and he talked me through what he needed for the macerating toilet. Works great so far, and just a few finishes left to complete to hide the pipes (see pic). Not too loud, and I was planning to soundproof this room anyway. The second job was replacing one of my tenants water heater. They had been seeing water in the pan for weeks that would evaporate and never told me until there was standing water . . .on a Friday . . . at 4:30pm. It was too late to do anything then, but Derricks crew was able get there after the weekend.

    This was the second time I used Riverside Plumbing. After such a good experience the first time, it was a done deal to have them do this job. I wanted my water heater to be moved to my newly encapsulated crawl space to free up room in my garage. Called Derrick up & within a couple days, he sent out Curtis & Terrell to do the job. As usual, these guys got right on it & had it done in about 2 hours. Everything hooked up & working right. They cleaned up & were on their way. Definitely recommend you call Riverside for any & all plumbing needs you might have. Derrick runs a tight ship & has polite & professional employees.

    Understanding that my issue was urgent, Derek dispatched someone right away, thankfully. I had a difficult sewer line back up that the tech Steve diagnosed and fixed. Steve was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. My sewer lines are now “clean as a whistle” and the cost was reasonable. Riverside plumbing is now my plumber of choice for my future needs as well as those of my clients.

    I cannot say enough good things about Riverside Plumbing. Steven came out to cap and pull my gas lines, replace my kitchen faucet, add a water filter, and flush my hot water heater. He was quick, efficient, and helpful to explain the new features of the faucet and filter. All that and for a reasonable rate. Thank you!

    We had another plumber come to fix a leak in the ceiling, they said it was just a seal in the bath drain. After two days it was still leaking. They came back and told us we needed to remove the entire vanity to replace the entire valve. We did not feel like this company was above board.So we called Riverside Plumbing. Derek with Riverside was honest and straightforward. I felt very comfortable with his explanation of our leak in the ceiling. We did not have to remove the vanity and the repair was a simple tightening of a pipe. The leaking stpped.We will be telling everyone how great this company is. Thank you.

    Riverside Plumbing responded to my request to repair a faulty hammer valve on my kitchen sink. The technician, Joe, was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He identified the problem and within minutes had solved the issue. While he was here, he checked the pressure on my outside faucets. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Riverside Plumbing and highly recommend them for your home plumbing needs.

    Absolutely FABULOUS!!!!! We just moved to Ooltewah 4 months ago and have already had a bad experience with a way overpriced plumbing company (starts with a K) when we first got here. We needed an outside spigot fixed due to leaking and called Riverside Plumbing this morning and they were out this afternoon. Vlad was beyond nice, professional and EXTREMELY helpful. He fixed the spigot and additionally fixed another problem while he was here. The price was awesome. They are a great, very fair company that seriously puts the customers needs before the dollar sign. HIGHLY recommend and will definitely use for all of our future plumbing needs!!!     I would highly recommend the Riverside Plumbing team! They worked with our hectic schedule, after a prompt and through estimate. The entire team was prompt, professional, respectful and very easy to communicate with during the project. They replumbed our entire house (97 years old) in one day, and not a single person had a bad attitude about climbing in our tiny crawlspace and getting the job when there was definite adversity to the project. I was so impressed with their efficiency, attitude, and affordability.

    Thank you Riverside Plumbing! Unexpectedly and urgently, we had a need for a plumber. We called no less than 5 other businesses, all unable to get to us until at least the next day. We had to turn off our water due to our issue so waiting an extra day wasnt an option. Thank goodness through word-of-mouth we were able to get Riverside to our home. They were able not only to diagnose the issue, but were able to fix it right away. I appreciate their willingness to help us!

    I contacted Riverside Plumbing 2 days ago about removing a gas wall heater in my basement due to some repairs that had to be made to the drywall. I had previously contacted another company about this and they never called me back. Steven came out today to remove the wall heater. He called before he came and was on time. He also assisted in checking my gas logs in the living room to make sure they were working. He was professional and explained to me what he was doing. When the gas wall heater is ready to be put back on, I hope that Steven is the one who will come out.

    Riverside was the second company I had come out to look at a tankless gas water heater that was going cold randomly during showers. I did have to wait a few days to get on their schedule, but they were worth the wait. The first company that came out said I needed to replace my water heater for $3,800, but it is only two years old, so I felt that was suspect. Riverside came out and had it repaired in an hour for only $170. It was simply a part that needed cleaning. Thanks Riverside!

Even to the point of where to park, if we wanted to use the 55 gallons of water in the hot water tank to water plants when replacing.     I called about a water leak from the meter to the house and they sent a technician out to see if they could detect the water leak in my yard within a couple of hours after I called. The technician came out and found the leak and repaired it in an hour and a half. I would use them again if needed. Riverside was very reasonable on the repair cost.

    I have used them 4 times so far. They have installed my dishwasher and gas stove, and plumbed my renovated guest bathroom. In addition, they fixed an outdoor spigot that started leaking the day before my scheduled appointment. AND, they helped me troubleshoot and service 2 outdoor sumps that I was having issues with.     Called Derrick to see about repairing original 1967 leaky fixtures in a tub and shower, along with a pedestal sink. Zach called prior to arrival, was on time, and was a true professional from the moment he entered my home. He found that our water regulator was no longer working, which was a contributor to the leaking. We were able to find all the Delta stems we needed to repair the original 1967 fixtures, so no extensive repairs were required. Riverside Plumbing will always be our choice for any and all plumbing work. They are honest, affordable, and professional in all the work that they do!

    These guys are AWESOME!!!!! I had seen some of their reviews and decided to call. Derrick fit me into his schedule the same day and gave me an estimated time he could come. He ended up being able to come earlier than expected. As soon as they arrived they began working to fix the problem. They were professional and courteous and had great personalities. They kept me informed with every step of the process and let me know what was going on and what needed to be fixed and what could wait. They snaked my drain and it was clear but Derrick felt it may be something more. They used the pipe camera and ended up finding SPRAY FOAM placed there by a previous contractor as a quick fix clogging 80% of our pipe. They went back in and work so hard to remove it and ended up finding that a cap, also from a previous contractor, had somehow fallen into the line. he cleared all of this and got us moving again, no pun intended. Even though I hope I dont have to I will definitely use Riverside Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs. Thanks so much guys~

    I have used Riverside Plumbing for years for different projects. We had a water leak from our upstairs bathroom floor leaking into our kitchen that we couldnt trace down that they were able to find and repaired. They also identified that we needed a new water pressure regulator because ours was broken and the house water pressure was high. We had noticed pressure was high, but didnt know why. I also called them when our tankless gas water heater went bad. They worked with the vender and I was able to get a free replacement due to warranty of our old tankless water heater. Riverside Plumbing always provides great customer service and always responds to all my requests. They are the first I call when I have any plumbing issues or needs.

Riverside gave me a 2 hour window when they thought they would arrive, and as per my request called 30 minutes before so I didnt have to spend additional time away from work.     After researching local plumbing companies, we decided to use Riverside Plumbing. It was absolutely the best choice we could have made! It is a locally owned, owner-operated business that is top notch and dedicated to quality service. The guys were prompt, worked quickly and efficiently and told us exactly what our options were as they went along. We had sewer, drainage, ventilation and water pressure problems that they were able to repair. Two other areas often overlooked when making a decision about what company to use are communication and clean-up. Derrick was great in both these areas as well as being very conscientious about wearing shoe covers and making sure there were no added messes. Riversides rates are very reasonable, too. I would highly recommend Riverside Plumbing and will definitely use them again if needed.

    All I wanted to do was change out my shower spout and handle. I called a self contracted person (big mistake) by the name of Marvin Plumbing. When this man came out he ended up braking my pipe. He really rigged things up and left me with a mess. I called Riverside plumbing and Zac came out and assessed the situation. He basically said it was one of the worst if not the worst jobs he ever saw and he was even upset that Marvins plumbing left things half way fixed with a broken pipe. Anyways Zac was able to weld on new piping and fix everything in less than 30 minutes! He explained everything and showed me what he was doing along the way. Everything works great! He even cleaned up the area in the tub where he worked on everything real good and was very professional!!! The cost was reasonable. If your looking for someone to get the job done accurate at a reasonable rate call Riverside plumbing!!

    Derrick and his team are prompt, informative, and professional service providers. We recently hired them replace a tank style water heater in our laundry room that was old and taking up valuable space(very small house).Other plumbers in the area told me the only option was to replace the unit in the existing space and where leery about converting to a tankless system given their collective lack of experience with the units.     I called Derrick from Riverside Plumbing to come and look at a job replacing 100 yr old galvanized plumbing in my house. He was out there within two days and gave us a very fair estimate.Joey and Jaren showed up on time, installed three new spickets around the house, replumbed the whole house with pex line, quickly identified a major problem with the main line coming in to the house (and ran an emergency line from the street), and stayed true to their very fair estimate. They accomplished all this in less 8 hours.I plan on using them for all plumbing jobs going forward and cannot recommend them high enough.

    Derek with Riverside Plumbing was there the whole step of the way throw our Riverview home remodel. As we moved our kitchen, added a bath and replumbed the entire house.     Over the course of the project I probably had all of their guys out here at one time or another. They were all very friendly, professional and courteous. They laid in new gas lines for me outside and seemed to be very thorough in the design of it. But the proof is in the pudding when there is an issue. Due to some confusion there was something not put back in the way I expected it. I immediately became concerned since I had already paid them that this was going to become a big problem. They never for one second implied that it was my problem or that I would have to pay more. Due to some issues with it, they had to put a number of man hours to make the change and I never had one issue with them. I highly recommend them and they will be my new plumber.

    Update from original below: So the day after my original review the owner called me. Apparently there was miscommunication with the him and the plumber assigned to my house. He had told the plumber “nothing else we can do today” but the plumber thought he said at all. So he assured me they were going to come back out and fix it. That very next day they sent another guy out to clean our tub and try snaking one more time. No charge. Then we discussed jetting the pipe. They came back the day after, and did it. That fixed it. Due to the miscommunication from earlier they did not charge us for the service. Shower all cleaned and clogged free.—————————————————————————————Sent a guy out for a shower clog that was just a slow draining clog, spent almost 3 hours here, filled my tub with brown water, won’t drain at all now. He leaves and charges $200 for it with no assistance in cleanup. So now I’ll be spending at least 2 hours cleaning up his mess and still need help with the clog. Guy told me to call Rotto.

    Excellent service and price! I had a leaking drain pipe and a toilet the wasnt sitting properly on the floor (if rocked and likely leaked because of that). In one hour the gentlemen had cut the leaky pipe and replaced it with new, and he removed the toilet, found the problem (and broken attachment flange), replaced the part, and reassembled the toilet. ALL WITHIN ONE HOUR! Not only was the service quick and courteous, but the prince was very reasonable ($120) for the parts and an hour of service time. I will definately use them again!

    Ive never had to deal with plumbing issues before - after researching on Angies list, I called Riverside Plumbing up. The gentleman at the front desk was kind & very responsive. Although they couldnt fit me in before the weekend, he scheduled me for Monday morning and the team they sent out was very prompt. I had a blocked main sewer line. Because the blockage was severe, the equipment they had wouldnt budge it & they had to go back to the shop. They didnt charge me for the time of traveling though! Very patient and ready to answer any of my questions. The only hiccup was that his card reader was not working properly, so taking care of the bill took a bit longer than anticipated. Ill be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs!
