Metro was able to get a drain specialist out to my house the same day I called for an appointment. Zach came and fixed our immediate problem by clearing the pipe and restored our ability to use our water again. He was thorough and kind. He got us set up the very next day with a project manager to find the cause of the issue. Richard was knowledgeable, efficient, and to the point. He prioritized my financial concerns and made sure we were able to find an option that worked for me, and the work will actually be completed today. Very impressed with the process of removing the blockage, diagnosing the problem and having it fixed within 24 hours. I am glad I chose Metro.

I was a bit upset at first. The 5 stars are for the workers they all were excellent. I wish I could remember the names but Im at that age. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and hard workers and skillful. My only beef is they are too specialized you have install crew drain techs etc etc. I feel like it would be more efficient if you sent out one crew that could do everything needed without sending for specialist. That being said Im satisfied with the finished product. It was professionally done.

We had a stopped up drain and a loose toilet and Ashton came out and fixed the sink drain and Matias came out the next day to fix the toilet flange, which was a big job being as the house is on a slab foundation! Definitely recommend this company and both the workers. Very nice and inform you on what needs to be done before starting the job. They clean up everything and leave it better than they found it. Matias also found and fixed a problem with our water heater that he found during his inspection that saved us problems later on!! Again I highly recommend for all your plumbing work!!!

Giovanni went above and beyond today. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was willing to help and do whatever he could to find a solution to the problems we were having. Dakota also was wonderful today and extremely helpful. You could tell they truly cared about us as clients and wanted to help anyway they could. 100/10 would recommend this company and their employees as they are the best of the best and give top notch service and we are very grateful for them!

Dakota and all of the guys were very professional and explained what they were doing at every step of the process. They took all precautions to avoid any damage or mess. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very careful not to damage the flooring when removing, so it could easily be put back. I am very impressed with these guys and because of that I would recommend this company to anyone.

Wayne was very friendly and helpful. We ended up with a much bigger issue than originally thought, but Wayne walked me through my options and helped me understand what ultimately needed to be done. I was pleased with our interactions.Zach was also very kind and personable. Even though the scope of the issue ended up being outside of his part, he seemed genuinely concerned with making sure that my issues were taken care of in a timely and professional manner.

They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work they did, even repairing/mending my fence that had to be moved for equipment! Joseph Rojas was our technician. He was patient, kind and concerned about our issue. He provided detailed steps of what he was going to do to solve our leak. He also checked with me every step of the way and provided updates and accurately gave estimates of what things would cost. He fixed our leak within a very short time frame. We had been told by another company they would have to dig up the whole line and replace it. Joe and Metro saved us about $5000. Excellent experience all around. Calling Metro FIRST next time and every time!

He is very observant and seems to know his job very well.Richard came out 2 times to talk price and recommendations. I was very impressed. After he explained the Home Care Plan with its benefits and discounts I decided to go with the higher price which included the risers making access easier the next time I have to have the septic tank pumped.Nic came the next day to do the work. They did an excellent job and were done very quickly.I would recommend your company to anyone needing plumbing work done.

He told me my problems (that were not kinda surprising) and he gave me options on how to have those handled correctly. I appreciate his kindness and his honesty on the issues at hand. Now its time to get those issues fixed .This is my second review. Chris came out to follow up after Zachs visit. These have got to be the friendliest group of Metro plumbers!! Chris got me all worked up and told me exactly what I needed and exactly how much it would cost! He even told me about their financing that they have available!!After fixing all of my many issues!! I can tell the difference in my water flow immediately!! I have a filtration system that runs through my house and I could even tell that my dishes even looked cleaner?!! Im totally satisfied!!!

The technician, Jeremy was so knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the issue almost immediately. I told him I was a relatively new homeowner and trying to learn. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. He never once acted impatient or that I was bothering him with questions. I truly 100% appreciate his time and effort to make sure my a/c was fixed quickly and his willingness to explain everything to me! Will definitely be using Metro again in the future and will be asking for Jeremy specifically, if possible.

Metro was the most professional, kind and thorough company that I have ever worked with. Trent and Val not only came to service my AC unit but they made sure I had the right filter before ordering one, they fixed a leak in my unit, checked all the levels of output, coolant, power, etc. They arrived at my house quickly, offered to get me a beverage at the store, and stayed just long enough to make sure that I was all set. I am so grateful that Metro fixed my unit and they even waived the service fee so all of the labor was free. Choose Metro. You won’t be disappointed!!

Nic & the other guy (can’t remember his name sadly) were absolutely FANTASTIC!! Very friendly and helpful. Explained everything in a way I could understand. Gave me the estimate to fix, I approved. They had the issue fixed in no time. Also asked if they could do an inspection of some common things……water pressure test, water heater inspection, etc. Since they were already here, it was great to have them do this so I would know about any other issues needing attention. Thankful for this because I discovered my water heater is well past its ideal age. Overall a phenomenal experience with Metro plumbing, represented by Nic!! Highly recommend.

From the moment I called to schedule an appointment to unclog our kitchen sink, Sarah, who answered the phone immediately on a Sunday at around 8:30am, was very sweet, professional, and told me that Robby, would be calling me to let me know when he would arrive. Less than 10 minutes later, Robbie called to let me know he would be at our house in around 25 minutes, which he did. He explained the charge, $93 or free and told me exactly what he was going to do. To make a long story short, our drain was expertly unclogged in around 20 minutes. Robby was very knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient. Aaron and Chris did a phenomenal job at my house! It was a long drawn out process of diagnosis for my plumbing problem but in the end it was all worth it they saved me money and they worked diligently with all the tools to their disposal. They were very kind and understanding that I was getting frustrated with the situation and they were very sensitive to it being time sensitive because my downstairs tenant was involved and it was costing me money to have this problem going on. Aaron & Chris came in and took care of the diagnosis, found the problem, and resolved the problem for less cost than the alternative. I was very satisfied with them and their work!

Gaelin came out to check on a problem with our water heater. She was friendly and professional. Her explanation about the water heater was easy to understand , which I really appreciate. She gave us more than one option for replacing our old and cracked water heater. I appreciate all her help and am very satisfied with both her work and Metro Plumbing. I would definitely recommend checking with them if you ever have a problem with your water heater. Also, My water heater is in a very hard to reach space, so the fact that Gaelin could access it was extremely helpful in my particular situation. Two other installers came the next day to install the new water heater I purchased. Both of them were also friendly and professional and did an excellent job installing my new water heater as well as doing the demo work needed to make that happen. The previous owners of my home had boxed in the water heater and made it nearly inaccessible to check on much less replace so I really appreciate all the work Metros installers did on this job.

Great experience.Wanted to update after having septic located, dug, risers intalled, and septic pump out. !!! AWESOME JOB !!! Other than where the risers were installed I cant even tell the crew was in the side or back yard. EXTREMELY PLEASED! My better half who was here for the work had only great things to say for the crew. Courteous, friendly, and very nice were the words she used to describe them. Work area reseeded and strawed. Will definitely recommend.Another update, had Tanner and his crew replace my 15 year old water which had several issues due to its age and lack of regular maintenance. Thankfully , they were able to identify a safety issue with the expansion tank before it became a dangerous situation. They all did an awesome job. All were super fiendly, courteous and knowledgeable.Maty 2024 update - Brian came out for a yearly customer care inspection and found some issues regarding water line shut off valves stuck, toilet flapper needing replacement, and one line issue under the house. As always, very courteous sevice with knowledgeable and capable technicians with a well stocked service vehicle. Brian took care of our issues quickly and competently for a fair price. Great personnel. Also a lot are US military vets and great people. WILL DEFINITELY USE IN THE FUTURE!

I first met With Richard who determined a plan of action, keeping in mind to be as least invasive as possible to the house and the landscaping. The yard and landscaping took a beating, but Fred assured me he could work magic on putting things back together. And he did! He was super knowledgeable and made sure to give us multiple options for things that were urgent fixes versus things that could wait, to ensure we were comfortable with costs. Will be using Metro if we ever have any other issues!

He was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient when discussing my options, answering my questions and making adjustments to suit my needs while still presenting quality options.Maddox and Dillan were the initial technicians who came today, prior to Cody coming. Maddox and Dillan were also very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Maddox explained everything in detail about the issues of my Hvac and pointed out the issues to me. Maddox also presented options for repair with 3rd option for replacement, since my unit is over 30 yrs old. Maddox was also patient and answered my questions professionally.They were all very nice gentlemen. However, after I reconsidered the quoted cost and type hvac system, I decided to go with different hvac service provider who offered a top brand hvac system at a lower cost.

The Metro team did a great job. My water heater was leaking from the relief valve. Recommended a solution, gave me an estimate and completed the job quickly. Both were very nice. I felt comfortable having them here to work. They repaired two outside leaking faucets and replaced a faucet in the laundry room. Replaced the house pressure reducing valve as part of the solution for the overpressure relief valve leaking on the water heater. Great job.
