Cleveland Utilities notified me of a huge increase in my water usage and we all know what that means. Ugh.Since Im relatively new to the area, I called my nephew and he recommended Chase, and boy was I glad he did. They were extremely professional and understanding and made an appointment for me the very next day. Demetrius showed up the next day and within minutes found where the leak was coming from and got busy fixing it right away. He explained everything to me as he was working so I would know what the problem was and exactly what he was doing to fix it. I appreciated him not treating me like I needed to read the book, Plumbing for Dummies!I was extremely pleased with the work Demetrius did and even more pleased with the price of the repair.I highly recommend Chase for anyone with plumbing issues.

Eddie came to our home on Saturday 3/17 to snake our line! He told me that wasnt going to fix the problem so he ask was it ok to come back the next day with the water jet to clear the line. Which was very ok with and on top of the that with a convenient time for when we got out church! Eddie was very friendly and professional! Would recommend him anytime!

I think the guys name was Jack, who initially came out and diagnosed my problem with my hvac unit..I needed a new unit, when it was time to install my unit, Ethan and another guy arrived at the scheduled time, completed the installation and cleaned up after themselves. They all were prompt, professional and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this company.
