We had a wonderful experience with Ritchie Plumbing! Our outdoor spigot was installed poorly and began leaking. Ritchie Plumbing was very responsive and came out quickly. They assessed the problem, explained what had been done incorrectly and the possible solutions. They fixed it on the spot and were courteous and professional. I had a bad leak that sprung from my kitchen faucet late on a Friday afternoon. I called around and found it difficult to get someone who could come out on Saturday. I couldn’t use my kitchen faucet because the leak was really bad. At the time I wasn’t sure what the problem was. Ritchie’s Plumbing asked me if I could send pictures. I did. The pictures and description helped them identify that it was the faucet and they weren’t sure it could be repaired. I was able to get a new faucet Friday evening and they were at my house promptly at 9am. Because they identified the problem in advance it saved time and money. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them.

Single momma here! John was so helpful when my 7yo flushed something weird down the toilet. He was responsive, punctual & took time to explain what the problem was and what my options were, which I appreciate. I trusted him to select a mew commode that was budget conscious as well as sturdy and high quality. I am very happy with his service & feel relieved to have a trustworthy & friendly plumber. Our well quit working at a very inconvenient time - I was in the middle of showering! After googling a few places and leaving messages and getting no responses, a neighbor suggested Ritchie Plumbing so I gave him a call. He answered my call and was able to get to my house within a few hours. Cant say enough good things about John Ritchie and his plumbing services. I have been nothing but PLEASED with them from START to FINISH since working with them in the past week.Our home had original cast iron sewer pipes that had aged and finally began leaking in our basement. We tried for 4 weeks to call well established plumbers in the local area to come out for an estimate...and would only be told that everyone was booked for weeks...that is if they even bothered to return our calls.After continuing to research, I found Ritchie Plumbing...saw the great reviews he already had...and took my shot. My call was answered immediately, and they came out to do a quote that same day...Free of charge, since we lived in the local Stvl area.After they left, I already knew that I TRUSTED them to do the work....even before getting the quote....which they already had done up for me by the end of the day. And the pricing was so reasonable, for the work that had to be done!!.Im HAPPY to say that a week later....my pipes have been replaced. The job was done within a day....I had a little to zero clean up to do after they left...and the service was so PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. I have HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this company to my friends who are looking to have plumbing work done....and I will only use Ritchie Plumbing in the future. We had an issue with one of our fittings he had worked on, he came back out late and night, fixed it, and didnt charge us one penny.Previously, John has worked on our drain lines, installed a backflow valve, and re-did the valves for our bathroom showers. All quality work done for a great price.Hire this guy, hes amazing, I wish there were more contractors like him.

He came in assessed the leak and within 10 mins found the issue and had everything readily available to do the repair. We came across an issue with our kitchen sink drain line when we were remodeling our kitchen. We had met with two previous plumbers, one of which said they would be able to fix the issue but didnt, before we found Ritchies Plumbing. My breaker kept tripping every time my water was on for 5 minutes (sometimes a little bit longer) I was convinced it was my well, which is a MAJOR expense. I called John at 6:30a.m. and he was at my house by 7:30a.m.After John did some diagnostics, come to find out it was my water tank, which is significantly cheaper to replace than a well. He quoted me a price that was at least $100 cheaper than the next guy.To say the least, I would recommend him to anyone. He is trustworthy, HONEST, affordable, and knows what he is doing. I was very pleased with the work. Havent had a problem since!

Ritchie Plumbing did a great job installing our garbage disposal. They were able to come out the day after I called. Johnny went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done correctly and that we were satisfied. He even noticed and took the time to fix a broken faucet handle while he was here. John and his team did a great job to update the plumbing of my kitchen sink and waste disposal. He also braced the under mounted sink to the counter top. The plumbing under the sink looks very streamlined after. He and his co-worker cleanup the job site very well after.
