Hugo and team are a pleasure to work with.They helped replace wood trim around almost the entire house, some siding, painted exterior of home, replaced some outdoor lighting, and replaced doorbell with smart doorbell. An animal had caused damage to wood trim around chimney, and they addressed that issue as well.Reason’s to choose Hugo:1) Clear and Prompt communication2) Rain or shine his team found work to do so no time was wasted; even around the end of year holidays!3) Stayed within quoted project cost4) Cleaned up after themselves…I know, shouldn’t have to be called out, but that has been an issue in the past!5) 1-year warranty included on the workOverall - they will go above and beyond to get job completed.Thank You

I decided to take a chance on Hugo after reading good reviews online to repair some water damage we had from a bad storm. I am so thankful I called him. He came out the same day I called, put together an estimate for the repairs for our insurance and made it work with what the insurance company gave us. He went above and beyond accommodating our wants and needs. His team just completed the outside work and did it all within one day and he is going to do the inside work soon based on my work schedule. He is professional, accommodating, reliable and honest which is very hard to find. He cares about the work he does and the people he does it for. I will be using him for any home repairs and projects we have in the future and I would recommend him without a doubt. I will leave another review along with photos once the inside work is done.

We absolutely loved working with Quality Construction and Restoration. They were very easy to work with and got the job done very quickly. Hugo was very flexible to our schedule and transparent with their process. We had our drywall redone and had rooms repainted as well as a shower door installation. They were also very responsive and very communicative with all of the work they have done or needed to do. Their work is top notch!

I cant say enough about Quality Construction! Last Thursday Lowes sent the installers to install the new door I waited 5 months for. Unfortunately, when the installer started removing the old door there was years of water damage. I called Hugo with Quality Construction. Super friendly and pleasant. He came right over on Thursday and started work Friday in 28 degrees weather and worked Sat as well. I was sure they were tired of all the coffee. I was trying to keep them warm. Hugo keep his word and as promised finished up everything including painting and replacing flooring that has some water damage. I will sleep well tonight. Thanks to Hugo and is team!!

The Quality Construction & Restoration Co. was recommended to me by my realtor as a resource for painting the townhouse that I purchased in the South Park area of Charlotte. Not only did Hugo and his crew tackle the 22.5 foot high, pumpkin-colored walls and ceilings in the living room, but they did an excellent job covering some very dark colors in the other rooms of the townhouse. They paid great attention to detail with their painting and took every precaution to protect the flooring, fixtures and appliances during their painting process.Hugo is professional, knowledgeable and very personable, often going the extra mile to make certain that all my needs were met and that I was completely satisfied with the work that had been completed. I hired this company for several home electrical work through Angi. Hugo and his assistant were fantastic! He did an initial free visit to assess the work and provide an estimate. He was extremely professional and would explain details to me as we were looking at different lightning changes I wanted to make. He went above and beyond by suggesting further improvements and changes I did not consider before. Besides being professional and knowledgeable, the quality of his work is impecable and they work really fast. They also offered to dispose all electrical parts removed and boxes, which was greatly appreciated! Lastly, him and his assistant are very friendly and a pleasure to work with.I also hired him to fix a wooden gate in my deck. This gate was made by a handyman who blamed my deck for how his gate was touching and scratching the floor on one side. Hugo very quickly identified and solved the issue and suggested a possible replacement since the current gate is just too heavy and not well built. It was again impressive how knowledgeable he is and offers an arrangement of solutions.I strongly recommend Hugo and his crew. Im already looking into doing additional projects with them!

Hugo and his crew are the consummate professionals I had watepiip burstt and brought down my entrance way and dining room ceilings. Hugo was doing wr on another house in the neighborhood. He came over that evening and had a fair and professional estimate. He began work when promissed. He insulated the new pipe and the new ceiling. Replaced all drywall. Primered painted entire ceiling and cleaned the walls and painted poderoom entrance and dining room walls. He hung light s chandelier and ceiling fan. They cleaned up every day when finished and returned when scheduled for the next several days. We are very satisfied with his work ethic and customer.service. He and his workers take pride in there work.

I just bought an old condo and needed a microwave put in. The contractor the realtor referred me to told his guys to put it in even though it was not safe and would not meet code. I looked on Home Advisor I think for contractors and Quality came up. This was on a Wed and he was just finishing a job and was going to start a new one on Friday but he could come the next day and do it. I was so lucky, I know he is very busy. He had to take out the cupboard, cut it in half , put it back and then install the microwave safely. It looks perfect and I plan on having him remodel the whole kitchen in the next year

Hired Hugo to fix ceiling drywall damage. He sent me a reasonably priced quote and came a couple of days later to fix it. Great quality, very professional and thorough. There was minimal dust in the house because they enclosed the area where they were working with plastic but still cleaned up afterwards whatever dust was left. I’m giving Hugo more projects to do around the house now that I’ve seen the quality of their work. Definitely recommend hiring them.
