Swift Brothers sent over a picture of who to expect and some info about my installer. Loved that! I had David Vazquez. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was so patient with me because I was clueless. He did a great job of explaining what he did and what I should do in the future. I hadn’t had servicing since it was installed so he explained the benefits or the consequences if I did not get my system serviced. I will now have it serviced by your company. Thank you David and thank you Swift Brothers for your service.

We had our dual air conditioning systems replaced last month by Progressive Service. The whole experience -- from our first call for an evaluation to find out why our power bill was way up, through the installation and even a service call -- has been fantastic. Responsiveness was very fast, I think one day for the evaluator (William Taylor) to come out after my call. He was straightforward and honest in his report, including several pictures of the bad news with our old systems. The sales rep (Darryl Boswell) was here the day after that, and gave us a great education on the different systems we could choose, benefits of each, and the cost. His 25+ years of experience, and how long hes been with Progressive, gave us a feeling of trust and confidence in both his advice and the company. And the final installation was done about 2 weeks after we ordered, and took two installers two full days. Communication was excellent, the installers were super friendly and did a great job keeping everything clean. Justin is the BEST! They put down protective cloths on the floors and stairs so as not to damage anything (pics attached). And when we had a problem with the units going into reverse defrost mode and blowing cold air into the house, we hade Justin out again the very same day that I called. Just a great experience overall.

Our water heater broke and I called Progressive. They showed up as expected and provided an estimate of the replacement and cost. The heater was replaced quickly the next day with our questions answered along the way as well as some questions regarding aspects of other household needs. The cost was definitely more than expected so sticker shock did set in, but this was in comparison to 2007 prices which is the last time we had a water heater replaced. Big thanks to James and Justin for their work and answering our questions.

Very prompt in responding to my Plumming issues at my home. Hailey was able to adjust the schedule to get a technician out to my house for repairs within a few hours. Great experience with progressive service company. They were competitive with pricing, and provided a price match guarantee. Very impressed with the quality install, which was completed very quickly in just a manner of hours. I confirmed contact with them at 5pm asme the very next morning they were there bright and early for install. Completed in about 4 hours, and great cuatomer service all around. Even had a separate visit from a quality control guy that checked behind the install team (which did a great job). The whole team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Cant ask for now. Highly recommended!Ps. I was a bit weary at first about paying half up front and half at completion, but rest assured they are legit and should have no concerns.

I was connected to Progressive through Costco*. My current system was almost 20 years old. I wanted to replace it proactively instead of reactively.Scotty arrived on time and explained my options. He did not do any song and dance or make unwritten promises to get my business. Progressives upfront price was better than the competitions mangers today only price because he wants to help me out. He responded timely to follow up questions.Installation of system was scheduled quickly (2 days later). Installation Techs were respectful of me and my property, kept me informed along the way. System was tested both air and heat prior to their departure.* I ended up purchasing a different unit than the one that made me eligible for the Costco shop card. Im thankful that Costco connected me to a great company.

Mr Shane did an awesome job. This has been the quickest install from calling the 800 number to getting dispatched to arrival and troubleshooting. All took no more than 4 hours. I waited for another company Proven Profesional Construction to come out they did but was taking them 1 week and a half to do the install. I will truly recommend Progressive for the 5 star service they gave me. I will always use you.

Our plumbers were amazing! Another company left us without water over the weekend after a repair job went wrong. We called Progressive around 7 pm on a Friday night and they had someone at our home within 20 minutes. I wish I’d gotten both guy’s names because they could not have been nicer. They started digging to get to our plumbing line around 8:30 pm and worked until 11 pm to make sure our water was able to be turned back on 😭 So far everything is working perfectly. 10/10 would recommend!

Called company to inquire about their service due to needing toilet set as we recently replaced flooring. The initial call was handled very well by the lady that answered. I was lucky that a plumber could be out in under an hr considering this was on Friday.Ethan came out & while the price was IMO excessive, he was very kind & professional and explained what needed to be done to make the fix. I do not normally write reviews, but felt this employee needed to be recognized for his work as well as the company for their prompt response.I would’ve easily have given 5 stars and believe that had the price not be as high as it was, this is a company I would call again to have in my home. Chad came out to represent Progressive SC. He was punctual, very personable, and straight to the point. I appreciate that. We tried to troubleshoot full house flickering of vanity lights and some canned lights. All LED. New home build (less than 2 yrs old). Checked main breaker, checked individual arc/GFI breakers. Individual breakers ran warm, they shouldn’t. Recommended replacement of breakers first, if problems persists, then try bulb replacements. If still continues, then it might be a neutral electrical line. Thorough, and professional. Never left any questions.

We hired Progressive to fix a gas leak and install a new electric water heater with an expansion tank in our crawl space. Brandon worked alone and did both jobs in about 4 hours (despite having a migraine). Unfortunately, when the gas co turned on the gas the leak was worse than before. The gas co tech said that an air pressure test should be done whenever a gas line repair is made. Brandon had not tested the gas line and when notified of the leak offered to repair it but said that an air pressure test would be an additional cost. We decided to have him complete the repair and we would pay the gas co to test the line. When Brandon arrived he said he would do the air test at no extra charge. So after 6 days the gas line was finally fixed. Overall were satisfied but wish the test had been done after the initial repair, avoiding delays and a few anxious days of waiting and deciding what to do next. We are grateful to Brandon for upgrading the water heater to the brand we wanted at no extra charge and for doing a great job installing it by himself. However, its unlikely we would use Progressive again because there were several communication issues between us and the office and between Brandon and the office.

LOOK NO FURTHER! We were unsure if a water heater replacement was even necessary. Brandon provided an honest, practical assessment. He actually gave us MORE reasons NOT to hire him - and his biggest concern was us feeling like wed been pushed one way or the other. His insight enabled us to make an informed decision. Once we requested a replacement, he was communicative, careful, and COVID-safe as he took care of it in just a few hours. We are TOTALLY satisfied, and relieved, that we have the right product in our home.

Our solar water heater (circulating fluid to heat water) was not working. The system uses prop. glycol as heating fluid and it took them a while to get some for our system. They came and changed the fluid and also found a sensor that was not working. The service personnel were prompt (once the appointment was made) and professional. System works well now and I would recommend them especially for this specialized service.

We have an appointment for him to return and install both faucets. Rivers have us an estimate for the labor and was very helpful in recommending replacements. He was courteous, respectful and highly professional. We continue to be pleased with Progressive for our plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Based on his professionalism and courtesy I was able to make an informed decision based on the availability of the equipment that would meet our needs. Marcus was very professional. We live in Creedmoor and needed someone to test our water for toxins. Marcus did a thorough examination and provided metrics to show that the water was in good standing. In addition to the metrics, he provided guidance based on his experience and sent documents we could review for further consideration. Marcus also went above and beyond what was required because we forgot to ask him to look at our water heater before he left. So, we called the main office 10mins after he left to see if he had time to return. He returned and did a thorough investigation of the water heater and stayed for an additional 15mins explaining to my fiancee what he (Marcus) had found and the recommendations to follow. Extremely pleased with Marcus service and we feel educated enough to make a decision on how to ensure we have the best water quality for our home. We will utilize Progressives service once we decide.

Weve been working with Marcus and Progressive for two years now. In 2022 we noticed a small stream running from our water heater out to our garage door and called Progressive as they offered after hours appointments. We were lucky enough to get Marcus as our technician. Not only did he do a terrific job obtaining and installing a new water heater for us, he went the extra mile in almost every aspect of the installation.We were very specific in which model of water heater we wanted and of course that particular heater was very hard to come by at the time. We live in Durham and the closest authorized distributer with that model in stock was in Greensboro, just over an hour away without traffic (which is never the case, call it an hour and 45 minutes easy most days), and they had just two in stock. After that the next closest was over three hours away so time was against us. He left immediately upon hearing that and drove to Greensboro and got the heater we wanted, and by the time he arrived the other had been sold. So had he not taken the initiative we probably would have been out of luck.Marcus is great but so is the entire team at Progressive. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and extremely customer-focused. It is rare these days but very much appreciated. Thanks to all for yet another very positive experience.

Good quality equipment. Generally good installation. A ductwork and drain line deficiency were corrected. The drain line was installed without an elbow outside. An elbow would prevent blowing grass cuttings into the pipe and pluging the pipe.

He could have left after doing the job (like all the other plumbers who couldnt truly find out what the real problem was) and I wouldnt have been the wiser but despite the price staying the same, he was determined to locate the root cause. Thankfully he did and now we can get it corrected and have reliable plumbing upstairs. We paid $1000 to Roto rooter last year and they clearly didnt do what they charged us for. The last 2 at least told me they didnt know but all the plumbers seem to refer to progressive which speaks volumes. This is my plumber forever!! Ty!!

Marcus and John from Progressive were courteous, friendly and professional. John had visited the evening before and identified a well-pump failure as the reason we had no water! Overnight they arranged supply of a new pump and all the other parts needed - pressure switch, new pressure tank and so on. They arrived around midday on Saturday and got to work straight away. Although the job had challenges along the way, they managed all the hiccups with grace and finally completed at 7 pm. The quality of and their pride in their work was clear. We now have a fully functional setup that will last us many years to come! One last point - the cost of the new pump installation was very competitive, in fact it was less than Michael and son charged for the last well pump replacement in 2015! Thank you Marcus and John and Progressive, we give you. 5-star review for the whole experience.

Michael, from Progressive, was very organized and fast. Did a good job installing three toilets, removing the old ones of course, and left things very clean before he left. Would recommend the companys work quality and professionalism of employees, though the company did mess up on the original install date by not scheduling a helper for Michael so he could finish the job the same day. He had to install one of the toilets that day and come back again another day once he had a helper. Would have also been nice if the company had updated me that he was delayed the first day rather than me calling in multiple times to check status. Wasted half a day as a result just waiting. I do appreciate them being very responsive whenever I called, though. If I didnt have time constraints that threw off my moving plans, those delays would not have mattered, but as it stands, it did throw off a few other things in my schedule of moving into a newly bought place. Good workmanship though, hence the 4 stars.
