I received excellent service from Komfort Air Service Experts today. The technician Curtis Davies came to my house on time as scheduled. His service was very quick and professional. My furnace wasn’t working and in a matter of minutes he replaced the damage part and got me up and running again. I can’t thank him enough.

Our stand-alone shower started gurgling and stopped draining while taking a shower. Then I attempted to flush the toilet just to see if it worked and it started backing up. They did go down after some time but the problem was our water pipes were clogged on the outside, not inside. Long story short, Komfort Air Service Experts sent Solomon Bayu out and after almost 3-1/2 hours was able to clear the pipes from inside the house as our cleanouts were burried and not accessible! He did outstanding work, kept our home clean while working and after he was done. He was very knowledgeable, explained in detail what was needed or would be needed in the future if we had this problem again, gave us a quote for future work, and was very considerate and kind. Highly recommend (this is the second time he had been to my home) and we were very pleased!

Raymond Dance from Komfort did an excellent job of addressing my HVAC issues. He did the work to assess and then immediately repaired the issues. He then offered a succinct technical explanation of the issues and carefully explained the possible need for future service follow-up. Altogether, Raymond acted as an efficient professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

I cannot say enough great things about Shamar Este and Breanna Henkels from Komfort Air! They went above and beyond when installing our new ductwork in the attic. Not only were they thoughtful in how they placed everything, but they also cleaned the attic so thoroughly that it looked brand new!Their professionalism was top-notch, and their attention to detail was truly impressive. On top of that, they had such great energy and worked together seamlessly—it was a joy to have them in our home. Met Kariah Ashlock, Komfort Air technician. This young woman presented herself with confidence, very pleasant and knowledgeable. She gave in layman’s terms a report on what her service entailed, what was in good condition, average, needs watching, installed new filters throughout the house…etc., overall she got the system tuned up for the winter. She even convinced me to become a Komfort Air member, explaining member benefits, & advantages. Very reasonably priced. I am really satisfied with my encounter with Komfort Air Service Experts.

Great experience with new units installation today with Bernard and Tony. They worked all day on our double header in tight spaces. They were polite and friendly and very careful and respectful of our home. For a tough job, they were relatively quiet and unobtrusive. I had extensive pipe blockage from an upstairs 36 year old hot tub and shower that Soloman et. al. fixed over a two day period. The blockage was found to be in a difficult area of my wall but a new pipe was installed with minimal ceiling and wall openings. I truly believe most plumbers I know would not attempt to do this job but Komfort did and I appreciate their work.

Came home from vacation to an AC unit not working. Call a competitor of Komfort (Morris Jenkins) and was told the board in the unit was fried and melted. The motor & compressor was done. The coolant was leaking, and needed to be replaced. Given an estimate of $8k to fix or $14k to replace.Called Komfort for the second opinion - Chris was prompt, professional, and honest. He confirmed that neither my board, motor, nor ac fluids were bad. He went in and found that a simple battery replacement was needed. I went from an eight thousand dollar headache to a $450 solution.

Weve worked with Komfort Air for years and have been very happy with them. They have always sent out quality, genuinely nice people to do the work who did a good job. It came time to replace the A/C system and the hot water heater so we opted for top of the line systems using the Advantage Plan. The Lennox A/C system itself is very good and quiet for the heating and air and the Rinnai Tankless water heater is also very nice, however, I think due to the way the initial contractor installed the heating and A/C ductwork with long ducts going to my bonus room when the house was built, it still was not heating and cooling properly upstairs. Komfort Air even tried adding an additional duct to my bonus room. Still wasnt a good temp. During a recent maintenance check, Mike Long suggested we use a mini-split. We got that added to the advantage plan and they came out right away and got that installed. Kudos to the following folks:Dominique & Daniel installed the A/C Unit and did a great job and I enjoyed having them around.Plumbers Mike and John did a great job on the tankless water heater install and are both nice folks.Mike Long did the A/C yearly service recently and when I mentioned the bonus room was still not cooling properly, he did some checking to get the best recommendation of using a mini-Split in the bonus room to solve the problem. Eddie and G had the mini-split installed just a few days later and it now feels wonderful all the time upstairs.Plumbers Joe and Leeroy recently did our yearly maintenance last week and noticed the bladder for our water tank had burst. (I erroneously thought it was a prefilter under the house causing the bad water pressure). Joe and Leeroy just finished replacing the water tank and installing hot water return piping to get the hot water to each faucet faster and our water pressure is so much better and now when we turn on the hot it is hot so much faster than before.Jason in sales has also good to work with over the years. Thanks team. We appreciate you.11/13/24 update. Plumbers Clarence and Joe just left after installing a Halo 5 filter under the house. They always do a top notch job and even spotted and corrected some deficiencies that a previous (non-Komfort Air) plumber had left. We love these guys. Still holding at 5 stars!11/14/24 Add Mariah to the 5 star lineup. Thanks for the A/C tune-up.

They were efficient and effective at doing the repairs and professional. Komfort Air Service is the best HVAC company out there. When our AC went out last August (2022) and it was 90° in the house, we had 3 other companies come out to access the problem. Komfort Air was the only company that went into the attic to find the leak and access the problem correctly. Not only did the other 3 companies not bother to give an accurate report of the problem, they charged us to give us their opinion. One of them was sent to us through our home warranty company. We were desperate to get the AC fixed. Komfort Air was recommended to me and they came out to give a second opinion for free!!! I believe this was on a Friday and on Monday they completely replaced our HVAC system!!!! Every single one of their service people have been great.

He spent time and concern with me regarding the replacement of our units. Sales person came right way after we heard that our 23 years AC and Heating systems needed to be gone. Next morning, your installers were at our door promptly at 8:00am. Daniel, George, Dom and G were AMAZING! They are a valuable employees of your company. They were efficient, professional, organized and courteous. They left my home spotless and took the time to talk to me by the end of the service!
