We contacted Brett Jonson at Guaranteed Plumbing the day before the Thanksgiving holiday as our hot water heater was failing and needed replacement. He responded quickly and explained options and was able to dispatch his crew to make the replacement that afternoon. Dalton and Dillion came out and did a very professional job with the installation and offered some good tips on advice for ongoing maintenance. Im very pleased with Guaranteed Plumbings service and would definitely work with them on any future needs.

I couldnt be more satisfied with the work that Guaranteed Plumbing & Construction did. About an hour in, Dillon, the technician, was showing me the completed job when another leak suddenly sprung. After consulting with his manager, he informed me that they would fix the new leak at no additional charge. I really appreciated that decision by the manager, especially since we weren’t sure if the leak had been overlooked earlier or if it happened during the repair. It was impressive to see such strong values in action, as I had half-expected to be charged extra. Instead, the company took full responsibility, even when they could’ve chosen otherwise.Most importantly, I was thoroughly impressed with Dillon’s work. He tackled a pretty challenging task, all while working in the rain! There were plenty of opportunities for him to call it a day and come back the next day, but he stuck with it, and we got our water back. I highly recommend this company!

Brett built a new bathroom off one of our kids bedrooms. He came up with the best plumbing solution requiring new drain navigating a steel support beam and going down two floors with minimum drywall cuts. Very happy with the results and working with Brett was awesome - he has the highest integrity and all around great guy. We also hired Brett to run a gas line from our kitchen to the deck for the BBQ and gas fire pit. Once again, Brett proposed the best solution over other contractors which required routing a new gas line through cabinets, under a lazy susan and through the brick exterior.

I love this company! Camron and Brett are always able to accommodate my last minute de-winterizations all over the Charlotte area (Im a Real Estate advisor), and their techs do an amazing job. This last one, the other day, Dalton found a leak when turning back on the water and he went straight to Home Depot to grab the parts and fix it while he was there. I love that I didnt have to make a second appointment to fix the issue. Plus, he stayed late to make sure everything was patched up. I cant recommend this company enough. Need a plumbing company? I’ve used Guaranteed Plumbing several times since we moved to Charlotte two years. It’s easy to schedule a visit and their plumbers are smart, good natured and highly competent. This time their plumber Hugh Vogt investigated a wet spot in the yard at the side of the house. He investigated multiple possibilities including tracking where in ground yard drains go and where the water inlets and waste outlets to the house are located, before suggesting two possible reasons for the problem, one being a leak in a sprinkler system (which we never use!). We will see if turning off the water supply to that system fixes the problem
