One of the biggest Lifesavers to my new and first time homeowner experience. I had my shower line break right before the valve. Left a message the night prior and the following morning Cindy took great care of me and my wife getting our appointment set up with Brian. Brian the plumber was absolutely fantastic! Came in got everything fixed reassured my mother-in-law and now I have a shower! And at a seriously awesome price. Everywhere else was going to charge me about 800 and they did about a third of that price. Cant beat it anywhere. Terrific people to work with, and I am for sure going to be using their services again

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Our garbage disposal had completely locked up. Brian arrived right on time the following work day, took great care to keep our rugs and floors clean while he worked, and he tackled the project enthusiastically. He was friendly, explained everything he was doing, and quickly installed a new disposal. He then went to great lengths to ensure that there was no leakage anywhere. Brian was a real pro and AAA City Plumbing is now our go-to company and Brian is our plumber!

AAA City Plumbing was friendly, courteous and accomodating for my needs. Jamie got us on the schedule and explained the process very professionally. They were recommended by a neighbor and I am so glad this is the company they recommended!Update! Wesley came, with another young man whose name I did not catch, my bad. Both went right to work. My 47 year old faucets and shutoffs were not cooperating, but they made short work of it anyway. They quickly switched out everything and now I wonder why we waited so long to have them replaced. They cleaned everything up beautifully and we couldnt be happier with their work. I highly recommend this company. My neighbors recommended them to us as the only company they use too.

Unbelievable I really can’t believe how I sat here looking at my receipt they charged me almost 500$ to change a water filter that take no more then 10 minutes they had went 5 miles to go get it to change and the part was only 30$ they have you leave a review before work is finished thinking everything is good to get 25$ that’s only haft of it but Shannon and will was nice I was happy that my water pressure was back. Unbelievable, the price that I had to pay!!

Well pump went out Friday night. I connected with Cindy at AAA early Saturday morning and Cindy committed to have Shannon the on call technician to show up same day on Saturday.Shannon arrived in the afternoon and proceeded to diagnose the issue which was in the electrical wiring to the well pump. Shannon had to pull the deep well pump out and replaced the wiring to the pump and installed discs to prevent the wiring from rubbing on the walls of the well and stripping the wires insulation that caused the issue.

Update #2: AAA City Plumbing reached out after seeing my review and asked to make this right - and they did. Mike, my preferred plumber at AAA was dispatched to clean things up. He did a fine job as shown in new images below. I cannot raise my rating to a 5 because the company seemed to ignore my request for Mike to do the job initially, and because it did cause me unwarranted aggravation. I will use AAA City Plumbing again in the near future for a gas line install and expect to be back to a 5 star rating.Update #1: Lowering my score from 5 to 3 due to latest experience: I requested a way to have hot and cold water in our garage and requested Mike to do the work based on my past excellent experience. Unfortunately they disregarded my request (while never specifically telling me) and set a different technician. The guy did not want to use copper as initially requested and talked me into plastic instead. While he provided hot and cold water to our garage, it looks terrible…like I did it myself. The anchors he used are pulling out of the wall and he used band iron to attach the pipe to the wall instead of a pipe strap of the right size which would have looked much neater.Used AAA City Plumbing to provide sink lines by tying into existing washing machine water lines recently. Mike was on time professional, knowledgeable and careful in our home. When I discussed some additional work to be done at a future date Dean was quick to come out and survey my request. Our experience has been top notch and we will use them in the future.

Mr. Brian Hester came to fix two things for me. My kitchen garbage disposal did not work, and my bathtub shower faucet was leaking. Brian is very experienced, diagnosed both issues in a few minutes, and gave me a quote which is very reasonable comparing to a couple of previous companies who came to estimate. He reseted and un-jammed my disposal, saving me to install a new one as previous companies told me to do. Then he installed a new faucet cartridge. In total he spent less than 30 mins. I highly recommended Brian and AAA City Plumbing. Thanks Brian.

As someone who came from up North I had no idea who to call for a new Hot water heater. I did what everyone does and Googled for a company. After reading the reviews for AAA City I was impressed!! I called them at 8:00pm...not only did a person who spoke English answer the phone but he took my info and not even 10 minutes later another person Jamie or Cindy called me to set up a NEXT day appointment. I was called in the morning, an appointment was setup, I was texted the name of the service person and his picture of who was coming to the house. Brian was on time, polite and gave me a very reasonable quote..as he needed help, Eric came also and I was again texted his name and picture. The heater was installed on in no time......Porsha did a follow-up with me for inspections. Very polite and a pleasure to speak to. Waide is fantastic! Our water heater was not installed properly and started spewing water. He worked fast to get it safe and up to code. Friendly, wonderful personality and I feel comfortable that my water heater is repaired as it should be.Update**weve now used AAA City Plumbing 3x.Today, Shannon installed a brand new 50 gallon water heater, reconfigured the setup with fancy new copper piping, it looks great and he worked tirelessly to get it completed for us. But today I was told that was not a service he could provide. Not very honest professional service and a total waste of my afternoon.If you dont offer a service dont tell customers that you do.My review is poor Customer service on all parties I encountered today.I would not at this time recommend you Company to anyone.J. MahonOn Friday morning, Mr Dean called me and requested that he and his technician be able to get another opportunity to complete my emergency water leak repaired and get the home owner back into her house for the weekend.I agreed to his request.Ian showed up at Three and Mr. Dean was there within 5 minutes.Both immediately got busy hand digging.About 30 minutes into the search ,.Dean went and got a mini excavator. Upon return we al got busy trying to locate the leak .Two hours later and 40 feet from the meter we located the leak.Ian installed a coupler and repaired the leaking supply line. Mr.Dean (owner of AAA City Plumbing) provided excellent customer service and completed the job safely and professionally.Ian and Mr.Dean were exhausted but completed the task.This was a bad situation that they took the time to correct the issue and were able to get the home owner back into her house.This shows that proper communication and working together , anything is possible.I appreciate their hard work ethic and determination to help get the problem solved.This goes to show that companies do care about their customers and their situation.At this point I would now recommend AAA CITY Plumbing for your plumbing needs and if you have any questions call the office and the owner himself will be glad to talk you to resolve any questions.J.Mahon

Very fast, quality service. The initial service fee was deducted from the final cost as promised. The plumber, Stephan, was very friendly and provided a list of items to purchase beforehand in order for me to save me money. After I acquired the items, he came out the very next morning. He actually did a good bit of work and installed 3 faucets, 1 sink, 3 intake valves, replaced a pipe, and stopped all the leaks. I am very satisfied and would recommend to anyone needing immediate plumbing services.

Were glad Perry was here to take care of one of the yucky-est jobs in the world (my opinion, but Im probably not the only one who thinks so!)This is the 3rd time we have called AAA Plumbing. The first time it was cleaned, the folks who owned the house before us never had it cleaned - yes, it was 25 years of it not being cleaned. Thats the 1st time we called AAA Plumbing and they took care of our septic tank - with no issues removing everything that was there for 25 years (yes, we can all envision it, yuck!). This company is awesome. We had all of the toilets in our house backed up, and I called them at 4:45 in the afternoon. They came out, diagnosed my septic system issue and resolved it efficiently and at a very fair price. Kudos to Chris, excellent technician. Great customer service skills. They set expectations when they would call and show up for the appointment as well as sending a text confirming with a picture of the service tech that would be arriving. Jesse was wonderful!
