    Jonathon Firkus has been our service provider for our radiant heat system since we moved to Bend five years ago! When I discovered that one of our thermostat was not working, I called Firkus Plumbing to get an appointment with Jonathon! He came out today and completely solved the problem! Much to my surprise, the thermostats have batteries! Jonathon put the proper batteries into the dead thermostat and it started to work. He also replaced the batteries in the other two thermostats! Easy fix …but the best thing was that he didn’t charge me for the service call! Nice Christmas gift for us!🎄🎅Marsha Miller

    We had the garage door open by itself during some power surges. This happened at night when the morning temp was below zero. we were un-aware, until the next morning. a call to Jason was immediate, and they gave a date and time, and showed up!the job took about an hour and a half.they were in and out in a flash, kept me in the loop all the way, actually made some improvements. this is not the first time i have used Firkus plumbing. and certainly it will not be the last. if you want it done in a timely manner, and perfect, call Firkus, you will return for your next plumbing fix! great people with your concerns at the front.B.     These guys are great! Our water heater thermostat fried, and Firkus was so prompt at sending help within the hour. Our tech, Justin, was super knowledgeable and didnt push a sale. He pinpointed our problem, and within minutes had 2 new thermostats installed and tested for safety. We thought we needed a new water heater, we were so thankful these guys were honest. But in case we did need a new water heater, he had one with him to install right away, no waiting! I recommend them for professionalism. Other plumbing companies I called didnt even answer the phone?! I totally trust this company and will recommend them to all my friends!

    Firkus Plumbing and Heating performed all aspects of work needed to connect my septic system to the city sewer, including decommissioning the septic system. They did an excellent job in a timely and professional manner, disturbing the property as little as possible. I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything, including all the permits was taken care of. I highly recommend these folks and will call on them for future plumbing and heating needs.

    We hired Firkus to install a toilet and lav in our basement and change out a toilet upstairs...they were the absolute best to work with! The guys were so kind and efficient. We decided we needed to add a wall in the basement mid project and they graciously agreed to come back to put the toilet in. Honestly - this is the company and crew you want taking care of you. The best, period.

    I had another company come and look at our water heater two different times. They found nothing wrong. They merely told me I should keep it on hybrid mode (there are three modes that ALL should work). We had nothing but problems with this brand new water heater for over a year. Luckily, Brian and his co-worker came out and were very professional, located the problem quickly, explained it to me, and we are now getting a new water heater. I cant tell you how much I appreciate their work! Thank you!

    We recently had a sudden significant leak in our home, which needed to be diagnosed and repaired ASAP. Sensing the urgency in my voice, Ariana worked her magic and Brian appeared a short time later. Luckily, Brian made quick work of it and helped us avoid considerable damage.     Super happy customer. Main water line leaking. Jason and Jonathan came out to analyze the problem and proposed new line to avoid future problems . Quick response and job completed in a very timely manner with attention to detail and made sure to leave a finished look ; backfilled and cleaned up without any debris or dips in the ground. Excellent communication and customer service. Thank you Jason, Jonathan, John and Lorisa for a job well done so quickly, putting my mind at ease and reasonably priced.

    We have used Firkus Plumbing for several years for repairs, water heater installation, and plugged drain lines. These services were for our house and three rental homes close by.The Firkus receptionists always answers the phone and have been very efficient at setting a schedule for service even when things are busy for them.Once a scheduled is set, the techs arrive on time and are efficient at resolving whatever our problem may be.The staff has always been cordial, professional, and skilled.Their fees are very reasonable.They have always met their schedule.They answer their phone!I highly recommend Firkus Plumbing, Five stars.
