    Needed a last minute gas hook up to a new dryer and Colby really helped us out. Pretty amazing to call at 3:30 pm have them scheduled and at the house by 4:15.     Called these guys after Home Depot refused to install my new dishwasher I purchased from them, for some oddball reason which turned out to be bogus. Stark came out quickly and did the install and haul away like true professionals! They were on time, polite, and knew what they were doing. They took a bit extra time to ensure the DW was level and working properly. Cant say enough about Stark Plumbing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    The Company kept in constant contact with me until the Repair Tech (Frank) arrived. Frank came in looked at the issue and went right to work on the repair. He was courteous throughout the process and let me know what he was doing along the way. The Toilet Closet Flange and extensions are solid & above the tile as requested. I reassembled the toilet back on and zero leaks now. Spot on work!Since Frank had no phone service here to conduct the payment the Company contacted me immediately about electronic payment and that method was flawless. The repair was at an affordable price as well.Thank you for the quick & efficient service!

    Stark Plumbing has been great to work with. I had them replace a faucet set and a garbage disposal. In both cases I got a cost estimate prior to the service. In both cases the cost estimate was exactly what I was charged. Stark communicates well, from setting the appointment to finishing the job. You get an email estimate, a reminder of the appointment and a text letting you know that the plumber is on the way on the day of the appointment.Stark Plumbing has reasonable pricing. The plumper is careful and cleans up after the work is completed. I have used plumbing services in California, Washington and Oregon. I have never had a plumbing service any better than Stark Plumbing..

    Frank was amazing!! We bought our home and closed this last June. We had gotten the home warranty which in all fairness never thought we would use and could be a rip off. So far was not! They put us in touch with Stark Plumbing. Businesses that are good here can often have a long wait time and that is what we were told when they first reached out. We had a water leak somewhere in our upstairs bathroom shower, because it was leaking a lot below in the master bathroom. We first were not able to get on the schedule for 3 weeks but Colleen called later that same day to say they had had a cancellation and could get out the next morning. Frank the owner came out and spent a decent amount of time figuring out exactly what was wrong and how to access and fix properly with minimal damage to our ceiling. He fixed it far better than before and gave us a recommendation for the patching. One it is completely repaired I will report on the home warranty but as for Stark Plumbing they are fantastic!

    I cant recommend this company enough!!! Ive had a leaking exterior water valve for over a year with other companies telling me they couldnt fix it. I decided to call Stark and the lady I spoke to was so professional and kind!! She set up my appt to work with my busy schedule, consistently emailed and texted me keeping me up to date on my appt, and then texted me when the service tech Seth, was on his way. Seth showed up and was so professional and friendly. What a great guy!!! He dealt with the problem in only 20 min without any inconveniences to me.     RAVE ALERT AHEAD! *STARK PLUMBING* I walked into our newly remodeled kitchen yesterday morning to find a very large amount of water coming from underneath the sink. I frantically called our home warranty company. They were contracted with one of the largest plumbing companies in the Bend/ Portland area and Stark Plumbing. I have used the largest company before so I asked the warranty company to contract with them. When our warranty company called and explained our plumbing emergency, they told our warranty company they were too busy to come out. I was in disbelief given weve spent thousands of dollars with this company over the previous years. More worrisome is water was still coming out of the wall under the sink and I cant get the main water to the house to shut off... I called Stark Plumbing and explained my situation. Colleen and Frank (the owners) were AMAZING! They too were very busy, but still made time to come out for this emergency. Needless to say, it was an easier fix than I thought it would be. Thanks to Stark Plumbing, there is no permanent damage to our freshly painted kitchen cabinets, walls, crawl space or new floors. Frank also explained the reason the main water supply was delayed in shutting off. Apparently this home has a reserve water tank. Who knew?! I will never use another plumbing company again.

    Colby did a great job installing a tankless water heater, utility sink, bathtub plumbing and bathroom sink plumbing. He knows his stuff and spent the time to make sure that all was working well. In installing the Utility Sink, access through the crawl space for the sink drain and water feeds proved to be troublesome. He spent the time to get the feeds up through the floor and all is working well. I recommend Stark Plumbing for your next project!

    Our shower drain had been clogged on and off for 2 years. Finally the clog won and we called Stark Plumbing. They were efficient, polite, and gave us a quote which they stuck to.     The true test of a company is how they handle themselves and a project when something goes awry. To no fault of Stark, we had an issue with our inspection that needed their attention. I was replied to immediately, and once the remedy was figured out, without hesitation we were scheduled the next morning. I am sure a lot of rearranging and Tetris was done behind the scenes on our behalf, but all we saw/heard was youll be taken care of. And for that, a big thanks to Colby, Robert, Paige and Colleen for getting us cooking in time for Thanksgiving!Customer service, technical know-how and overall professionalism is tough to find in one outfit these days, but you get them all with Stark. Highly recommended.

Stark helped us with an entire natural gas installation, water heater, and additional plumbing needs over a span of 4 months.
