    Severson does it again! Had an urgent need to get a heat pump water heater installed in the most difficult of places in our crawl space. Against the odds and confined dusty spaces, with an HVAC and natural earth in the way, they were able to get the install completed in parallel with a new electric line ran. Very professional, efficient, and transparent along the way! Highly recommend, quickly becoming our go-to with any issues.

    Severson Plumbing is the best my family could have hoped for. As new homeowners in Bend we didnā€™t know where to turn to a trusted plumber. Our home had an older and inadequate hot water heater that could barely fill our tub before running cold.Severson responded promptly to our request and sized a perfect energy efficient solution for our home. Our Journeyman Jesse and Apprentice Austen arrived promptly and did a phenomenal job installing 3 replacement toilets and our tankless hot water heater. They were both a pleasure, respectful of our home, and very knowledgeable. Jesse stayed late to ensure we were fully acquainted with the system. You can tell they enjoy their craft, and it shows in their work.I canā€™t express enough our sincere gratitude for everyone who assisted and supported our project.

    We have lived in our home for the last 10 years. We have a lot of sun exposure and our house was very hot and uncomfortable in the summers. Recently we had Severson install a 2 head Mini split ductless system in our house. This has been the best decision ever! Our house is so comfortable now. What a game changer! The Severson Crew was professional, efficient and incredibly helpful! I couldnā€™t recommend them enough!

    Great Service from the minute I called. Appointment was easy to schedule. Nathan showed up on time to clear a clogged line for my elderly mother. He was fantastic at explaining the issue and was able to get the line cleared after a failed attempt by another plumbing company. Nathan was a true professional. Severson Plumbing will be the only company I use moving forward.

    Our garbage disposal broke. I called on Friday and they came out Monday morning with a new disposal and had it in and working in an hour. Friendly and caring men.     This company and these guys got us out of a real jam! We had started a landscape project with a call to a different plumbing company who after 2-3 weeks never showed up. The day the turf was being delivered (and we had to leave town the next morning) we made a desperate call to Severson Plumbing. Jason reached out right away to his people in the field and Roger came out within hours. They were quick, efficient and fair priced using upgraded materials. And in this case considered how to set things up to make it easier for a single mom to deal with in the future. What a refreshing experience to be treated with so much respect and consideration.     These guys always get it done fast, efficient and communicate all the way from appointment set up to letting you know the tech is on the way to invoicing.They just completed what I thought was going to be an impossible job relocating a BBQ gas line.     Great service! Our pressure tank ruptured leaving us with no water over the weekend... Couldnt get in touch with my usual plumber so I called Severson a little after 8:00 on Monday morning. They were out here in less than 2 hours and had a new tank installed and the water back on less than 6 hours after I called them. Still havent heard back from the other company yet! Think Ill just save myself some time and call Severson first next time. On top of that, their pricing was fair and honest... no same-day service fees or emergency fees or anything like that. Just came out and got it done for me! Really appreciate it!

    Super knowledgeable and professional from our first meeting with Brian, to the work that Jessie and Austin did today replacing a barely functioning on-demand water heater with a brand new awesome Navien.     I was desperate for a plumber when the kitchen faucet failed. The big box store had the product I needed, but not an installer for three days. Caring for an elderly was not going to be easy making meals and such without a faucet. I am so thankful Severson was able to send a super nice guy, so polite He even brought in a package that had been delivered before coming to greet me. Roger was a blessing and quick to remove the old one and install the new one, making sure all existing connections were secured. Fast, friendly and efficient. Thats how I categorize this company.     We had an issue with a hose bib that had ruptured and was leaking water into the house. I contacted Severson plumbing after hours and was connected to the owner. He advised me to fill up the tub for spare water and then to shut off the water to the house. He would have the office call us the next morning which they did and arranged to have a tech here later this morning. They arrived fixed the issue very quickly and turned the water back on to the house. Problem solved. Both young men were courteous and very professional and talked me thru the process and answered all my questions. I will call them again for the next issue that arises.

    Bryce came by earlier than anticipated and I met him to assess my water heater. He diagnosed and saw that the heating elements were fried and offered to replace them and the thermostat at the same time so we had all new parts! In an out in an hour! Very helpful and professional!     Roger is the best plumber in Bend! He helped me with a last minute emergency plumbing situation that halted my small business from operating.     I had to have kitchen faucet replaced last year, but I wanted something a little different. Roger was amazing in giving me a few options and understanding I needed to think about it. I hate it when people people try to sell you some thing that you donā€™t need or try to rush you into a decision I never felt that way with this experience I ended up picking a faucet installation was smooth and affordable and honestly I look at that faucet every day and Iā€™m thankful for the features that it has!     Great service and communication, I will use them again. I was away during the early stages of a remodel project, so we communicated via phone and text messages. I was given frequent updates and was called when decisions had to be made. Roger was a great listener and he offered suggestions that would meet my schedule and budget.     Had an issue with too much water pressure going into the house from the pressure tank. Ethan was able to come quickly and we worked with the issue for several hours including him heading back to Redmond to pick up a second pressure switch and a gauge with the thought the first replacement switch was faulty. Upon install with the second pressure switch replacement and making sure the line was clean, the issue did not resolve itself. I was subsequently contacted by the owner regarding the situation and it was agreed that the issue is likely on the well side rather than the plumbing side as all standard plumbing options had been covered. Accordingly, the bill was adjusted for the inconvenience. I give Ethan high marks in his attempt to resolve the situation, in addition to managements consideration of the issue.

    Iā€™ve used Severson twice now on emergency occasions. One for a hot water heater that was leaking and needed to be replaced, and one for a sewer main back up in our house. Jason and his team went above and beyond each time they were here. For the hot water heater, Jason directed me to an on demand unit and his guys installed it with copper pipes that were perfectly parallel, with super neat welds, and a very tidy and neat network or wires and pvc piping. For the main, his guy came after 5pm, worked past 8pm, with a smile on his face, good banter, and a great attitude. I feel like itā€™s rare to find a company full of friendly, helpful, people, the kind you want to get a beer with, and Jason and his team deliver. Highly recommend.

    Severson Plumbing in Central Oregon is the only service number you need in your contact list. Let me to tell you our experience as to why. Two days before Thanksgiving our water company service person was reading our meter. He noticed the meter indicated we had a major leak.Within 24 hours of calling Severson just before a holiday weekend they sent out a team member to test for the leak which he discovered was in the main water line to our house. Knowing our situation they immediately treated it as a emergency,I cant imagine the schedule adjusting they went through to rapidly put a team together to repair our waterline. From detecting the leak to hand digging to get to the line and repair it was done in less than 24 hours. We only went one night with our water turned off. My wife and I are in our golden years Severson made it a point to treat us family or close friends in need. Severson team members Jacob, Hunter, Jeff, Henry, Craig we added to our Thanksgiving prayer list to be thankful for.Each one of these men were respectful, took the time to explain and answer questions to make us feel as if we were family to them and they were helping a member of their own to be sure our water flowed for a smooth and Happy Thanksgiving weekend.If my post is not enough to convince you to trust Severson with your plumbing needs, I am not sure anything would. I will tell you this I come from a sales background and rarely if at all write reviews. When your made to feel like one of their own when they saw the need to fix such a major problem 24-48 hours before a holiday. The respect and kindness we were shown and excellent work, I had to share our experience because they deserve and earned it.Thank You family Severson for a job well done.     Chris arrived with a replacement water heater. After diagnosing the unit he determined the unit was fine. The leakage was caused by a faulty overflow tank. He replaced that instead of the water heater at 10 percent of the cost. I couldnt be happier.

    After a few days with no water due to a broken septic and pipe, we talked to Severson and reached the owner Jason after hours. He was so helpful and completely sympathetic to our situation. He was honest, everyone that worked there was as courteous and reliable. We will only be using them from now on!

    Severson Plumbing sent out Conrad Firkus and an apprentice, Mick Wilson, to replace a dripping hose bib. They found that the washer was cracked and the faucet still leaked after replacing the washer. So Mick had to enter our crawl space in order to disconnect the old faucet while Conrad inserted the new faucet. They also replaced the chain on a toilet to make a smooth flush. We are very happy with their prompt service!

    Very fast at getting us scheduled in less than 24 hrs. I got a call from Chris prior to his arrival and he arrived right on time. His apprentice John ( hope I remembered correctly) were both very polite and mindful of our no shoes in the house policy and out on their own blue boot covers. They quickly got the lay of everything and started working on a potential LP leak detection. They were able to locate it rapidly, make repairs and test 2 times under pressure.     After I called them I had a plumber come to my house within 3 hours. The plumber called me when he was on his way and informed me when he would be arriving. He was professional and investigated the problem and showed me his findings. He was knowledgeable and knew how my house was constructed and could figure out why I was having the problem that seemed interior but was actually a bad pipe to our faucet.     We have been in our home for 35 years and we know Severson plumbing has been here as long as we have. Weā€™ve been remodeling our bathrooms and hope to do our kitchen next. I went to see if something was going on in the garage and sure enough our 32 year old water heater was failing and starting to flood the garage. When looking under the sink Wes found an extra problem with a couple of valves that were leaking (straight stops) and he needed the water turned off to do that. There were more problems with turning the water off so an Avion tech was called in. The problem was put on a work order to be done at a future date. I think Wes fixed the leaky valves but I missed the part where he had the water turned off enough for him to do that unless it happened when his helper (sorry I forgot his name) turned the water off in my back yard. The question is this, Was Wes able to fix the leaky straight stops by turning the water off at the house?

    We are so thrilled with the work that was done on our home by Seaversons. We have lived in our home for 9 years and have had horrible water pressure. We had an alternate plumber come out who replaced our pressure tank and pressure switch, which did absolutely nothing for the water pressure. Then we had our pump replaced at the well head and again it did nothing for our water pressure.Then Seaversons came out and their plumbers Conrad & Mick said it sounds like your pipes may have sediment build up. They went under the house cut the pipes @ the valve and were shocked to find so much build up. They discovered that the previous home owner had put the filtration system behind the pressure tank rather than in front of the pressure tank.Having actual water pressure in our home is life changing!
