No plumber is cheap, but I was completely satisfied. Nick did a great job of diagnosis, and follow through. He is VERY knowledgable, capable, and communicates very well. We had an issue that required a follow up, and he handled it very professionally. He was not opposed to me being present, asking questions, and helping where appropriate. We have been using Sunset Plumbing for the last 9 years. No reason to go anywhere else.

Absolutely fantastic service - Mike got here Monday after we called on Friday, found our water leak and it’s getting repaired tomorrow. Love the nitrogen gas leak-detector - much less invasive than digging everything up. Kudus to all, and special thanks to Cameron for getting us scheduled so fast! Mike and Eric were efficient, fast, and funny. They explained what they were doing and why and answered questions quickly.I did tell them I disappointed they weren’t wearing their Sunset Plumber superhero capes as they certainly deserve them.

Eric did a super job on installing our new disposal. Although many would think that is a very routine task, Eric found some problems that needed additional work and he took the time to correct all issues. He did not rush through the installation and he answered all my questions about what he was doing and could he give us any advice on where to go to find new quality sinks and faucets, which he did. He will be fixing all our future plumbing issues.

I had a great experience with this company. We had some different work done under our home. The contractor told us that he saw a leak. Fearful, we called Sunset and they got a plumber out to us ASAP. I feel well taken care of with the work that was done, the amount charged and the warranty offered. I even called back later to apply a coupon Id forgotten to give them upon payment and they were able to credit me the amount back! Highly recommended company. Long-standing and reputable.

Very friendly looks you in the eyes and shakes your hand makes you feel comfortable very Knowledgeable. Mike checked my toilet a while back and even though it was very slow to flush, it wasn’t clogged up, just an old and cheap toilet but he did a thorough check and adjusted everything he could and explained what the issue was. Unfortunately I needed a plumber two weeks in a row. I looked online and saw the good reviews for Sunset Plumbing and decided to give them a try. The good reviews were well earned. Both instances, they were able to quickly schedule me within a couple days. The appointment window was only 2 hours, not 4 or more, and I received a text when the tech was on the way. Both Jayce and Mike were professional and knowledgable. They fixed my problems quickly and efficiently and were able to educate me on some plumbing topics in the process. Ill definitely use them again!

We returned home from a weekend trip to Portland to find water all over our garage floor. The problem was a pin hole leak in a pipe on the water heater. It was near the end of the work day and none of the first 4 plumbing companies I called had anyone available that day. I called Sunset Plumbing and the receptionist Nikki was very friendly and enthusiastic and said she would see what she could do. She called back within 5 minutes and said Nick would be coming over within a half hour. He showed up within 5 minutes! He quickly repaired the leak as well as the expansion tank which had also failed. Very professional in everything he did for us. We really appreciate him working past the end of his work day to do our repair. Highly recommend Sunset Plumbing.

A sewage geyser appeared on a Sunday afternoon out of a vent between my yard and my neighbors, spewing large chunks of toilet paper mache’. I called the city and they dispatched someone who looked at the mess and determined that I needed to call a plumber as it was my private sewer line. Sunset send Jayce and partner the next day. They did a thorough analysis, and were able to assure me that it was NOT my sewer line. Jayce called the city for me and now the city has the situation is under control. I was duly impressed with Sunset and will use them in the future.

Nick did a great job, was on time and cleaned everything up when he was finished. I chose to have hand held shower heads and the shower arms installed in our new house were way to high for us. I was not able to even reach the wand to take it off the holder to use it. Nick installed some adjustable arms that bring the shower head down to a level I can now use. However, they did an amazing job and left us with a working water heater guaranteed for a year.
