Very honest repair company. I called about a fridge going out and he immediately knew there was nothing to do because this fridge has a class action lawsuit against it for just randomly going out. I really appreciated the honesty because he could have sent a repairman out to charge us to say the same thing.

This company was wonderful to work with. Super experience. When I realized my senior mother’s refrigerator wasn’t working properly, (of course this happened on the weekend when most companies are closed) I started asking friends and family if they had a repair company they preferred. Brian Larson and Larson Mechanical was referred to me. I called late Saturday afternoon and was surprised and pleased to speak with an actual person! He came over on Sunday!!! to evaluate the problem and help. I can’t express how much I appreciated this. It put my mother at ease and alleviated the stress that comes with this sort of thing. I highly recommend this company.

This past summer, we were shopping for an HVAC installer to provide and install a AC unit for our home in Central Oregon. Weve worked with a few contractors over the years, and started by asking them who they knew - Larson Mechanical and their owner, Brian, was a name we heard over and over again. So we hired Larson Mechanical to do the job. And we are thrilled with our decision. Brian offer fair pricing, amazing service, a great attitude about life, a willingness to wear a mask without needing to be asked, and impressive follow through. This is small business owner who gets it by providing quality service and fair rates, people will be loyal to you. We cannot say enough about Larson Mechanical - they are simply amazing HVAC contractors.

On Christmas Eve, we opened our refrigerator to discover it was warm inside and at 56 degrees. Frantic, I did some quick research and found that Larson Mechanical showed open hours on this holiday (and a Sunday). Brian answered quickly and was very helpful to diagnose and advise us on what we could do over the phone. We tried his advice and it worked! He saved us from a disastrous Christmas situation. He was kind, offered this advice freely and was just so prompt and helpful. We will definitely recommend him to others!

We called Brian of Larson Mechanical for refrigerator repair. Our kenmore side-by-side refrigerator wasn’t keeping temp. Brian came and checked it out the same day and found a ziplock blocking the freezer vent— didn’t even charge me for his time. I would definitely recommend him for refrigerator repair and would call him again for any other mechanical issues in the future.

I run a nonprofit food pantry in Bend, and two weeks ago our walk-in cooler starting heating up. It has been given us issues for a few months now. I called another company in town who told me that we would need to put $8,400 into getting our cooler fixed. This company has been servicing the unit since we installed it. I just trusted them and figured that was what we were up against, which we could afford. Brian learned of our situation and showed up on Thursday this week, without us asking, to look at our cooler. He spent over two hours working on it at the end of the day, and got it to start working correctly. Not only that, he didnt charge us. I swear he is an angel, but he says not even close, but for us he is a major answer to prayer. We will continue working with him. He has heart and integrity, and all of us at The Giving Plate highly recommend him. Thank you Brian!!

Brian at Larson Mechanical is your guy. Responsive, helpful, and honest.Helped me get my gas furnace running over the phone in a pinch during a snowstorm. This was after another HVAC company came out and charged me an arm and a leg to misdiagnose the issue. They tried to charge me $900 to replace something that didnt even need to be replaced, and they left me in the cold.Brian got me up and running over the phone then fixed the issue in 15 minutes for 1/10th the price. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks Brian.

Brian Larson delivered same day services on 1/13/2017. Originally I was just asking for a fan blade to be installed on my ac/heat pump. Upon further inspection going above and beyond he found the unit was previously wired incorrectly from another company in Bend. He fixed the wiring on the spot and explained everything that he was doing. I have lots of questions and he was very personable and happy to professionally answer everything. Also, my freon was extremely low and causing heat pump to work very poorly. He was the first out of 3 different technicians from other reputable Bend companies to find this issue and offer a resolution on the spot. He pumped up my freon to factory settings and my heat is working better than its ever been in the 4 years Ive owned the house. I couldnt be happier with the service and will be using Brian and recommending him over and over. It was nice to hear an offer to help with my current system instead of hearing you need to replace everything. Thanks again for the stellar work at a very good price - and again same day service! We thank you for warming our house so we arent miserable all winter :)

Brian was the only person to return my call when I had an appliance issue. I called 5 other appliance repair options in Bend. He quickly worked through the problem with me over the phone and determined it was an issue I could likely handle myself. He instructed me on how to do it myself when he could have come out and charged me for it. Later, when the problem persisted, he continued to work with me until the problem was resolved. He is extremely fair and very easy to talk to. I will definitely call him again when the next problem arises.
