    SnoFalls Plumbing is very professional and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. It was easy to schedule an appointment online. They checked in with me before my appointment to make sure they understood the problem.We had major clogs in both of our bathroom sinks. Ryan looked at the problem and immediately knew how to fix it. He fixed both drains in less than an hour. He explained to me what caused the clogs and what we can do in the future to help prevent the problem. I really appreciate that.We will definitely use them again if we have any plumbing issues.

    I was referred to SnoFalls Plumbing by my neighbor I called on Friday and they were available on Monday. They repaired an exterior faucet that was leaking. Made an easily patchable entry point from the interior wall for access to the faucet. No messes. And very minor touch-ups for us. He even checked out our water heater when he turned the water back on again. I appreciate the good service and good pricing. The young woman who handled initial call and payment was a joyful and friendly person too. So nice doing business with companies like this. Thank you!!!

    10/10 recommend SnoFalls Plumbing! My pipes burst on a Friday night, and I scheduled an appointment online for the following Tuesday. They called me first thing Monday morning and told me my job was considered priority and they could get someone out that day.     My water heater stopped working on Friday morning. I called another company I had worked with in the past who said they would get back to me with a quote. Three days later and still no quote from them. Since I hadnt heard anything back I decided to call SnoFalls Plumbing. I called them at 2:00 Friday afternoon and was just hoping to get a quote. Not only did I get a quote but I had a new water heater in by 6:30 pm. I was so amazed by their service. They told me initially they would call me back in an hour with a quote and maybe somebody could come out that day. Within 45 minutes they said I would have a technician to my house by 4:30. I was truly blown away by their service and how quickly they installed a new water heater for us. They are definitely my plumber from now on.

    Wonderful and professional service. I found a leak on Friday. Went online and booked an appointment for the following Monday. 8:00 AM on Monday, Steven (our plumber), arrived.     I went down to my basement to put the last of my Christmas decorations away only To discover the pressure relief valve on my tankless water heater had failed. I try always to do business locally, and am so glad I did, Finding Snofalls Plumbing in North Bend. They tried to work me in the day I called, but made an appointment for the next day. Alan arrived as expected, and immediately went to work. Completing the replacement of a major part in a very reasonable time. He mentioned that the water heater had not been Serviced and descaled, Explaining why that was important when I was ready. I was ready that day and he was able to complete that work as well.. He was polite and professional., Offering estimates before starting the work And completely cleaning up the work area when he was done. He explained everything as he went along and created a very good trusting relationship. I would use Snofalls again And if you do, be sure to ask for Alan.Here we go againMy 100 year-old house Must miss Alan and Snofalls Plumbing. I had used this last beautiful weekend spending my tax refund on plants for my yard only to discover that my waterline leaked and I couldn’t water. Snowfalls responded promptly and Alan offered me several alternatives, including having a sprinkler repair company do the work as it involved two sprinkler system leaking valves. I chose a simple Fix and was able to water my plants immediately. I asked if he had any extra time, which he did because the sprinkler fix was easy, and he checked a faucet as well as a shower controller, again explaining my alternatives and the cost. He explained each alternative and detail so that I would know what to expect and how long it might take to complete as in one case parts were needed. Again, I give snowfalls and Alan five stars.Water is something we don’t deal well with in this family and I know I can count on Alan and snowfalls To keep us dry and warm. I only wish they did windows, gutters, and roofs, as I’m sure this old house will need some additional work!

My tub faucet was too difficult to work with, so much so that I could not use the tub or shower. After Ryan’s repair, the faucet now works better and easier than it ever has, and the steady drip is now gone. Ryan has great customer service skills, is professional, provides quality service and adds great value to price. The SnowFalls staff were also excellent to work with and scheduled the repair service to be addressed in a timely manner.     They basically walk on water while they fix water problems!We had a burst pipe and called another national plumber to come out and fix the problem. With over a 2K quote, multiple stalls (find the leak [pretty obvious where it was bubbling up], call utilities, etc.), and a week later not fixed. We patched ourselves, but the patch blew. We called first thing this morning to explain the problem and less than an hour later we had someone on site working away to fix things. He fixed problem (because it was obvious) and made sure there was not a leak before he was done. Super personable and professional. He even had a great sense of humor. I then mentioned we needed some other work done and had him look at our sink. Lo and behold, it was dripping in front of him. He jumped in and fixed that too! We wrote up a plan for the other work that we need done. I can not thank them enough for their fast action and professionalism. I highly recommend them to EVERYONE!They came back to do some other work and once again it was amazing. The arrived exactly at the start of the window of time and finished before the time was up. They replaced and insulated a pipe that had created the original problem and added a new stub for a hose. They also added a shut off valve and re-plumbed the connection to our hot water system. They were clean, timely and had a great sense of humor. I can not recommend them highly enough. Dont both calling someone else, just start here. They truly understand customer service!

    In this day and age it is incredibly difficult to find quality trades businesses that are responsive and accountable for their work. Especially plumbers! As the owner of a construction business myself I have been so impressed by SnoFalls Plumbing. This company bailed us out big time when a fitting cracked at the wall in our master bedroom and needed to be replaced. My wife a newborn baby and I had just returned from the hospital so it was not something I could handle and it needed to be fixed quickly. SnoFalls got someone out to us in an hour and had the whole thing fixed in 2 hours. Talk about clutch. We just had them back out to fix some failed cartridges on our hot water supply taps and that was also scheduled, troubleshot and completed in short order. I could not be happier with this company.     Called SnoFalls Plumbing when our garbage disposal started to smoke. They were incredibly friendly, gave a full breakdown of how they would approach it (repair or have a new unit with them to replace, which ultimately had to happen with a burnt-out motor), a reasonable turnaround from call to service (four days), and then even proceeding to get me in the next day. Took just over an hour, the price was reasonable, and the service above-and-beyond. Cannot recommend them enough for any of your plumbing needs.

    Multiple kitchen plumbing leaks and pools of water all of a sudden, Friday mid-morning. Called around for a local plumber. SnoFalls the most responsive. Booked me for the following Monday 8 AM, with the possibility of same-day service later in the afternoon. Not an hour after my initial call, received word that my booking had been moved to same-day Friday 1-3 PM. (Thank you, Falisha, Service Team.) Tech/Plumber Alan M. arrived at 2 PM. All leaks and some other not-evident-to-me issues repaired by 4 PM. Worth the cost, which was lower than I anticipated once I was apprised of and shown the extent of the plumbing issues under and around the kitchen sink. Alan M. didnt over-sell and was a good explainer. Overall SnoFalls was professional, responsive, on-time, did what appears to me to be work of high competence for a reasonable price and bailed me out of plumbing crisis within 6 hours of my initial call. Now these guys are my go-to plumbers.

    Everyone at Snofalls Plumbing treated us like we were VIP from the second we called to ask for an estimate. They just finished a full repipe and water heater replacement.
