We had such a tremendous experience with Deschutes plumbing. Roger our service tech, communicated with us he potentially would be running behind due to a big job. Not only did he keep tabs with us for the next few hours, he also showed up first thing in the morning. He had such a great attitude. He found three crucial leaks in our bathroom to prevent any more flooding. We would love to have Roger back out for any plumbing projects or repairs. Deschutes Plumbing Company was recommended by a local store. I went on the web site and submitted my information for a new electric water heater and was called the next business day after I approved their offer. Roger came out a few days later and WOW he installed the heater and extras needed. His performance was an added plus as he explained his installation and answered our questions thoroughly. He even called the next morning to the sure all was well. The tank we exchanged was 35 years old, so we needed some basic orientation. From the very beginning to the very end of the process all was completed and left us quite pleased we have a plumber company for future needs.!!

What can I say but Thank you! DPC booked the service request right away. Was on time with a text that they are showing up in 10min. Accessed and diagnosed the issue right away(common faulty valve). Fixed our issue(bad check valve, who knew?)and headed to their next service call in an hour. That is fast quality service. Awesome service technician as well. Very knowledgeable and willing to share. I really like that.

Shopped around and other companies quoted us nearly double what Deschutes Plumbing quoted us at. My grandmother needed her dishwasher and garbage disposal replaced. Roger couldn’t have been more professional, punctual, and courteous. Took the time to explain everything to my grandmother, then again to me when she was having difficulty understanding what needed to be done. He even went as far as to give her the senior discounted rate and respectfully refused our offers to tip him for his work. Would absolutely work with Roger and Deschutes Plumbing again.

We will be coming back to Deschutes Plumbing. We had to wait for a part, but once it arrived we were scheduled in timely manner, quoted a fair price for the work beforehand that did not change, and our toilet is working better than ever now. We paid more for a little tiny part to be replaced in our kitchen faucet that took all of 10-15 minutes than we did for the hour it took to replace most of the parts inside our toilet.

We most recently had them out to check out a hot water issue and they quickly diagnosed a faulty thermostat on one of the hot water tanks. That primary issue was resolved quickly and then a couple of minor issues were quickly addressed during that same service call. All the punch list items knocked out in short order. I would highly recommend Deschutes for any plumbing needs.

The whole team at Deschutes Plumbing has been great to work with on my master bath remodel. They definitely care about the client and final outcome. The project had its share of design changes during construction. Through all the design changes and fixture swap outs I never felt like service was impacted or that they were tired of dealing with the changes. Chris was there when we needed help finding a waterproofing solution for our self standing tub drain in the tiled wet area. Abe and Emily were very courteous and responsive everytime I reached out. Face it. There are many journeyman plumbers in this market from which to choose. Any of which will do a good, professional job. So to rise to the top of this fine heap, they have to distinguish themselves in terms of personal ethics, accountability and pride in workmanship. These are things you necessarily cant teach - they have to come from within. These personal values as well as the technical skills I found in Jason P. when he roughed out and finished my bathroom remodel. He took the time to sit down and read all the manuals to the devices, some he had never worked with before, to ensure he was thoroughly comfortable with the path forward before he lifted a tool. Also, there were a couple times that he made minor errors and not only did he correct them, but told me about them - things I never would have known or seen. Personal accountability. There was also one miscalculation that involved tile/drywall/paint rework but it was owned up to it with no hesitation. I also dealt with some of the other apprentices who were also well qualified. Now a team of these professionals does not happen by accident. It goes towards a company culture that starts from top management who gets it - that to win in a commodity market where there are plenty of good choices, you have to hire employees not only with the skills but also with the core values of personal integrity and cheerful service. Now, who do you think I will now call (and recommend) without thinking twice, for any plumbing needs?

Bought a utility sink to install in the laundry room with over zealous ambitions to install myself. Quickly realized I was over my skis, so gave Deschutes Plumbing a call. What do you really want when calling a plumber? Youre hoping one, they pick up the call. Two, they show up when they say they are going to. Then all you want is the job done right, quickly, and affordably. Doesnt hurt to have a little sense of humor. We have a vacation home that we visit every couple of weeks. When we arrived yesterday, the shower faucet was dripping and according to our son, it had been doing this for several days. Since we were only going to be here a couple of days, this needed to get fixed immediately. I called Deschutes Plumbing on the recommendation of a neighbor. They arrange to have a person out the next morning. The plumber arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled time and had the problem fixed in less than 20 minutes. The plumber was careful about shoes in the house (he didn’t wear them), and he left the shower in better shape than when he arrived. He was efficient, friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and he did a fine job. Deschutes Plumbing is now clearly on our “go to” list of contractors when we need work done.

We woke up this Friday morning to a leaking hot water heater (ouch). Not being a handy plumber, I started making some calls, but being a Friday, no one could get out here until next Tuesday (at the earliest) - not good.Then I reached Deschutes Plumbing and Lacey said she would have a technician call me within 30 minutes. In 20 minutes, Chris called and I explained the problem and asked if there was ANY way he could get out here today so dont have to be without hot water through the weekend. Well, in less than 1 hour, Chris was at our home, and 15 minutes later, the problem was fixed (a pinhole leak in the thermal expansion tank), and we were good to go. After checking every faucet in the house, Chris was done and on the way. A total of less than 2 hours from the time I called the office on a Friday - OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!Deschutes Plumbing is now our go to plumber, and both Lacey and Chris were awesome. Dont look anywhere else, just call them!!!!

I had Deschutes Plumbing re-pipe the DWV pipes in my house during a remodel. The remodel project was demanding and had some tight tolerances to fit the fixtures in the new locations which allowed an improved floor layout. Lucas did the install and was very professional, hard-working, knowledgable and was able to achieve all the projects goals, even the ones I wasnt sure would be possible. Bottom line is they known their stuff and deliver on their promises.

I cant say enough about this company. Our sink clog turned out to be a clog in a 4 foot pipe in the crawl space that had been collecting junk for a long time. The owner, Chris, and helper James, were terrific. It didnt take them long to diagnose the problem. It was repaired with a minimum of fuss and at a reasonable price. If you need plumbing services, this is the company to call!

A quote from my mom, He hooked up a shower head in the first bathroom for me. I told the technician I am pleased with his work and I am happy with how well he fixed my issues. Along with him being pleasant, kind, respectful and careful with everything in my house. I found out later he slipped in the snow and hurt his knee. Now I know why he told my mom he was heading to the hospital after her appointment, he needed to take care of his injury. That is dedication and putting the customer first! I hope he is o.k and recovering from his injury.
