These guys installed our water heater years ago and weve used them ever since.The last call was to repair the hot water pump. I called on Friday and they came on Monday. Communication was great! Detweiler is the only plumber in the area that I trust. This is the second time Ive had them out to my home and both experiences were excellent.I have had terrible experience with other plumbers in Central Oregon - theyve zip tied shower fittings to studs, installed faucets backwards, incorrectly installed my toilet... Its been a fiasco.Detweiler is the first to just get it right the first time... The office staff is professional and crisp. They ask for pictures and get detailed scope. The technicians that come to site are extremely competent, efficient and high quality.

In October, 2023 I again used the services of Detweiler Plumbing. I, again, was not disappointed. They fixed the problem within 20 minutes and were on their way. I was happy with the outcome. Thanks Detweiler Plumbing...Previous comments for service a few years ago. I had a number of minor issues needing repair. All were solved in one service visit. The plumber was pleasant and efficient and took care of all the issues within an hour and a half. Cost including parts was reasonable. I was very happy with the service received and will definitely contact them in the future.

My call for service was answered promptly and courteously by the personnel of the Detweiler Plumbing Company. In spite the fact that one of their service vehicles wad having mechanical problems, they were honest about their unexpected mechanical problems and they kept me informed as to when they expected to be able to provide service. They were able to reschedule me and the service technician arrived right on time to conduct the replacement of my 16 year old hot water heater well within the time period I was told. I was told a price that I might expect for their services and it actually proved to be slightly less than expected. I like this company and the quality of their technicians. I chose to call them again for repair services because they have been so reliable and friendly when I have used their services in the past. It is a true bonus that their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend this company...quality work at reasonable prices. (:-)

They were extremely helpful. When I was having difficulty lighting the pilot to the water heater, the person who answered their phone walked me through all the steps. When it became clear it needed repair, they sent someone out who fixed it quickly. I had called other plumbers who were too busy or just didnt get back to me, so I really appreciated their customer service.

Jeremiah found the bathroom sink leak. It was the faucet. Then he located and installed the exact new faucet that I wanted. Jeremiah also installed a bidet attached to my toilet. He had to drill a hole and attach the hot water from the sink to the bidet, and also the cold water. He instructed me how to use the new bidet. Previously we had discussed different bidet toilet attachments and what would be the best value and fit the the best in my very small bathroom. Jeremiah has also done other plumbing work for us through the company. Jeremiah deserves the highest rating possible. He is as I marked above, wonderfully professional, kind, thoughtful, gracious and respectful. NOW, the kicker… Jeremiah is our son-in-law! When his in-laws are so very pleased with him and his work, you KNOW you can use him through the company and be assured of excellent work!
