Jake and his staff were extremely professional, which is what you’d expect when working with the owner directly. I initially submitted requests to 3 different companies on a Thursday night, Jake called me at 8:04 Friday AM, provided so much valuable information (I’m not a water heater pro) and also wasn’t pushy. By time noon came around and I hadn’t heard from other 2 it was clear which route to take. Jake had my water heater installed by noon the following business day. I did eventually hear back from the other 2 companies and they were not only more expensive but less helpful with the initial call. I know if I have plumbing issues in the future who to call and will have great confidence they’ll be remedied in timely fashion at a fair price.

Jake, owner of All-Ways Plumbing, does great work and he does a wonderful job establishing a professional relationship with his customers. The job was to fix our water heater, which he diagnosed and got it working rapidly. After the repair, it was great getting acquainted. He has lifelong roots in Central Oregon, went to high school in Bend, is a Navy veteran, returned to the area and it’s obvious he cares about his clients. I am happy to recommend him to our friends and neighbors!

Being without hot water is no fun. Our water heater died at about noon and I called Jake (the owner) and he was at our house by 4:00 the same day. He had a new water heater installed by noon the next day. I could not ask for better service. Jake and his wife are friendly and easy to work with. When my water heater broke on a Friday, I spent all weekend calling plumbers trying to find someone who could come replace it. Almost no one answered or called me back, but All-Ways answered my call and immediately they were kind, considerate, and understanding. They came the next day, were perfectly on time and got the job done efficiently. Jake spent time afterwards showing me how to use the unit and even helped me find my water shut off. He and his wife really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with their service and I couldn’t appreciate it more. They are super nice and very good at what they do. I will only be using them moving forward!

Central Oregon Water Heaters was great, with quick service. Very thorough and honest about what needed to be done and gave me options for fixing or replacing the hot water heater. Opted to have it replaced and the work was done the next day. I would definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Water leak from piping attached to my water heater, flooding my garage, laundry room and to a lesser degree the edges of the carpet in a craft room.once identified the repair was done in a timely manner. The service person was both pleasant and competent. In the event of future issues They are the only ones I would contact for repairs.
