I cannot recommend Reliant enough. Very thorough and professional work. Had a fairly bad water leak in the slab. They worked on it even on Christmas Eve. Alan was amazing and sent one of his best plumbers Jose. Jose was very professional and took pride in his work. Matt stepped in with his guys to continue the work when Jose got hurt. All of these guys are amazing. Great job Reliant.

Roman, Omar, Joseph, and Daniel did a great job re-plumbing the entire house and the yard line after we experienced a fairly large leak in a pipe buried in the slab. They were quick and efficient, had minimum impact on the house -- and they were friendly! Couldnt have had a better experience, I would certainly use them again.

Had a pretty significant issue with a faucet after Austin Water replaced our meter and we had pressure issues from sediment in our pipes. Don came by the house within 2 hours of a call, solved the issue in about 2-5 minutes and refused to accept any payment. I thought that was a bit insane as his wisdom certainly warranted money but shows the Reliant team is in it for the long-haul and winning a customer with a long-term relationship. Really appreciate the team and will call.

Zach was incredibly helpful today! During one of the annual checks, a gasket went missing and Zach came out and resolved the problem swiftly and effectively. He diagnosed the issue and went to Home Depot and rectified everything super quickly. He was professional, helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!

Jose and his little brother came and did enormous amount of work to clean out the pipe that comes out of the house to go into the septic tank. it was completely blocked by 50 years of grease (ugh) and some other unsavory items. An entire day dealing with this stuff and fix what the previous owner had repaired with gum and taped. Really happy with their work: they came on time, explained things as they were progressing, kept things around as clean as possible. really impressed with quality of service. highly recommend Jose for any plumbing stuff.only issue is the exorbitant cost: $5K for replacing and cleaning 5 feet of pipe with different connectors is quite steep. nothing to do with Jose just Reliant :)

Actually, this place came to me. I am very impressed with the way they do business. From the very first, initial phone call I was impressed. When the assessor came, he informed me right away of what needed to be done. He explained in terms that even I could understand.The next day the team came out. They got started right away. Towards the end of the day I was informed that the project would cost even more. Again, explained to me in terms that I could understand, so I of course, agreed. Then the third day rolls around and by the end of the day, almost 13 hours later, the project was completed. The crew inadvertently took an heirloom thinking it was one of their tools. I called the office on the Friday after Thanksgiving to report it. It was returned to me today.I want to give many special thanks to Roman (who returned my heirloom), Omar, and Joe!Great crew, very friendly, very professional.I highly recommend Reliant Plumbing for any plumbing needs.JT, Manor, Tx.

We called Reliant on a Friday evening and they got a technician out to our home super fast. I am impressed with the prompt scheduling and the communication prior to arrival via phone call and text so I knew exactly who was coming and his ETA.Alan was our technician and he was thorough in his approach trying to diagnose our leak issue. He thought through multiple scenarios that could be causing the leak and seemed to give his honest assessment of what was going on despite not being able to see it. I also appreciated that upon entering our home, Alan noticed that we don’t wear shoes inside and he took off his shoes before walking upstairs on our carpet without being asked. Most service employees ignore this.I subtract 1 star for the pricing: we were quoted $500 just to cut a small hole in our garage ceiling to see the leak. That would not include the cost of repair nor the cost of covering the hole afterward (which Reliant doesn’t do), and it is just way too much. We decided to wait and see if we can diagnose the problem another way before going this very costly route.Additionally I feel that I got a bit of the runaround regarding the diagnosis fee because I was told it was $150 but would be knocked down to $89 if I left a review, but upon reading other reviews here it seems that $89 is the standard fee anyway! After I told him I am a local guide he knocked it down to $39. So just beware about the whole discount-for-a-review thing— I don’t think it’s an entirely bad practice since he was not pushy about it and told me multiple times I should write my honest feedback. So here I am doing just that for transparency!TLDR: if you need a knowledgeable plumber on short notice, Reliant has your back. It just might cost more than other options.

My water heater cracked and I called Reliant Plumbing. Alan Torres came out and gave me a quote and they will be coming out tomorrow to repair it. The service and guidance from Alan was top notch. While I am giving 5 stars I think its important to add one detail for context. The cost to replace the water heat tank was $3,200 from Reliant with a 6 year warranty. I was informed that they use a professional grade tank. Lets hope it holds up well. It was on the higher end of cost but they said they would be out today to fix it.

I felt bad he had to work late on a Friday. He said, “this is what we do”. He explained in layman’s terms what the issue was and how to best proceed. Reliant of SAN ANTONIO was the 3rd Plumbing Company to diagnose our massive sewer line problem. While Stephen ran the camera, Jason (Little J) suited up and fearlessly crawled under the narrow foundation to take photos, all this before bidding on the job. Incredible.First they sent Jonathan and William who tirelessly dug for two days creating a beautiful 4 tunnel access to the sewer line.Then Ramiro, Jason and Sam began the arduous task of replacing the sewer line and water lines. These three young men were truly fantastic. Ramiro was swift, stealth and FAST under the house, on the roof, he was everywhere. Jason underneath the house was the go-to for everything, and Sam with his brawn and skill kept our spirits up.Under the management of Stephen and Jason O, this Reliant team was simply excellent.

I had an urgent issue the week before Christmas and Justin was able to come out the same day to assess the situation. What we assumed was just a minor clog turned out to be a much bigger issue but Justin and his team walked us through a thorough explanation and showed up early each morning to get to work, even in rainy conditions. Even though the issue was bigger (and more expensive) than I expected, Justin was very patient and knowledgeable with his explanations. This is actually the second time I’ve used Reliant and I would use them again in the future.
