From over the phone support from Trent walking me thru how to kill the water supply to Jason being a total pro for the install, in and out in less than 2 hours; they did great. Plumbing issues are never fun, but it sure does make a difference when you have someone looking out for you..It started out as a request to replace a couple of shower fixtures, seems that we had one issue after another, it started out with me getting the wrong parts, then a hard to replace cartridge... Josh helped me get the right parts, replaced the stuck older cartridge setup, got the new fixtures is & also flushed my water heater & showed me on how best to maintain the heater for future use, also maybe look at a faster solution to hot water at the sink w/o waiting too long.I liked Joshs can do attitude, he didnt seem to get flustered & got any issues resolved, everything is looking good.Im very pleased!

This company and the Master plumber have left a lasting impression on me. To say they were incredible is an understatement. I would highly recommend AAA Auger to anyone and everyone. You can trust them and Trent is one of the most knowledgeable plumbers I know of. His training, posture and knowledge was off the scales. Abacus had diagnosed the blockage as having 2 breaks in the line with a repair cost of 28,000. I’m so glad that I called AAA Auger!!!!

We had a flooding issue with our laundry room. Stephen and Alex with AAA Auger came out and fixed the issue quick and painless. Thanks for your help guys! ** UPDATE: The fix created another issue. After flushing out the water drain for the washer, they accidentally clogged the shower drains. I didnt notice. the dirt that came up during their initial pipe flush but saw it this AM and now the water wont drain in the tube. **UPDATE: I appreciate the response, and will standby for the fix. I didnt like adjusting the review because aside from the collateral issue, the guys were great! **UPDATE: On October 25th, 2023, Stephen came out and fixed the issue with the bathtub drain. He was efficient and polite, making the experience very pleasant. Thanks again AAA AUGER for following up on your promise. Updating the rating!

AAA Auger has never let me down. They are great at taking appointments over the phone, the service guys are on time, and are always professional. Today Steven was a huge help. He trouble shot the issue twice and could not fix the problem. But through hes experience he concluded we needed a toilet replacement. Steven got us the Cadillac of toilets. We are saved and very happy with the work. Heres a summary for anyone thats fails at trying to DIY a leaky toilet. Yes, sometimes it works in your favor. On the other hand, when Youve done everything right and it still leaks, and bills go up, and your septic overflows, and theres a smelly mess. Call a professional because it took someone with the know how to realize that your leaky toilet has a unseen hairline crack and it will always leak. Thank you Steven and thank you AAA Auger. Stephen Lopez was awesome. He took the time to show me what the issue was with my water heater, how to prevent it in the future, and explained what repair he did and why. He answered all my other questions about the insulation and pipes running into my water heater, which was above and beyond the scope. He also told me about maintenance steps I should take to prolong the life of my heater. I really appreciated his diligence and professionalism. I enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone else with a plumbing issue!

Long Overdue Review for AAA Auger Plumbing Services ---On December 12, 2024, my Rinnai tankless water heater started producing hot water with a two-minute delay and displayed error code 63. I hired an authorized Rinnai Pro shop to inspect it. The technician informed me that the heat exchanger might need to be replaced, which might not worth the cost. Instead, he recommended installing a different brand of tankless water heater.Frustrated with the ongoing issues, I agreed to proceed with the installation two days later. However, that evening, I began to feel uneasy about the situation. I decided to cancel the job and seek a second opinion. The next morning, AAA Auger Plumbing Services arrived within an hour of my call. I met with Master plumber Trent and explained that I had already cleaned the inline filter and descaled the system, but error code 63 persisted. Trent proceeded to check the bypass filter and pump, discovering that the filter was extremely dirty and broken. I had not been aware of the bypass filter since the system was installed. Since I was heading out of town and wouldnt receive the replacement part for 10 days, Trent and I agreed that I could install the bypass filter myself when I returned. When I offered to pay for the service, Trent kindly refused to charge me. On Christmas Day, I installed the $3 filter, and the hot water returned instantly - error code 63 was gone. Out of curiosity, I asked Trent for a quote on the new system the other company had tried to sell me. His quote was professionally prepared and approximately 30% cheaper. From now on, AAA Auger Plumbing Services will be the plumber for both me and my daughter. Thank you for running such an honest and professional business.Michael

I highly recommend this company - very fairly priced and the best customer service that any plumbing company should follow:My shower tub creat loud vibration noise when opening both hot and cold water, partly due to high pressure water coming from the city. Jose the plumber came and installed PRV, which significantly reduced the vibration noise, but the noise/vibration was still there after PRV installed.Therefore, Trent the manager came for follow on visit to address the remaining vibration issues at no additional cost. The issue was resolved. Trent was very professional/knowledgeable/respectful. I really appreciate their service.I would highly recommend this company to friends and families.

Trent came out for the initial visit which was for an declogging our outside drain line from the kitchen sink. We had 23 years of grease build up. Although the outside auger work unclogged our drain, there was still significant grease build up. Trent recommended a hydro jet drain cleaner treatment. This was done on the second visit with a team of 3 plumbers. The water jet system removed a very stubborn buildup and cleared our drain line completely. Trent did a camera exam and found a section of our drain line was bowed, which explained why the buildup had been so difficult to remove. Trent will provide me a quote to remediate the drain line. I appreciate Trents methodical approach to providing a long term fix to our drain clogging issue. Ive been a customer in the past and look forward to working with AAA Auger in the future!

The staff at AAA-Auger Plumbing Services want to get it right and want you to be happy and satisified. They did not dissapoint. After experiencing some challenges at first, ANDREA listened to my concerns and scheduled someone who would approopriately address those concerns. My water tank heater needed to be replaced and since this was my first experience with having to replace a 50-gallon water heater JORDAN demostrated extraordinary interpersonal skills by answering all of my detailed questions, educating me on brand and model differences, listening to my concerns and not making me feel rushed. JORDAN treated me like a client not a job. His answers were consistent and made sense. He did not give me different answers based on what he thought I wanted to hear. I felt as though JORDAN was a professional plumber not a high volume salesman. Not once did he indicate he had other jobs to get to. JORDAN explained pricing, outlined how the work would proceed, provided options and a detailed estimate and was very even toned and nice. The pricing AAA-Auger offered was very reasonable! JORDAN arrived for the job on time with his coworker ALEX. Those two guys executed the job flawlessly with excellent craftmanship! ALEX was also very kind, professional yet personable. I will use AAA-Auger again and Im extremely happy with the job.

Very awesome and professional company that doesnt charge an arm and leg for plumbing work. I had a leak in my front yard and knew the general area of where it was. Trent (field manager) and another plumber (forgot his name) came out and performed the leak detection and repair on the same day. Both of them were very friendly and informational.I had called out two other bigger companies prior to AAA Auger to get quotes, and after receiving AAAs quote, I knew the others were trying to rip me off.Will make sure to hire this company whenever needed in the future! Came out on a Sunday because our main drain was backing up and there was no extra charge for after-hours service. The gentleman they sent was knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue quickly. Thankfully we didnt have a major sewer backup! They figured out what the overall issue was, which we cant afford to fix right now but, they still kept in touch and offered other services to keep us up and running in the meantime. Very happy with this company.

I wanted to give a shout out to Paul Schultz of AAA Auger! I had a PRV (pressure reducing valve) recently replaced by AAA Auger in my front yard. Paul was very professional and explained the process to me completely. I explained that I wanted a commercial grade PRV valve for my home and he was able to find one and install it quickly. You could tell Paul knew what he was doing. He was friendly and a very hard worker. When I use AAA Auger again I will request Paul to fix my issues. Great job Paul.

Our plumber Stephen did an incredible job. We had a leak and a non-functioning tub faucet that we needed repaired. Stephen came out on a Saturday only a few hours after our initial call to AAA Auger. What made Paul stand out for me was pointing out a couple of things, made a couple of preventive suggestions. Like don’t use those blue bleach tabs in your toilet. 5.0 star rating 7/21/2018Great customer service from Bryan Higgins at AAA Auger Plumbing. His professional humorous attitude makes it easy to trust his plumbing knowledge. For several years, I have been living with progressively low water pressure and wrongly assumed it was being caused by calcium deposits in water heater, clothes washer inlet valve and bathtub faucet...I also have had a slow drip on side of house from a copper pipe coming inches out of the foundation and had been wondering if it was normal. Bryan quickly figured out I had two ongoing issues to resolve, a water heater safety and a water pressure issue. Bryan took the time to explain my options. On the safety issue,Bryan explained that the water heaters temperature/pressure relief valve had failed and was the cause of the drip outside near foundation. Not only was it not normal for water to drip out of the mysterious outside copper pipe , but it was causing my water heater to run continuously, and the malfunctioning valve was a safety hazard. At first, I thought I could change it myself to save money. Being impressed by his honest concern for safety, I gave Bryan the go ahead to replace the water heater temp/pressure valve. I am glad I did. I would have replaced it incorrectly...I had read that low water pressure was also caused by a Pressure Relief Valve but I could not locate it. I thought I didnt have one since many YouTube posts showed these valves very close to the outside water hose faucet. Bryan showed me the PRV valve attached to the citys water meter line, explained its function, and advised replacing it. Again, my first thought was to save money and do the work myself. Seeing the ground depth of the PRV valve , I was realizing the hard work it would take for replacement. As soon as I heard Bryan explaining the PRV city code requirements, it was a no brainer to agree to let a professional do the repair work.In the 17 years Ive owned my home, I repeatedly chose AAA Auger for my plumbing repairs and water heater replacement primarily for their fair pricing. Bryan however is the only plumber representing AAA Auger that was caring enough to recommend me asking for a repair discount. My girlfriend & I were working on her parents house to get it ready to sell & discovered the plunger that closes the bathtub drain had broken off & been stuck in the pipe for the past several years. Van came out & looked at it (free!) & said hed need a few days to think of a possible solution that didnt require removing a toilet & tile on the other side of wall to get to back of the bathtub (wed already tried a coat hanger, steel rod, & a chain with a hook unsuccessfully before calling AAA Auger). He called us back with estimates for attempting to pull it out through the pipe, going through the wall if that didnt work, and explained there was a good chance removing it through the pipe wouldnt work since it was lodged solidly enough to unbend everything wed already tried. We tried that option first anyway because going through the wall would have been much more expensive and taken longer to have wall & tile repairs done afterwards. Van was able to remove it through the pipe and was helpful, friendly, punctual, and professional throughout, as were other staff who called to let us know when hed be arriving. Well recommend AAA Auger to everyone we know!

AAA AUGER came out the same day I called, gave me a quote, and completed the work. All in one day! Stephen was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Fairly priced for the work, too. I had a gas run installed for my portable generator.

I needed to get my tankless water heater replaced under warranty so I reached out to 4 different plumbing companies to get a quote on labor. The first 3 companies gave me absurd quotes of 2k-4k in just labor charges for a 2-3 hour job. I called AAA AUGER and they emailed me a quote. The only company to do that and offer a free consult without adding a trip charge like 95% of these companies do. Their quote came in lower than all of the other 3 companies and Trent came out and did an excellent job installing the new water heater. He also ended up charging me less than he had initially quoted since some of the quote items did not end up applying to my install. Not only that I wanted to replace my large expansion tank to a smaller one and all the other companies quoted me at least 200 to do it. Trent said dont worry about it those little tanks are inexpensive and Ill replace it for free of charge included in your install!! Now that is how you get lifetime customers. If you think honest companies and people do not exist think twice and give these guys a call. Super knowledgeable and very reasonable with pricing. Trents the man and I will definitely be recommending these guys to my friends and family. Thank you for being honest and providing an excellent experience all around!
