    Had a main line water leak. Austin at Neighborhood Plumbing came and determined the source in short time. Discussed his repair plan and got my family its much needed water back on!!!! I would rate Austins communication and skill as a 10 of 10. Price was fair as well. Highly recommend!

    I initially had Blue Ribbon come our and diagnose the issue but the bid came out to $2750 to fix the leak. I KNEW this was high!!! I then called Neighborhood Plumbing in Drain out of Lakeway, the plumber knew his stuff and resolved the issue the SAME way Blue Ribbon would have. Guess what, they fixed the issue for under $1K... nice people, very timely, helpful and over all just good to have them in the phone now for whatever plumbing needs I may have in the future.

    We Needed new shower valve cartridges for our double shower plus a new showerhead. They came out and gave us an estimate which we accepted. They returned with the parts and components and install them in about 10 days.AUSTIN was efficient, courteous, friendly, and wewould highly recommend them!!

    Robert was excellent, on time, very helpful and knowledgeable. He completed the work as agreed. My first experience with him was during an urgent call to repair a broken pipe. This experience was so positive that I had him come back to do several other jobs that needed to get done. Will call back when I have additional plumbing needs.

    Robert from Neighborhood Plumbing did an excellent job installing a new toilet in my bathroom andtaking away my old toilet. The newly installed toilet works perfectly and Robert cleaned up after he wasfinished. He was a conscientious worker and he quickly completed the whole job, by himself, in about two hours. Neighborhood Plumbing charged a fair price and I strongly recommend them if you need a plumbing job done.

    Absolutely phenomenal service provider. We have worked mostly with Robert on a number of repairs/replacements/upgrades and have had nothing but positive experiences from initial outreach to project completion.     Neighborhood plumbing and drain did a great job at being responsive, prompt and getting the job done at a reasonable price point. I needed to upgrade the piping in my shower as I was doing a remodel and was concerned of the old leaky pipes.     Robert with Neighborhood Plumbing just finished replacing a pressure relief valve at our water meter. The work was done quick and efficiently, and he explained everything in an easy to understand manner. We selected Neighborhood Plumbing out of three companies that provided bids. We chose them because of the way Robert walked us through what the problem was and what was needed to correct it during his initial visit and their charges were significantly less than the other two for the same work. In one case they were $490 less. We will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

    I called S & D plumbing for a leaky faucet. They came out and told me it would be $ 1700 to put in a new one. I said no and paid the assessment fee. I then called Neighborhood Plumbing. A very nice and fair worker arrived and charged a couple of hundred dollars for the work and did a great job.

    We have great experience with James from Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain (NPD) for a very swift action on first getting the free estimate, diagnosis problem, called manuf. (Rheem) on shipping parts since the hot water heater is still under warranty. Came to fix the issue the next day after parts arrived... the whole NPD team did a great job for the whole process & make it easy communicate via text, give you a heads up reminder for appointment reminder, when the technician is enroute with their modernized technology/ ipad based system. The charges are fair and James is top notch on solving the issue to ensure we have hot water :) Happy customer and we sure will keep NPD in mind next time when a need is arise. Thank you.

    I have used Neighborhood Plumbing a couple of times in the past. My experience today measured up to my expectations. My plumber’s name was Robert. He called right on time to tell me when I could expect him. When he arrived we discussed the jobs I had for him and he gave me a quote which I found reasonable. Then he went to work replacing a hose bib and installing 2 low flow toilets. His work was efficient and he cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use Neighborhood Plumbing again.

    I am retired from running a construction company. Recently I moved to the Lakeway area and have been assisting a friend with several projects. I called multiple plumbing contractors/companies and learned it is crazy out there! They were late, unprepared, underqualified, and were ridiculously overpriced.....and then I was referred to Neighborhood Plumbing.The office staff actually wrote my information down correctly, had a representative show up the next day exactly on time, communicating with me 20 minutes prior to his arrival per my request. The representative was prepared and knowledgeable. He assessed, scheduled, returned and performed very clean work at a fair price. I am extremely satisfied with Neighborhood Plumbing and highly recommend them. Save yourself a ton of Grief! Unless you just like getting run around.....call Neighborhood Plumbing.

    I called for a leaky faucet early in the morning and Austin, from Neighborhood Plumbing was there by noon. He quickly determined that the leak was due to the impact of hard water on the fixture after 22 years of use and would need to be replaced.Since we have two faucets in the bathroom we decided to replace both so, while he took out the old faucets, I ran to Home Depot and purchased two new faucets and he had them both installed and working perfectly within a couple of hours.This is my second experience with the folks at Neighborhood Plumbing but Im sure it will not be my last.     Made call to get quote to replace kitchen faucet. Sent photos got call from plumber with price. Easy process.     When moving to our new, and recently renovated home, we discovered that the drains in both the master bathtub and shower were clogged and slow to drain water. A call first thing in the morning to Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain was quickly answered, and a technician was promised by early afternoon. When a technician became available earlier than that, we received a follow up call from the company, and the tech arrived shortly thereafter. The Tech was prompt, polite, and talked us through what he saw, and let us know exactly what their service would cost us before he began any work. Once approved, the work was completed in a timely manner, and the root cause of the problem (a contractor had used the drain to get rid of excess plaster!) was made known to us.All in all, we couldnt be happier with Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain. Their service was fast and professional, and their pricing was more than fair for the service provided. If I could give them more than five stars, I certainly would!

    11AM on a Friday I realized I had a major drain problem at my house. All toilets and sinks backed up and water leaking into the guest bath. I can do simple plumbing jobs but this was out of my area of confidence. Called a plumber Id used before and left a message. When a couple hours passed without a call back, I turned to Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain. The receptionist was very helpful and sympathetic, taking my details and assuring me they could get someone over to look at my problem. Sure enough, an hour or so later Chris and Austin arrived to bail me out! Took Chris all of 5 minutes to properly diagnose a clogged main drain and almost as short a time to run a cable thru to fix it. Chris kept me informed every step of the way and patiently answered my many questions! He was very clear on options and reasonable on pricing and was polite, professional and friendly throughout the visit. We are now up and running, thanks to his and Austins work. I hope I go a long time before having to call a plumber again but when I do, it will be Neighborhood!

    I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. My parents hot water heater, which is a hard to find, expensive, cabinet style type, was leaking really bad on Tuesday. After doing some research on the type of hot water heater needed, I found that Rheem made one. So I looked up their recommended pros. After looking through the list I chose Neighborhood Plumbing. Within about an hour of my call, Karl showed up. He took about two minutes to assess the situation and then proceeded to tear the insulation off a flex line to expose a hose leak. The total cost to fix the issue was a bit over $200. After fixing the issue and putting everything back together, we asked him to look at the slow water output in one of the bathrooms. We were told by a previous plumbing company that the lines were needing to be replaced, looking at a several thousand dollar fix. Karl took a quick look and stated that just the connections under the sink needed to be replaced. The next day he came out, along with Red, and pulled out the short galvanized pipes and 90 degree connections, which identified the source of the problem---totally clogged pipes and connections. Therefore, to not make this to long, Neighborhood Plumbing saved my parents a lot of money and solved all of their plumbing issues quickly and effectively.

    Im not one to write reviews, but this time I feel it is warranted. I was without water, due to my plumbing attempt at fixing a leak in the inlet line to a toilet tank. Neighborhood came out as a first stop, and did an excellent job in replacing the elbow fixture. Chris was very patient with an extremely stubborn, original elbow, that did not want to come off. His patience saved us from a bill that would have been considerably more, had the elbow been cut off. Thank you Chris, and Neighborhood Plumbing.     This is the second time Ive used Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain and they came through again. Robert replaced my underground sprinkler input valves and backflow, plus a new pressure reducer in record time. The cost was exactly what he estimated, and was almost 1/3 of what a irrigation company estimated for the sprinklers alone. As long as they are in business, these guys are my go-to plumbers!

    I called several different plumbing companies for my mother to get a price to replace her hot water heater. After waiting 1/2 a day, one company came out and seemed more interested in selling me a service agreement than replacing the hot water heater. Their estimate was outrageous!     We have had continual problems with our plumbing in our brand new medical building. The original contractor’s sub would never address the problem or even come back. The first time we had raw sewage flowing in our office of floor drains they tried to blame us. When our floor drains and ALL our toilets in our medical building were overflowing yesterday, we called Neighborhood Plumbing and they sent out a very competent, nice gentleman who immediately knew exactly what to do. He fished out construction debris (plastic bags and other junk) which had been clogging our system for over a year. He was very fair in what he charged us, very professional and it is nice to know that we found someone we can really trust in Lakeway to help us if God forbid we have a problem again.     While housesitting my friends home on Lake Travis the outside faucet broke off and I could not shut the water off. I called neighborhood plumbing and they were so polite and helpful. The plumber called me back to explain how to shut the water off to the house until he could arrive. Within a short time the plumber came, fixed the faucet and had the water back on.     I cannot begin to describe how good these guys were. I made the mistake of calling another plumbing company the day before and they came out and totally ripped us off on what they fixed and then said that we needed another $1,400 worth of work. Austin came out from another plumbing company and told us one of the things the other company said needed to be replaced did not need to be replaced and the other one he could replace for half the price. Needless to say, this is the company we will be using from now on.
