Axel and Jonathan from Braydens Plumbing are truly phenomenal. Their punctuality, professionalism, and extensive knowledge of all things plumbing was impressive. In the snapshot, you can see Axel and Jonathan repairing a shower knob that hadnt been functional since I moved in. The footage captured a truly memorable moment - the first time the shower head actually spouted water since I became the homeowner! Previously, it was completely non-functional due to a stuck/broken knob. The fixtures in both showers were incredibly old, likely original from when the house was built back in the 80s. However, Axel and Jonathan, in just a matter of minutes, were able to identify and rectify the problem without the need to demolish the wall or replace any pipes. Their solution left me both ecstatic and relieved. Now, both showers are fully functional. Not only did they repair these ancient shower knobs, but they also replaced the sink fixtures that had been deteriorating over the years due to hard water. They also installed new toilets, replacing the original ones. They accomplished all these tasks with remarkable efficiency, cleanliness, and professionalism. Nothing was damaged, nothing broke, and they didnt even leave a scratch, which is astonishing considering the complexity of the task. My daughter found herself without water due to a malfunctioning well pump. We spent three days liaising with her warranty company, struggling to find a plumber that specialized in wells, until we were finally advised to engage with a local plumbing company. Upon contacting Braydens Plumbing, I was assured they could assist and that we could expect service between 10am and 2pm, with the likelihood of a technician arriving around 10:30am. Sure enough, Jonathan and his assistant, Axel, arrived promptly at 10:30am and determined that the pump and the pressure tank were both defective and needed replacement. Following this, I spent some time on the phone with the warranty company to file the claim. I was able to call Braydens Plumbing again after 12:30pm, expecting the service to be scheduled for the next day. However, I was pleasantly surprised to hear they would come out to fix everything that very evening, after 6pm. A team, including the company owner, arrived to replace the pump and the tank. They were all extremely polite and professional. We were so impressed with the service and their efficiency, my daughter and I have decided we will definitely choose their services again for any future plumbing needs. Chris, the office manager, also deserves a mention for his friendly and helpful assistance throughout the process.

We located someone who was supposed to fix it on Monday, but they never showed up or called. Thats when I decided to search online and found Braydens Plumbing, which had a 24hr contact line. I called them in the evening and they picked up. The lady on the other end of the line spoke Spanish, and she was very patient with me as my Spanish isnt the best. She kindly connected me to another employee, Chris, who was extremely friendly and helpful in translating for me. To my surprise, he informed me that the company offers free initial checks! Despite my work schedule, Chris managed to arrange a Wednesday afternoon slot for me, between 4-430. Just before 4 PM on Wednesday, the plumber was at my doorstep and Chris called to inform me that they had arrived. I was only about 3 minutes away and they patiently waited for my arrival. I was already impressed by their punctuality and professionalism. The plumbers, Jonathan and Axel, were both very respectful and patient with my limited Spanish. They quickly identified the pipe that needed fixing, communicated with the office, and provided me with a quote and time estimate almost immediately. Considering the urgency, I decided to hire them and they got to work right away. In just about an hour, they had finished the job! They tidied up everything and Jonathan took the time to answer one last query before they left. If needed, I will not hesitate to call on them again. When it came to remodeling our bathroom for handicap accessibility, including a walk-in shower, and relocating our laundry facilities with all the necessary plumbing and gas connections, Jonathan and Axel were there to help us plan according to our needs. They worked tirelessly for three days, always with a smile, understanding our perspectives and needs, explaining and showing us the progress, and cleaning up after themselves. The job was done perfectly! Their exceptional skills and talent made it an enjoyable experience!

I dialed up another plumbing service in austin, but after waiting for four days, there was still no callback from their guy. then i contacted a different plumber named eddie on a tuesday evening. he responded that same night to my request. we scheduled an appointment for later in the week. eddie, the boss, showed up as planned and had my new gas line for my range installed by midday. his pricing was quite reasonable for the quality of work he delivered. i knew then that hed be my go-to plumber for any future needs. years later, i found myself reaching out to eddie again. i had begun a bathroom renovation and discovered that all my shut off valves were faulty and wouldnt completely turn off. i called up eddie to replace them and we arranged another appointment. in the days leading up to our appointment, i started working on the kitchen too. i found that the sink faucet valves, which were about 50 years old, were broken among other things. true to form, eddie arrived on time and repaired each valve swiftly. he was quick, fair, and honest. what else could you want from a plumber? eddie is a top-notch guy!

Im writing this little note to give props and show my thanks to axel from a certain plumbing company. my spouse and me, both in our 70 s, called about a major sewer backup with sewer water spilling onto our basement floor in austin. axel himself gave me a call back in less than 60 minutes, even though it was a saturday, and came over straight away. he checked out the issue and fixed it in no more than an hour. he also suggested and dialed up a cleanup team to disinfect the basement floor. thanks to kind and considerate folks like axel, we dodged what could have been a terrible ordeal.

I experienced some significant problems with my plumbing system, specifically a blocked sewer line. Axel, from an anonymous plumbing company, was the subcontractor who came to assist. He arrived early and worked harmoniously with Eddie to identify the problem at hand. Axel even leveraged his excellent network in Austin to contact some fellows from the water department for additional insights. I had previously enlisted the services of three other plumbing companies, but none could determine the root cause. They instead suggested that I needed to excavate my driveway and replace the sewer line lying 8 feet below. These estimates varied from $6k-$13k, excluding concrete! On the other hand, Axel and Eddie dedicated three hours to thoroughly inspect and clean my lines from both the basement and driveway, removing large rocks and gravel that were obstructing the flow. They even borrowed my shop vac to clean out the shale and limestone pebbles. Axels meticulousness in cleaning was beyond commendable. If I were to encounter any more plumbing issues, I would not hesitate to contact him. Im even considering having him inspect my pipes every few years to ensure they remain clean. After all, regular maintenance is vital in preventing major, costly repairs!

Unfortunately, they took over an hour to respond to my three phone calls. The reliable plumbing service Ive used before solved my problem without even needing to send someone out. In retrospect, I should have reached out to them first, considering their consistent responsiveness in the past. In my panic, I thought a more local place would be quicker, which turned out to be a mistake. They have trucks all around Austin, ready to help. Ive learned my lesson and wont make that mistake again. They will be my first call from now on!
