Zach was able to accommodate me the very next day after a leak started in the kitchen faucet. Within minutes he identified the problem and installed a new faucet for me. He also gave pointers on how to properly maintain the various parts which was immensely helpful.

Excellent plumbing services. Seriously - everything about the process was top notch. Great website, it was easy to call the main number and schedule something within a couple of hours. Heck - they even let you track where the plumber is, which is such a welcome touch. Ive had previous contractors who were hours late and itd be a chore to know their whereabouts. My guy Zach was professional, great at coordinating, straight to business and was able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes. They put the homeowners at the center of attention. I have used Reliant Plumbing on two separate occasions. I have been extremely pleased with them. Don was my plumbing technician both times. I was so impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and willingness to take the time to troubleshoot...so much so that I requested him the second time! I had used another company prior to calling out Reliant this last time and then called Reliant for a second opinion and Im glad that I did. Don asked a lot of questions and was genuinely concerned about getting to the root of the problem. I will continue to use Reliant Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs!

I focused on Amber in this review because she exhibits consistent qualities that every business owner wishes their people possessed. I have spoken to Amber a total of three times; each time her friendly, calm, caring attitude came through. Amber is outstanding at triaging the needs of the customer and excels at customer service.

Reliant Plumbing was so responsive, professional, and empathetic to our problem. When I called about our main water leak, Cheyanne, who answered the phone was so reassuring and sympathizing to our situation. Within a few hours, Matt came out to give us an estimate for repairs (on his way home, he deviated to do this). Once again, Reliant was ‘on the ball’! The next afternoon Jason Sawyer was on the job. He stayed until the leak was found so he could get it fixed for us. There was great communication between the company and us about the arrival of the technician. RELIANT IS RELIABLE!! They made my problem their problem and treated us like we were friends not clients. GREAT SERVICE!!

Asa was on time and quickly figure out where the break was. Although the repair was somewhat more expensive than what I expected, he did a professional job explaining the root cause and complete the repair in a few hours. The before and after images included in the report serves as good future reference. I am overall satisfied.

Had a troublesome leak identified by the water district of about 450 gal a day. I checked everything including the irrigation system and it was still leaking. Called Reliant and they scheduled a plumber for the next business day. Don arrived and was friendly and very professional. Analyzed the meter to ensure there was really a leak (there was) and then identified the problem in less than 10 minutes. Turned off the water to the pool back flow system and all leaking halted. Ive worked with many plumbers and I rate Don at the top.

We had an issue with our gas fireplace and line, and after calling a couple of other places that bounced us around and seemed unable or unwilling to help we called Reliant and so glad we did! We were immediately met with very friendly and very courteous professional staff that came out the same day to assess our needs. The turnaround was quick, even with needing a part ordered. We were in great hands with Don during the assessment and Julian who came out and did the repairs. Julian was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent plumber who went above and beyond and provided top notch services for us! We highly recommend this company and are grateful for the culture this company exhibits that was very evident in the time spent in our home! Julian even took the time and helped us wrap our tankless water heater pipes to get ready for the season!

Im a repeat customer with Reliant because theyre fast, capable, and professional. Recently, I discovered a plumbing leak that was damaging the ceiling. Reliant quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue the same day they were out. While they were there, I wanted to have a water softener or water conditioner added to protect my plumbing and fixtures. They turned the install around very quickly. Shout out to Ross, Brandt, and Mac for excellent and professional service. Ill be calling Reliant out again the next time I need plumbing work done.

We had a major clog in the master bath - sewage was backing up in all drains. Reliant sent Tyrone to fix the problem. He was outstanding. He spent a lot of time explaining how he was planning to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Then, he had me follow each step he took. Not only did he get things working again, he made sure the rest of the plumbing was in good shape. When he was finished, he made sure the bathroom was spotless and sanitized. If we ever have another plumbing problem, I hope Reliant sends Tyrone. What a great employee they have.

Reliant Plumbing, Lakeway, Texas (April 18, 2024)I hired Reliant Plumbing in Lakeway, Texas, to install two new Rheem Marathon water heaters in my home. They sent me two technicians, Roman and Omar, to remove and replace the two original 16-year-old water heaters and haul them off. They arrived about 9 am and finished around 4 pm. These water heaters were piped together so that they could be used to supply hot water to both the downstairs and upstairs. Additionally, either heater could supply the entire house, or one single unit used for the downstairs and one for the upstairs. The water heaters were inside my home and the men were very careful moving the equipment back and forth so that there was no damage to the home. These gentlemen were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They were organized and did a great job installing the new water heaters and all associated piping. It was a very neatly laid out job. I was happy with the finished job and the two employees.

Once work commenced, he found there was no leak. Don spent additional time to try to diagnose the actual problem causing the extra water flow.
