Talk about service! No water was flowing in our house, and we assumed our well pump had finally given up the ghost. I called Pro Plumbing and Heating on a Sunday night and left a voicemail, assuming that I would need to call them again on Monday morning, but at 8:01 AM, they called me back.Within a couple of hours, Matt Laack, the owner, came down to diagnose the problem It wasnt the well pump, but rather the electrical powering the pump, so not a plumbing issue. Matt contacted our electrician of choice (Volt Electric) for us and sent the electrician a photo of the situation so he could be prepared to fix it.On his way out of our basement, Matt noticed that the exhaust on our water heater wasnt sitting correctly and was off-gassing into the house, so he quick fixed that for us. And you know what he charged for this service call? Nothing. Now, if hed had to send one of his employees, he would have had to charge for their time, so we were fortunate to get Matt himself, because we are tightwads.When you think of service, Matt is the epitome of quality service.
