I was quoted a price of over 30K to replace all the sewer lines under my house by a national company. I called Accurate Leak and Line for a second opinion. They scoped the line from the roof vent and the clean out valve and determined the root incursion was not from breaks in the line as the other company claimed but from the toilet flange. The repair was a fraction of the other company’s quote and actually fixed the true problem. They were professional, friendly, and they replaced the original poorly installed toilet flange with a minimum of foundation removed. I didn’t even have to replace tile. They vacuumed the dust while they worked so there was nothing to clean when they were done. Also, the technician who diagnosed the problem was there on site the whole time to supervise the job. I am so glad I called them instead of taking the word of the national company. I would recommend them to anyone needing sewer repair.

We had a company identify a sewer line leak and they gave us a quote to fix. It was expensive, so I got additions bids.First, the camera used by Accurate Leak and Line was 10x better than the other guys. This allowed him to eliminate the “root” cause the other guy found. Accurate leak and line was honest about the lack of certainty in where the leak was, but quoted based on what we knew. We knew where the leak was, generally, and they excavated and found it, fixed it, and we are good.They left the site clean in the end too!

Would highly recommend! We compared 3 companies and Accurate came in with the best price and best service (lots of neighbors recommended them too). And Accurate went above and beyond to actually verify that we needed what we suspected that we needed. Excavation was 2 days, replacing cast iron pipes took 2 days (we had a working bathroom & kitchen by end of day 1), and back-fill took 1 day after we passed inspection. Crews were respectful and communicated well. Obviously we hope we only ever need to do this once but Im glad to refer neighbors to them.

I highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line if you need to replace the cast iron sewer lines under your house. These folks did what they said they were going to do, and the plumbers were very communicative and upfront. They replaced lines coming from our kitchen and bathroom and added a tie in under the washer too. This work will cost you a bundle but I found their rates to be within 5K of other bids we received - they werent the highest or the lowest either. Ill add that the final charge was what they bid.

The cast iron drain pipes under my slab were failing and needed to be replaced. It was such a massive project that I started with 3 estimates but getting 7 (!!!) estimates after hearing suggestions from friends who had recently had the same work done. Accurate Leak and Line was recommended by two friends and had the lowest price by far without escalator clauses or disclaimers about potential upcharges. Claytons estimate was the final price. Everything about the process including the negatives was explained in advance. All of my questions were answered timely and professionally. Two days of tunneling under the slab, two days of installing PVC pipes, a couple days waiting for the city plumbing inspector, and one more day to backfill the tunnels. The tunnelers put everything back together and were very conscientious in their clean up. Great communication and attitude from everyone on their entire staff. Accurate Leak and Line are total pros at replacing cast iron pipes.

These guys are legit and the real deal! Clayton came out to do an initial assessment and found the leak that two other plumbers could not find. Then he explained and prepared a fair proposal for the work that was needed. Jacklyn scheduled the work within 2 weeks of the assessment. When the guys came out, they were very courteous, professional, and most of all knowledgeable. Pat led the crew of Billy Joe and Carlos to do a water line reroute. Let me tell you, these guys got to work and carefully analyzed the issue and made sure they isolated the problem. Billy Joe was a great teacher and mentor to Carlos who quickly picked up and ran with the work. They both made sure the entire work area was kept clean by creating an isolation chamber and keeping the dust from getting all over the place. At the end of the work, they cleaned up and left everything as it was before the work started. I appreciate the crew taking the time to find the specific problem so as to minimize the work needed. Although I needed a complete reroute of my hot water line through various rooms in my house, they made sure to minimize the number of cuts needed in the drywall. This is the second time I use Accurate Leak and Line to make major repairs in my home and would trust them again in the future. Great work guys, much appreciated!

I contacted a company that I had done plumbing and HVAC work with several times. Ive spent a TON of money with them. Long story short, I had a leak in a pip under the slab in my garage. I did a lot of researching of the various types of repairs that could be performed and the cost associated with each to have some knowledge. Accurate Leak and Line name holds very true to the type of service they deliver, on inspection day the Tech walked me through this repair thought process and answered every question I had, on repair day the Tech arrived early and extremely up beat as well as extremely knowledgeable in the repairs he was schedule to perform. The Tech was so knowledgeable he was training a new Tech plus me at the same time, if I was in back in Management I would have HIGHLY recruited him on the spot. Once repairs were completed they cleaned all areas were they worked on before they left. If you have a leak this is the Company you need, as a DYI home owner some times you have to pass the hammer to someone else and spend the money which was well worth it.

I was impressed with all of the team who worked on replacing our sewer line. Another plumbing company had identified the numerous problems with our sewer line and had provided a bid that was almost twice what Accurate Leak and Line bid or the same job. Josh was quick to respond to my inquiry and provided a bid for full replacement under the house as well as an option to re-route without tunneling.We opted for the tunneling which was completed in one day. The replacement of the plumbing line was completed in one day by Josh and Clayton and the next day Victor and Fabian completed the anchors. The quick work allowed us to be able to use the plumbing in our home quicker than planned!Josh also worked with us keeping the access to the tunnels available to have foundation repairs done which saved us money. This made our project extend longer than it would have for Accurate but Josh was accommodating.I would recommend Accurate Leak and Line without any reservations. Their professionalism made this, less than pleasant job and expense, bearable!

Clayton was able to find source of my water leak (I live in an old neighborhood and my pipes were buried 4-5 feet (normally its around 2 feet), yet he still was able to find the leak within 45 minutes with his listening equipment) for only $150 fee.Another plumbing company wanted charge me an absurd $895 just to use their Sonar equipment plus another $400 to blindly dig around my yard to find source of the leak.So Highly Recommend Accurate Leak and Line for Leak Detection.Repairs are also reasonably price, only feedback is I think they are really busy so suggest they hire more technicians so repairs can be done within a couple days instead of having to wait a week plus.

Chad was straightforward, confidant and clear with his estimate. Ultimately, it was only about a week between the time we requested the quote and when the work was done. My home had a leak in the water pipes under the foundation. Fixing the problem required breaking through the foundation, tunneling along the underground pipe to the area of the leak, repairing it & then restoring the slab. However, the guys at Accurate made it sound like this was something they could easily handle & I decided to use them. And Im so glad I did! I started noticing plumbing noise even when all faucets were turned off, and we also had a warm spot on the tile in one area of the house. Clayton came to the house to diagnose the problem. He was able to target the most likely source of the leak. You provided a proposal to isolate the problem section of plumbing and to reroute the line. Curtis and Patrick completed the repair by gaining access to the hot water manifold. This required cutting a small hole in the sheetrock in one area and also in a cabinet under a sink. After that, the problematic hot water line was identified and capped. Curtis and Patrick then rerouted the line through the attic using Pex. They also did a pressure test after completing the work to ensure that no leakage was present. We were quite pleased that the repair was completed without having to damage the tile and the slab. Clayton, Curtis, and Patrick were all very professional and conscientious. Thanks for a job well done.

Everyone at Accurate Leak and Line was a pleasure to work with. They worked fast, were super friendly, and the job they did to replace all our cast iron pipes was completed perfectly. They did the job at the most reasonable price compared to all the other companies I got a quote from and there were no surprise costs. They even reworked our estimate to have our insurance cover a large portion of the cost. Highly recommend to anyone needing cast iron replacement!

Our house had cast-iron pipes and it was time to replace them. After getting numerous quotes, Accurate Leak and Line was the most competitive and was the only one to come with a warranty.After Clayton came out for the initial assessment, it was pretty seamless from end to end. Once we accepted the proposal, the job was scheduled to start within two weeks. As communicated the job took 15 working days to complete.I would use them again, but I hope my brand new PVC pipes outlive me. Now I have piece of mind when using the bathroom or showering. Thanks!

Accurate Leak and Line was top notch to do business with. I am so happy that we did not continue with a local plumber that wanted to continue to fix issues with under the slab plumbing by chiseling holes through the foundation inside of our house. Clayton was awesome in doing the assessment of our repairs needed and easy to get a hold of if needed. Jacklyn in the office was always a pleasure to communicate with. The tunneling crew & Team Bravo were incredibly efficient in getting the required repairs done and seeing Billy Joe feed one of our donkeys a carrot from his mouth was a bonus! Also, Patrick came by a few times during project and was great to work with as well. Wish I would have gotten a hydrostatic test from these guys when we were in the option period of buying our house, but I learned a lesson for the future. I will happily recommend Accurate Leak & Line to anyone with plumbing repair needs.

Doing this kind of work on ones home is scary and expensive and AL&L was fast, transparent, responsive, flexible, and INCREDIBLE in their work. We had a major break in our sewer line under the slab and dealt with problems for several years. We had been told by THREE different plumbing companies that it would be an extensive project and wed be without water for weeks. So we kept putting it off because it was so expensive and time consuming. Finally, I had Accurate Leak come take a look. Not only did they quote me 1/3 of the price, the whole thing was completed in 5 hours. They never even had to turn the water off and were so professional and quick that I wish I had found them sooner instead of dealing with the problem for years. Really great experience with Accurate! We needed a plumbing estimate while in the process of closing on a house- they came out on a tight timeline to do the estimate which was fair and reasonable; we then booked with them to actually do the repair (after purchasing the house) which had minimal disruptions- really appreciate the professionalism of the crew and the great communication of the entire staff!

I was very impressed with the Accurate Leak & Line team. Every person on the job was pleasant and professional. These guys show up when they say they will and clearly know what they are doing. I passed on their initial bid for a cheaper option, then I had to beg them to help me out after the original/cheaper vendor couldnt complete the job to pass inspection. I wish that I had taken the very reasonable bid that Clayton gave me from the start. Dont make the same mistake that I did. Go with them from the start!

These guys were so great from start to finish! Their projections for work schedule and payment were upheld, the workers were professional, quick, and treated our home with care. Plumbing issues can cause panic, and it seemed like other companies in town were trying to manipulate that feeling to raise their prices and lower their promises - Accurate Leak and Line was the total opposite, even calming our worry! They were friendly and straightforward, and I will recommend them highly in the future!

They were very professional, their bid was competitive, and most importantly was fixed price. All other bids I received were very contingent on what they found after they started digging. I liked that what they bid was what I was going to pay.
