Id spent over a year researching different systems and talking to other people but only after talking to Sam was I able to decide with confidence on a system that best suited my needs.The system he and I ultimately decided on was the Aquasana Rhino Chloramines Max Flow with a salt-free water conditioner and the addition of a Flow-Tech device for the tankless water heater. Samuel installed this system meticulously, paying close attention to detail at every stage of the installation. He used high-quality Uponor PEX-A tubing, which provides superior water flow and long-term durability. He also incorporated a carefully designed setup with bypass valves and flushing points for easy maintenance.A system that removes chloramine (in leander) and does it salt free is important for health… so much more to say ... only so much time and room... GREAT SERVICE ... use PlumbPros!!!

Look no further!!Backstory: My plumber who started the job wasnt really feeling like doing it after discovering a challenge. This pertained to installing a pressure regulator valve just after the meter at the street to tame my 105psi in my lines. There were some challenges due to prior repairs done there.I put a solicitation on a contractor group on Facebook for an experienced/licensed plumber, Sunday morning.The owner Sam, was one of the 1st to respond. I called him to discuss the situation. Samuel Martin was1. Motivated.2. Listened to my challenges.3. Responded with obvious experience and explained things with clarity, as it related to my situation.4. Could accommodate me 1st thing Monday morning, way down in southwest Austin.He, along with his stellar Apprentice Joshua, tore all the previously repaired lines out and installed the new main PRV and also a 2nd PRV on my irrigation lines using Pex tubing, which is superior, especially for this configuration.Overall excellent service, communication, response and really reasonable pricing for a job well done!This review is real and genuine. Will recommend him to all who read all this and to my friends & family who need a trustworthy plumber.

SAM SAVED THE DAY!! Learned overnight that our garbage disposal had been leaking (for a while), the smell was bad and it was such a mess underneath. Called to get help and literally the next morning PlumbPros was there to help. Service was fast, efficient and tech had great conversation and customer service and was so knowledgeable. Will DEFINITELY be calling them again for any plumbing needs. Not only was service top notch but pricing honest and didnt break the bank! Call a Pro!
