Jorge Reyes arrived on time, listened to my issues, and answered my questions. He provided a few options within our budget. It was our choice to begin the work that day. He explained they dont overbook, so they have the time to do the job right. We learned and signed up for their annual maintenance plan which discounted the items and services being done. It offers priority scheduling on future service and discounted pricing. The plan also included a free annual water heater flush! Renewing is a choice, not automatic. They are that confident that their plan speaks for itself. Jorge replaced both toilets and kitchen disposal as youd expect a professional to do. The caulking is perfectly done and the disposal purrs when in use. Were so happy we chose Plumbing Outfitters.

Easy to schedule and fast prompt service. Had issue with a clogged sink and the technician was able to quickly address my issue. I also had him look at water heater and it was very refreshing to not be inundated with an upsell attempt as things were in working order. I appreciate the integrity of the technician (Gorge) and will be using this company for all my plumbing needs.

Great prompt service. We will always use Plumbing Outfitters for all our plumbing needs. Not only were they polite and cleaned up afterwards, but showed us exactly what the problem was and gave us confidence in the repair. Noah showed up at short notice, figured out the issue, gave multiple options and walk through pro and cons each, good quote, job done in 45 mins during same visit - no fuss. Couldn’t go better. By the way this was a visit for free estimate whereas some folks charge service fee to come and take a look. Very Happy overall

Kyle came to my sisters house to work on her septic tank lines.He was the nicest most helpful & respectful young man I have delt with in a long time. He explained what the options were to fix the problem for the short term and the long permanent fix. He didnt pressure us in anyway to decide what to do. From now own if I need a plumber I will call Outfitter Plumbing. This company is amazing. And Kyle was wonderful.

My biggest mistake was not calling them first. Hydrojetter was the answer but the attention to detail, doing the job right, and being courteous was reassuring that the problem was finally going to be resolved. Not every company has the right equipment. Not every company keeps the cost as affordable as they can. It took time to really clean the line of a large amount of grease. (No… I don’t put grease in the drain) I did video the water and chunks going out of the lines to the septic tank. Attached a screenshot. Wade was the best! His knowledge and ability to explain was priceless.

We recently moved to this house, and found the water drained in the lavatories and tub was slow. Requested quotes on the yelp. Plumbing Outfitter was one of the first few responded, and could come on the same day (this is not an emergent service).Brandon came on time, he called in advance to notify his arrival. He was professional and friendly. He explained the issue, possible causes and solutions clearly. he cleaned the buildup in the tub and one of the lavatory. For the other lavatory, he found the stopper was set too low. He also checked the water pressure and water hardness for me. The service Brandon provided was great. The reason we took off one start was due to the steep price. $385 for the mentioned service, and quote for replacing a kitchen faucet is $515 (labor only).

Brandon handled our condensate line clean out expertly and with utmost care. As well he also switched out an existing built in soap dispenser which was on the fritz with another soap dispenser ( a soap dispenser which I had on hand to provide). Very competent work. Though a young man Brandon appears to be very mature and earnest in his comportment.

These folks responded with short notice to a broken water line running through a ranch pasture and buried 32 inches in the ground. They immediately got to work, dug out the surface dirt and replaced the broken section with a super stout fix. They then tested the line . Kyle did a great job as well as his co-worker. I have used other plumbing companies in the Thorndale/Thrall area and this company is responsive and come ready to work. Very satisfied- A+. .Highly recommend . Mike S.

From Ms Brittany that schedules your appt to the technician, Mr Wade Bachmeyer & the other gentleman with him. They’re all patient & professional. Mr Wade was very knowledgeable & efficient. He identified the problem & was able to correct it within about 30 min. And lastly, the prices are fair & reasonable. My kitchen sink busted last night, literally the pipes fell off and water all over the kitchen. Well, I put in a request for service on Yelp and got so many messages offering to help but Plumbing Outfitters were the only ones able to come out this morning. Noah arrived and was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He provided me a couple of quotes and informed me of other services provided, not pushy at all just gave me some great info. Once I got the price I asked if he would be able to repair today and he said yes. Its 10:18am and my sink is fixed!!!! As a woman whos home alone with her kids I appreciated the text they sent with a pic and bio of the person coming to assist, I didnt feel like I was being overcharged, and overall I am extremely satisfied. I will be using Plumbing Outfitters for all of my plumbing needs in the future and you should too!! Easy and stress free situation. Thank you Plumbing Outfitters!!!!

We recently had to have our hot water heater replaced. Plumbing Outfitters was recommended to me by a coworker and I’m so glad we used them. They were so easy to contact, came out very quickly, and were super responsive and knowledgeable. I appreciated getting a text from the company before they arrived, sending a picture of our technician, Noah and a little information about him so I knew who to expect. Noah was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He replaced the water heater, was familiar with the required permitting process, and walked us through all the work he’d done. The inspection passed quickly and the project closed out. It was a quick and painless process! We very much appreciated the professionalism and quality of work. I’ve already recommended Plumbing Outfitters to someone else and am definitely keeping them in my contact list.
