As an out-of-state investor, I recently had a large complex plumbing job on a rental property. I used Plumbing Outfitters for the job, Garrett and Paul, and the rest of the team were professional, transparent, communicative and performed high-quality work. There was also a plumbing issue on the city side, and Melissa went out of her way to fix the issue with the city. I highly recommend them.

Plumbing outfitters did a good job and was very easy to work with. Melissa did a solid job coordinating both the work and our inspection, and Paul and Garrett did really good work. They were helpful with brainstorming a solution for the placement and connection of our water softener, and when they discovered issues they handled them at a very reasonable price.

I am so happy to have discovered Plumbing Outfitters!! Their plumbers are friendly, professional, thorough, hard-working, and efficient. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them, starting with Carlos who was the first to come out and who I’ve worked with the most. And then Noah who unplugged our backed-up kitchen sink. And most recently Garrett and Paul who had to dig trenches and crawl through tight spaces to replace our outdated water pipes, along with a list of other upgrades. I am truly impressed with all these guys!!

We’ve used Plumbing Outfitters for years, but this job proved far larger than anything we’ve needed from them prior. Long story short, our house that was build on pier and beam in 1961 needed a full rework of our plumbing as our cast irons pipes were finally failing. The Plumbing Outfitters crew provided a quote and a timeframe that the job would take and they delivered on every front. They communicate each step of the process as it’s ongoing and show up exactly as they commit to. Bottom line, they’re as good as it gets and we don’t consider anyone else for our plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Amazing service. Knowledgeable. Fair. You pay a little more than others but you get what you pay for. And with these guys you are getting more bang for your buck. They get it done right the first time and can navigate challenging scenarios with ease. I am a big fan of Matt Ford and Aurelio Lopez Jr. who are technicians who show care and tact. I am a raving fan of Mariah at the call center. Give that woman a raise!!!!

Let me tell you, Plumbing Outfitters was great! I came home to a busted pipe and was without water. Mariah understood the urgency, especially with health issues, and scheduled the repairs for the same day. I feel bad that Kyle and J.R had to come out so late, but they did a terrific job AND timely! They were patient with explaining the process. They answered any questions I had with patience and politeness. They were so polite and so enjoyable that I trusted them once we conversed long enough. I ended up joining as a member and I dont have any regrets. I highly recommend you call Plumbing Outfitters for any problems if you want a good job done, and great guys like Kyle and JR. We knew certain plumbing work needed to be completed at our home, so I had a couple different companies come out to the property to conduct their assessments and provide estimates. Some of the plumbers took one look at our home and tried to sell us everything under the sun. Kyle was the only person we felt was honest and provided a fair estimate. Hands down the best experience ever. Not only did he show up the next day he finished his repairs in such a timely manner AND discovered another issue in my main bathroom and took care of it the SAME DAY! We called Plumbing Outfitters to get a quote to replace our water heater. Dustin came to our home checked out our water heater and provided three (3) water heater replacement options. I mentioned to Dustin we recently had been experiencing intermittent low water pressure in our home. Dustin offered to check it out. After troubleshooting the issue, Dustin identified the cause of the problem. Since the service call for the estimate was free, I wanted to pay him for his work in identifying the cause of the water pressure issue but he said no. After reviewing the three quotes I had received, we decided to go with Plumbing Outfitters. Dustin and Lamar came to our home the day after we we told them we were having them do the job, performed the installation and repairs. They completed the work in a timely manner. Before leaving Dustin and Lamar cleaned up the work area, explained the operation of the water heater and asked If I had any questions. We now have clean hot water and NO low water pressure issues. Highly recommend Plumbing Outfitters, their employees are good at their job, professional and courteous. They keep you informed throughout the process.

I know it was a super busy time due to the recent freeze, so I really appreciate him taking the time to answer my first-time homeowner questions. He was knowledgeable, professional, and honest with me which is so important as someone who is brand new to home maintenance and vulnerable to being misled or taken advantage of.I had an exterior hose bib replaced due to the hose being stuck on it. Both myself and the previous home owner had tried to remove the hose to no avail. Warren also made an attempt to remove it, but it wasn’t going to budge. I was charged $312.65.

So we booked an estimate because we had a terrible leak inside and outside the home. Not only were they professional, but very knowledgeable about the process and step by step information on what needed to be done and how it would be done. I can not recommend this company enough. I had initially reached out thinking we were dealing with a major repair and damage, completely expecting the worst case scenario. Dustin arrived first thing in the morning and walked me through best and worst case. After his initial inspection of the problem, him and his partner were able to identify and isolate the core issue (which ended up being something pretty minor, but something that wasn’t even on our radar at first). I called two other local plumbers for an estimate for some bathroom pipe work. After leaving a message, neither of the plumbing companies returned my calls. I waited a week and then called Plumbing Outfitters. Instead of an answering machine or automated voice messaging system, I was greeted by an energetic and very helpful person. The woman on the phone found out what I needed and set up an appointment that fit my schedule. Plumbing Outfitters followed up with me, not once but twice, ensuring we were still a “go” for our appointment and to let me know when the plumber was on his way. Plumbing Outfitters sent a picture and some information about the plumber that was coming to complete my work. Not only that, but (with a link Plumbing Outfitters sent) I could actually track the plumber to see how far out he was from my home. Upon arrival my plumber, Brandon, introduced himself and even took off his shoes before being invited into my house. Brandon looked at my plumbing issue and answered all of the questions I had before explaining what work needed to be done to complete the job. When finished he gave me a more than reasonable estimate. I felt no pressure on Brandon’s end that I had to use his company but I already knew that I was going with his company because of the price and the professionalism he and Plumbing Outfitters had shown me. Brandon did a fantastic job changing and rerouting my bathtub pipe work and setting up my bathtub faucet bracket. I appreciate the work that he did. It’s always good to get a professional when it’s called for to save you (me) time and money. In my case I needed a professional and I am glad that it was Brandon and Plumbing Outfitters that took care of me.

When I had the roof replaced last week, a few of the hard-to-see, hard-to-reach lines were pierced and leaking. Noah, with Zach’s assistance, rerouted the lines successfully and brought the supply back to the Master bathroom tub. It was a difficult reroute, not easy to do. It wasn’t cheap either, but they did a great job which made it well worth it! I appreciate it!
