Very trustworthy and great communication. Dustin was very helpful and solved our water pressure issue. He also thoroughly explained things to me along with helpful home maintenance tips to help save me money in the long run. They have a flat fee for a person coming out but all my issues were covered in that flat fee. I’m definitely giving these guys a call again if I have another plumbing issue in the future!

This has been my go to company for all plumbing needs. They have replaced my water heater and toilet, unclogged drains, and even replaced my shower head (that last one at no charge when they came to fix something else). Today I called them because I thought my disposal was broken but actually my faucet had so much build up and had reached end of life. Musa showed me some options and although my first choice was out of stock, once we decided he set about picking up the new one and installed it very quickly. Every single person from this company has been very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They have always been able to send someone the same day if just to deduce the problem, and they always clean up when the job is done. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

Called Plum Quick Monday morning as we had an issue with our hot water heater. They were able to come out that day, assess situation and schedule us for a new install the next day. Crew was on-time, knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job on the install. We also had a problem with a leaky faucet and they fixed that too! Would recommend to anyone and will use again in the future!

I’ve had Plumb Quick out multiple times for all sorts of jobs. They are SO quick and reliable. In a world where there are so many companies who really don’t care of their service or even if they complete a job- these guys are the exact opposite! They take care of everything perfectly and are extremely pleasant to work with. They’re super knowledgeable and helpful. I always call them first, even though I have a home warranty because I know they will do things right!

5 PLUS STARS! These guys are a DREAM TEAM, to Jason, Korteze and Dustin THANK YOU SO MUCH. The guys are professional, and proficient, they know what they are doing, and so very gracious about answering my five million questions.😬🙄 We bought a house that needed some love, from the toilet to replacing my water heater after a flood on Christmas Eve, to replacing the timing on my showers and tubs. I couldnt be more grateful for these highly skilled professionals that are honest and fair in pricing have great communication and over all provide a service I would recommend to everyone who is in need of plumbing services. I am so happy with their work they move fast and do an incredible job. Though I hope I wont need plumbing assistance for a while, I know exactly who I would call without a second thought. This is an overdue review for a yard leak repair back in January. Dustin & Jacob showed up on time and quickly located the underground leak. They repaired it with a minimum of fuss and were efficient and courteous. Although plumbing repairs are never cheap, the guys were clear on the pricing and I felt it was reasonable . I would definitely recommend Plumb Quick as a very good local company who are responsive and conscientious

Thank you, for getting my wedding ring back!!!I highly recommend this company / plumber, first I called another company and they right away said a plumber needed to come out and resolved. I then called this company and the person who took my call directed me to the plumber himself who gave me some advice before even suggested to come out. At the end he resolved my problem and was extremely professional. Will continue to use their services in the future.

When my wife and I received a larger than usual water bill, more than twice what we normally pay we knew we had a leak somewhere in our plumbing system. After doing the standard DIY checks and turning up nothing we knew we would need to call in a professional to identify and repair the leak. We had a terrible time using our Home Warranty Company and eventually turned to our own plumbers. We had a leak detection company come out and pinpoint the leak and then called Plumb-Quick.Plumb-Quick was very pleasant to work with from the moment someone answered the phone. I explained the issue that we were experiencing and Jason said that he had a crew in the area and would send them over in a few hours to take a look at the problem and give us an estimate. Chris the technician showed up several hours later and took a look at what we were dealing with. He took the time to explain the work that would need to be completed and exactly what it involved.Chris was also nice enough to give us options. The leak was in our main water line in the front yard and he explained that due to Austins soil most of the labor charge was in digging up the pipe. He told us if we dug up the pipe that it would more than half the cost of the repairs. This honesty was refreshing from a contractor, and we agreed to dig the hole and call when it was complete.Later that day we gave Chris a call back and he scheduled us for repair the next day. He came out and performed the repairs paying attention to every detail and ensuring the quality of the work. Chris was marvelous to work with, he was very polite, and flexible with our schedule and did a great job repairing our plumbing. Any time I have a plumbing issue going forward Plumb-Quick will be the first team I call.

I had a plumbing backup on a Saturday morning and was really happy to know that someone from Plumb Quick could come out that day without charging me an after-hours rate. Kortez and I kept in touch via cell phone while he took care of other plumbing emergencies and we ran errands. He got to my house mid afternoon and cleared up the clogged line. We were so glad we didnt have to pay an extremely high price and/or deal with stopped up plumbing for the entire weekend.

This is by far one of the best companies around. We had a main line leak, with water running down the street; the city of Pflugerville was quick to shut the water main line to our house; unfortunately, the repairs fell on us. We called Plumb Quick and they sent us Rey who was able to come to our house within 2 hours. He assessed the situation, dug 2 feet down to find the pipe and repaired it. We don’t know what we would have done without Rey and Plumb Quck. They are honest, professional and hardworking. Thank you so much for saving us that day!

We have been customers of Plumb-Quick for many years and cannot recommend them highly enough. They have replaced water heaters, unclogged drains and with my recent bathroom renovation they did all the plumbing work. They installed the new bathtub, toilet and re-piped the vanity from a single sink to two. You will not be disappointed in their work. They are fast, responsive and very reasonable. A great company to work with!
