Vic came to our home to access and repair slow draining from our toilet in the master bathroom. He advised us on our next steps to alleviate clogging in the future. He was quick to get here and get us taken care of. We will ONLY use L & P Plumbing!!!!!We can’t thank him enough ♥️

I would give a 10 star review if I could! My daughter had a backed up sink drain. We had tried everything possible to clear the drain, but nothing worked. We called Abacus Plumbing, and they came out and worked trying to clear drain with no success. They said they were going to send someone out with a camera to see what was clogging the drain. They sent out David Jones with Abacus, who ran a camera down drain and said the ONLY fix would be to go underneath the house and replace cast iron pipes with PVC and reroute the pipe that was going to a disconnected septic tank. We explained that we had that work done several years ago, to which he replied that the work had NOT been done. He said he could do the work for a total of $51,699! I decided to get another estimate with Accurate Leak and Line. They sent out Clayton, who brought a camera out to check the pipes, and he told us the pipes were already PVC and he suggested we call a plumber to auger the drain. I asked Clayton if he could possibly suggest a plumber since I feel that Abacus was being VERY dishonest with us. He suggested L&P plumbing and said he knew they were a good and honest company. I called L&P and spoke to Fabian and explained. He said he would send Victor out to see if he was able to unclog the drain. Victor came out, and he and his crew unclogged the drain in about 5 minutes! Victor couldnt have been any nicer! He went into great lengths to fully explain every single detail. My daughter and I added this plumbing company to our contacts and WILL NEVER EVEN THINK ABOUT USING ANYONE ELSE FOR OUR PLUMBING NEEDS! I have NEVER experienced such a great experience with a plumber in my life! I could go on and on and on about what a great company with the best guys ever. From Fabian to my experience with Victor! I promise you, you will Never find a better plumbing company with such a caring staff! They are the BEST! Thanks again, guys, for all you do!

This is an awesome plumbing company. They are caring and do their very best to fit you in wherever and whenever they can, and give you a fair price. They are knowledgeable pros at what they do. Victor and Raul came to the rescue when we couldnt get our spigot to budge when getting a new washer installed. They fixed it, installed the new washer and hauled away the old one for recycle. These men work so hard, and are also very personable. We call them whenever we have a plumbing issue, so we have called them several times over the years. I had the recent need to replace an old water heater as it cracked and started leaking water right before the Arctic Blast a few weeks ago. Out of the few local Plumbing companies I contacted, L&P Plumbing and Fabian were quick to respond. Fabian and I discussed the issue and the details over the phone and he provided me a reasonable quote via email almost immediately, then proceeded to schedule the service later that day. The two technicians that came to do the job a few days later were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My new 50 gal electric water heater was up and running in no time, it was a very clean job. They did excellent work, and I am very pleased with the service and overall experience, they were quick to respond and to schedule and complete the job efficiently. Have you ever dreamed of the “good ‘ol days”when tradespeople were honest & dependable?Well, this company is bringing those days back!I got bids & ball park figures from three different plumbers before choosing L & P Plumbing for my water heater issue.The other guys were sure I needed a new water heater (thousands !!), because mine is old . It just needed a new hose but it was difficult to reach. L & P offered up various scenarios & agreed to payments if I chose to replace my water heater. I loved their honesty , ( old water heaters were made better), & the ,” if it ain’t broke, dont fix it “ mentality:). Turns out they were able to fix the hose for a nominal price, & I’m thrilled! ! Adding another five star review to the pile. Last year I made a mistake trying to install a new bathtub faucet to my guest bathroom and I called a few different plumbers to come and do things correctly. L&P quoted me a very reasonable price so I went with them.Fabian showed up on time, took one look at my problem and then gave me some options on what he could do. Because it wasnt terribly urgent and we werent sure if we were going to be remodeling he recommended that we just cap the pipe for the time being. After doing so (and re-installing a shower head so it worked better) he refused payment because it was such a simple job. I promised that when I did decide on what direction Id take hed be the person I would hire.Skip forward a year and I called Fabian to come back out to fix the plumbing completely. Again, the guy was on point every possible way. The faucet is now working flawlessly and the work was reasonably priced.I can not recommend L&P Plumbing enough. As long as I live in the Austin area, they will be my go to for anything plumbing related.Update:I hired L&P to come back and install a vanity or me. Alex showed up and custom fitted the plumbing to work with a somewhat difficult shelving configuration. He was excellent as was his work.

SO after a couple of overpriced quotes, I got a inquiry from a certain Alist website that L&P wanted to bid on my non emergency plumbing issue. I said yes and 5 min later got a call from the owner who asked pertinent questions and said that yes I needed a PRV valve installed in my yard along with a reasonable price for the job and an option for adding a easy cut-off value for the future. Quick turnaround, clean work , tech answered questions and dealt with minor issues. done fast as well. So hell yes I recommend them.

Tree roots were in my main sewer line. A friend highly recommended L&P - they were able to schedule a visit the same day, came exactly on time, and quickly diagnosed where the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and communicative, and determined that the broken part of the pipe was just barely past the property line. He ended up being 100% correct- the city confirmed this and took care of it. Previously had another plumbing company incorrectly diagnose it was on my property, and quoted me on what wouldve been a needless job. Fabian and his crew at L&P Plumbing did me a major solid a few months back. I was having some work done on a bathroom that required the toilet to be removed. The company doing the work sent their guy over without telling me, which meant I had to scramble to find a plumber to remove the toilet with 0 notice.After striking out with a couple of other companies (one of which was pretty rude about it), I tried L&P because they were close by and have good reviews on here. Well, theyve earned another good review from me! Fabian was able to get someone to the house in under an hour and, like the Nicolas Cage classic, that toilet was gone in 60 seconds. Best of all, he didnt even collect payment until I had scheduled the reinstallation. The service and the price were both excellent, and it gives me some real peace of mind knowing theres a good plumber I can call for future jobs. I highly recommend these guys!

Highly recommend L&P Plumbing! We recently hired them to replace all of our old cast iron pipes and sewer line. It was a huge and daunting job that was much less stressful than it could have been thanks to L&P. From the moment I reached out, Fabian was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. Victor knows his trade well and led an excellent team that is friendly, professional, qualified, and efficient. The excavation team worked quickly and afterward you could barely tell that our yard had been completely opened up to access the pipes. Victor and Brandon even went the extra mile to help us locate the source of an awful smell in one of our bathrooms that ended up being unrelated to plumbing. L&P does the job right and with integrity. We will definitely be reaching out to them in future with our plumbing needs.

Noticed a leak at our rental property right before a new tenant was to move in. It was also right before the freeze in Austin in early February. Made many frantic blind calls to various plumbers and plumbing companies in Austin (I dont live in Austin) and finally talked to a real person - Fabian- with L & P Plumbing. He went way beyond anything I expected after I described our issue. He actually went over to the house, crawled under to assess the problem, turned the water off so it wouldnt freeze, went back over a couple days later to turn water back on for the gas company and he did all this even before I committed to them doing the repair and without asking for my life history or a credit card number or a deposit. They were prompt, honest, fairly priced (as far as I know), did the repair quickly, worked with our tenant, and exhibited great customer service. I strongly recommend L & P Plumbing and will rely on them for our future plumbing issues.
