I own a boba tea shop business and I used his service twice to fix my back flow pipe . The first time the inside backflow pipe was broken and the second time was because Austin water carries too much trash and caused my pipe to open.He fixed both and I was able to get my business back to work. He has good price from his quotes and is very prompt at answering all the questions I have. I would definitely ask him for his help again.

They are very nice. I recently moved to Austin and one day our water heater started to leak and was spraying everywhere. We couldnt turn off the water because the water meter nob was too tight. I didnt know what to do so I called some plumbing companies, and even though H&S Backflow doesnt typically do my type of problem, the guy on the phone said he was on lunch break and could stop by. He showed up and helped us for free, turned off the water to stop the flooding! Thank God, and it seems Texas has some really caring people :)

Caleb & the team at H&S Backflow are absolutely amazing! As a new property manager, receiving a letter from the city can be a little overwhelming. Caleb took the time to explain the situation to me and answered all of my newbie questions. They were prompt, handled the test with ease and supplied a copy of the report all within 3 days of my initial call. HIGHLY Recommend this business!!

We called H&S for backflow testing. Michael came out and was great in helping find the backflow pipe (it was hidden/buried). He gave a heads up as he was on his way and was here when expected.With all the juggling we do with schedules, meetings, kids, etc people showing up on time earns 3-4 stars right there. The extra star is for professionalism and Michaels attitude of just looking to do right by his customer (me, in this case). Id call them again.
