Weve engaged their services twice in the past, and each time they have delivered high-quality, efficient service at an extremely fair price. Philip arrived earlier than expected, which was excellent, and immediately started working. After completing his work, he tested everything that he had fixed and pointed out a minor gasket issue so we would be aware of it. He assured us that it wasnt a major problem and could be addressed later, but we chose to have it fixed right away. Since he didnt have the necessary part, he made a quick run to the local hardware store in Austin, returned with the part, and swiftly completed the task. I cannot commend this plumbing company enough. They deliver excellent work, charge fair prices, and their service is prompt and friendly! The next time you require a plumber, give them a try. Youll be thankful that you did!

We are extremely satisfied with Colins work. We had a major leak in our second-floor toilet. Initially, Colin suggested taking out a portion of the first-floor ceiling to access the pipes, but we opted to just replace the upstairs wax seal under the toilet instead. Colin carried out our request professionally. However, as he initially predicted, the piping itself also needed repair in addition to the wax seal. When we noticed the persisting leak later, we contacted the plumbing service, and Colin returned promptly the next morning to fix the pipes in the ceiling. Leak problem solved! Colin undoubtedly has a deep understanding of his craft. His friendly demeanor, reasonable pricing, and quick response time left us thoroughly satisfied. We highly recommend this plumbing service!

The plumbing service I chose did a magnificent job setting up my new kitchen faucet, well pump, and pressure tank, so they were my immediate choice when I encountered a problem with my kitchen sink. The problem also involved my septic system, so I was grateful for their prompt recommendation to a proficient septic pumper who was excellent. Once the septic tank was emptied, I reached out to Colin and Philip from the plumbing service to finalize the resolution of the original kitchen sink issue. Colin assured me that they would be back to sort it out as soon as they could, and Bentley and his partner arrived within a couple of hours to clear the kitchen sink line and complete the repairs. It was a challenging situation, as the plumbing proved to be quite stubborn, but Bentley and his partner persisted until they had my kitchen up and running again within a few hours. I am immensely thankful for their excellent problem detection, their extra efforts in facilitating an excellent septic pumping referral, and their patience in explaining my complex plumbing system to me. I gained a lot of knowledge about my own property from these highly skilled and competent professionals!

I would definitely suggest Devin & Sons Plumbing. The heat trap on my water heater, a small 3 steel pipe poking out the top, had rusted and started to leak. I contacted various plumbers in austin, all asking for a flat fee of $125 to $150 just for a house visit. Philip, from the company, gave me some good news - they only charge a $45 travel fee and bill for parts and every 15 minutes of work. That was a relief to hear. Furthermore, a team under the lead of Bentley happened to be nearby, so Philip assured me he would send them straight away. They arrived in less than an hour. Bentley took a look at the heater, explained in simple terms what the issue was, and how he intended to fix it. It took him 45 minutes to finish the job. I handed them a check, feeling the cost was quite fair from a realistic perspective. Issue resolved! Swiftly and professionally, and for a more reasonable price.

When the second tool wasnt effective, he paused for a moment and considered that perhaps the first tool might now work. Despite having used the first tool for a lengthy period of time, he returned to it once more with a unique approach. This time, it was successful. Eric was relentless and showed commendable perseverance and professionalism in finding a solution. His manners were impeccable and he was very respectful. This plumbing service is absolutely stellar!! Philip is a top-notch foreman who ensures everything runs smoothly! They executed a drain connection repair right in the middle of a busy street, addressing an issue mandated by the city. They dug a nine-foot-deep trench in the center of the road, employing an excavator, numerous trucks, and several plumbers and laborers. They successfully cleared out parked cars, carried out the work, and coordinated with a city inspector to check the repaired connection before filling the trench back up. They also restored the entire road surface to its original state, placing cones around the area to protect it from traffic until it was properly set. They even took photos, videos, and provided documentation for my insurance reimbursement. This plumbing team did a monumental job effortlessly and at an unbeatable price. Theyre fantastic and i highly recommend them!

I refrained from writing a review immediately to ascertain the durability of the jobs done and I must say, thus far everything is holding up perfectly. All tasks were carried out professionally, promptly and fairly, and everything is still functioning well. My first encounter with them involved a distorted exit line for our septic field. This was a result of incorrect installation. Jalen and his team were quick, fair and responsive. Not only did they replace and rectify the exit line, but they also made essential improvements to ensure its future durability and hassle-free operation. The second time, our old well pump finally gave up. Bentley had us back to normal in no time. My most recent interaction was more of a chance encounter at a local home improvement store. While I was checking out plumbing supplies, I ran into Keith from the team. I casually mentioned a DIY plumbing job I was working on (an exterior hose bib). Keith not only gave me some spontaneous plumbing advice and guidance but also provided a few minor missing components that the store had run out of at the time. Recently, we required their expert services to rectify a subpar plumbing job done by a different contractor during our bathroom renovation. The new bathtub we had installed was not draining as swiftly as our previous one. Jalen and Keith, the professionals from the plumbing company, were both highly professional and respectful, always taking care to wear shoe covers when entering our home. They needed to replace our new bathtubs drain, overflow, and p-trap, all accessed from the floor beneath. The task was completed in an impressively reasonable amount of time, and the results were outstanding! Moreover, their pricing was very fair and competitive. Prior to their intervention, the tub would take almost 7 minutes to drain. However, thanks to their efforts, it now drains 4 minutes faster! We wholeheartedly endorse this plumbing company.

The same day i called, philip from the plumbing service arrived and skillfully checked seven possible leak sources. although none were found to be the issue during his visit because the water had stopped flowing, there were signs of water damage hiding behind the walls, which we couldnt detect just by looking. with my approval, he had to make a few cuts in the drywall to find the water service lines. after he was done, he cleaned up the area and put together a great report. if anything changes, hell be there for a follow-up. this all happened in austin.

Colin was the plumber who came to help us out today. he was very thorough about explaining what was wrong and gave us different solutions to our plumbing problems. he also took a look at other stuff we were curious about and was able to provide us with options and estimates for getting those tasks done. we needed a faucet repaired and a garbage disposal installed, and we also had a problem with our bathtub drain. we couldnt sort out the drain issue today because of the kind of plumbing we have, but colin gave us plenty of alternatives to make sure we could resolve the issue soon. well be using this plumbing service for all our future needs in austin.

About a year ago, when we relocated to Austin, we were aware that the 30-year-old oil boiler in our new residence would require a replacement. We consulted with Jalen from Devin & Sons Plumbing, who suggested transitioning from oil to a more efficient gas system. After delving a little deeper, we concluded that was the best route to take. Jalen and his team did an excellent job assisting us with the removal of our old oil tanks, fitting the new gas system, and shifting our house over to it. They had no problem accommodating our pre-planned vacation which fell right in the middle of the project, nor did they have any issues dealing with the other ongoing home improvement endeavors we had at the same time. Ill certainly contact them if I need any plumbing work in the future.

The leak was fixed with a unique, expandable tubing that can prevent any freezing issues. They filled the hole with concrete to seal it. They accomplished all of this in roughly 5 hours, displaying professionalism throughout, including their tidy-up. What an excellent plumbing service. we had a drip from the whirlpool in our main bathroom. i rang them up and they responded, arranging for a plumber named keith to swing by within a couple of days. he turned up as planned, shooting over a text before his arrival. he patiently heard us out about the issue, threw in some queries, then proceeded to troubleshoot. he then explained his thoughts on what might be the cause, using photographs he had snapped, suggested the fixes and put forward the cost. keith fixed it, demonstrated the revamped plumbing joints and tubes, and conducted checks to confirm the issue was resolved. it feels amazing to receive such top-notch service from a plumbing company you can rely on. for me, if we ever experience any plumbing problems in the future, this will be the service ill be reaching out to!

Dont bother with anyone else, Devin & Sons Plumbing is the best. Others might overcharge and not deliver quality work. Their plumber Keith did work on 2 bathrooms, 4 sinks, a dishwasher, laundry facilities, a water heater, and an outdoor hose bib in approximately 6 hours. He would have finished earlier but he had to rectify some damaged drain pipes and replace a sink drain, which another plumber incorrectly installed in the shower. Some plumbers need to pause their work to answer phone calls. Not Keith. He uses a headset, allowing him to communicate with customers even when hes in the middle of a task, such as working in a crawl space with tools in both hands. Honestly, hes the only one youd want for a replumbing job from polybutylene to PEX. Simply the best.

Ive been using this plumbing service for years. i choose them because theyre real pros who show up when they say they will, do the job they promised, and always leave my place looking better than it was before. today, colin came to put in a new shower head. he took the time to hear about what we had tried to do ourselves and then walked us through how he planned to finish the job. he even took care of getting rid of the old shower head and its packaging. whether its pest control, gardening, electrical work or plumbing - theyve handled it all for me over time.
