    Great service from Benji and his team! I had my annual heating tuneup. I opted for the membership where you pay monthly throughout the year and get a heating and air-conditioning tuneup twice a year. They changed my seven filters throughout the house, which I was very happy for since I have some tall ceilings in-some rooms. They even fixed my roof heating flute that was bent. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

    Prompt service, appreciate the thoroughness of Jorges diagnostics and work. What made all the difference for me was Jorge explaining the nature of the issue with my furnace and the transparency / honesty of the repair.     Ricky and Matt diagnosed our issue quickly and thoroughly. They were able to fix our broken sewer pipe very quickly and showed us exactly what the issue was and also walked us through the fix. They even suggested that the city come out to fix a connecting pipe while they had everything open. The city came out within thirty minutes and helped make sure that the repairs were 100%.     Very satisfied with the plumbing service. I was able to quickly get a tech out. Our tech, Thomas, was very nice, clearly explained the issue and all options.     Champion came in clutch! AC went out 8pm at night and we called them the minute they opened and the lady on the phone was very nice. They sent Bill who showed up just after 8am and was super nice and kind and explained absolutely everything to us. My wife was there in person and had me on speaker phone and he answered any and all questions with no problem. He diagnosed our issue and had our AC up and running by 9am. Easy fix and even educated us on how to maintain and treat small issues that may arise. Would recommend Bill to anyone, great guy. Thanks Champion! You saved us and allowed the wife to sleep peacefully during the day so she could get rest for her night shift at the hospital.

    Matt and the whole team at Champion were outstanding. Iā€™ve had a lot of projects Iā€™ve had to tackle at my house lately and have interacted and worked with numerous companies lately. The professionalism and timely manner in which Champion communicates stands out far above the rest. It feels like half the people Iā€™ve seen recently donā€™t want the job. They forget to send a quote, they forget to follow up, they forget to order the part or they just straight up ghost. Not so with this company. Not only was the installation of my filtration and softener done impeccably by Matt, but the company itself was eager to schedule and get the work done. Refreshing! It was also nice to get something for the house I ā€œwantedā€, not just needed to do or fix. Everything a couple weeks later is working perfectly. Nothing has needed to be looked at again or adjusted. Also, Matt is just a really nice guy and was a pleasure to work with. And with 2 dogs, itā€™s always nice to have another dog person in your house! Champion will be my go to company for anything AC/plumbing related from now on.

    Our technician, Angel, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help us get our AC repaired during the hot summer. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions and even helped us save money by explaining how their membership worked. The call representative was also very sweet and helpful. 10/10 all around.

    Kevin Garcia 146 and his installation crew partner showed up on time as they promised and he spent time explaining the process to me and answered all of my questions before they started. The crew was very nice, professional, and kept our house as clean as possible during the job.Billy Hernandez 104 who helped put our estimate together was very thorough and professional taking the time to fully inspect our existing system which enabled him to find an issue from our old system that needed to be resolved.     Great service from my first call to request a service check (Service Technician Michael) and placing the order for the new unit with Eddie Montalvo. Go Green wasnā€™t pushy about selling me something I didnā€™t need, totally professional personnel. Everyone from the AC Technicians (installers) Jesus Panduro and Hernan Hernandez to Eddie Montalvo (Home Comfort Advisor) are total professionals! The job took about 6 hours. Everyone communicated well and my new unit was installed effortlessly. They covered my carpet so that they wouldnā€™t track dirt everywhere and used booties for their shoes. What I really liked was that everyone double-checked all their work and made sure it was perfect. I give them 5 stars for their professionalism, courtesy and communication.!!!!UPDATE!!!!Its been 4 years and the system is running like a beast! Today is 7/6/2023, Im adding this additional information about the 2X a year annual (summer and winter) check. My wife and I joined the Champion AC & Plumbing Shield Membership (Thank you to Amy Abernethy!) Awesome deal!!!Frank Barbera, Certified Technician completed the maintenance check and did a fantastic job! Frank is professional, courteous and very prompt.I received my invoice which included detailed information, including pictures of my AC outdoor unit with the readings on the tools Frank used and a check off sheet showing what was completed. Love this!!!!!!!!!UPDATE!!!!!!!!Today was my winter check up and the certified technician Osmin Orellana came out and did an exceptional job!! Mr Orellana was very knowledgeable and asked if I had any questions and listened to my concerns. He was happy and sociable and made the visit a breeze.     I canā€™t adequately express how pleased I am with Champion and Will Kamenitsa along with his partner. I called for a simple valve repairs but Chris suggested we check out the water heater. It was rusted out and ready to fail. They did both repairs the same day and saved me a future nightmare. You get what you pay for and while Champion is not the least expensive plumber out there I will never use another company.

    AJ sold me on working with Champion. I liked how AJ was the one who came out to give me an estimate and AJ was also the one who came out to do the work. Nothing ever goes perfectly smoothly on these jobs but AJ was able to meet and overcome every obstacle and now I have a brand new hot water heater and a new valve controlling the overall incoming water to the house. Ive signed up for the monthly membership and look forward to having AJ take care of my HVAC and plumbing needs going forward. Thanks man!!

    Jorge found a lot of old fiberglass insulation in the blower.. Iā€™ve had the unit checked every year for 3 years with other companies and no one ever noticed the fiberglass, which looks like itā€™s been there a long time. I appreciate the photos he took and his removing the old insulation. Thank you for doing a thorough job! Best of all it was at no cost to me with the Champion AC & Plumbing membership.

    Champion rocks! They acquired the company that installed my AC system (Go Green) several years ago and I have been nothing but happy with their service and knowledge. I was excited when they added plumbing. Now they inspect my AC and plumbing every few months and keep things running smoothly. Worth noting - unlike Radiant, Champion wont over charge you or try to sell you on stuff you dont need.

    Was I in a full blown panic and thought Iā€™d have to sell my house? Yes. Does their name of being Champions live up to the hype? If anything it undersells them. AJ came to my place same day in his shining white horse of a van and literally saved the day. My toilet has never flushed more gently and better.     Fantastic response time and service by Thomas A. for an emergency-level problem: plumbing leak on the city inlet line in our front yard causing a small fountain flooding the yard. We received emergency response time by virtue of our service contract with Champion and they were here within an hour. Thomas dug a hole in our yard, found the cracked PVC, replaced a section with better quality PEX, pressure tested for no further leaks, filled the hole, and we had the water back on within 4 hours of the initial call (including a trip across town for some special parts for our ā€œspecialā€ plumbing). Thomas was a great guy and very professional. Great job!

    The plumber Champion sent out ā€”Thomas Sā€” is hands down the most helpful and personable plumbing professional Iā€™ve ever dealt with (quite a few at age 60). Thomas showed genuinely interest in getting the best outcome for me given my situation with a short time-frame and budget, and I felt like I was talking to a family member. He was exceptionally thorough and diligent in inspecting and assessing my problem and went to extra time and trouble to check out several additional things Iā€™d brought up that he wanted to make sure were okay. He noticed, asked questions about, and called my attention to multiple things other plumbers had never bothered to mention. Thomas was on the level with me and offered me good advice and tips on several things. He was generous with his time and knowledge to help me understand important aspects I wouldnā€™t have know to ask about. You will be in great hands with Thomas!

    I had a great experience with Champion AC & Plumbing. I had a tune-up of my AC system done Peter Hernandez, he was very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining everything to me with detailed photos. I had no idea that mold had started to grow, he explained to me some of the options without trying to sell me anything. I decided to go with one of their products, he completed the installation on the same day and Iā€™m highly satisfied with the service and totally recommend this company.

    Angel was super wonderful and helpful! We called in the AM and he came out around 2:00 pm. Diagnosed the problem, gave us advice on continuing to maintain and we were up and running by 3:00! He was also very kind, polite and knowledgeable!One piece that has room for improvement is the after hours emergency line- we called the previous night bc our hvac was leaking and the water had collected causing water damage. We spoke with a woman on the phone who took all of our information and told us we would receive a call back that evening. My fiancĆ© waited up, but no call came. Around 10:00 am the next morning we still had not heard anything, so I called the main line. They were great and super responsive- but if we had waited for the emergency line to get back to us, weā€™d still be without AC. So- recommendation- call during open hours.

    Peter Hernandez did a very thorough fall HVAC maintenance service - so thorough he uncovered a tiny return filter that had been hidden in a duct. It was totally black with dirt, and clearly had not been changed for a very long time. He also installed (and sealed) a UV light to deal with any mold that might be present.     Great job today by Angel Morales. He was thorough, explained and showed me photos of both my units and answered all questions. Best routine maintenance technician I have ever had.Great installation of a new HVAC system today by Raul and Jose. They arrived on time, worked in a hot attic and outside on a day when highs were around 106 with a great attitude and no complaints and successfully removed my old system and installed a new one. They were very careful, removing paintings on the wall they were concerned they might hit, rehung them after installation and cleaned up extremely well when they were finished. They made sure the system was operating well before leaving and showed me the basic way they set up the thermostat. The only thing they were not able to do is to help with the complete set up of the thermostat options to my preferences, referring me to the manual. I hope this business offers someone who can come out and help me set up the thermostat so I can enjoy all the features offered by this great new system as I am not technically savvy. Great experience overall!

    No one wants to walk into a hot home. If you do, call Champion. Benji was thorough with his inspection, arrived timely, and the tool Champion has to track the tech is awesome!When Benji arrived he walked in and got to work immediately, setting expectations around the process, what his visit would look like and was respectful of my time. He did the work efficiently, showed me photos, explained the fees, and gave details of the their servicing plans. I never felt sold, I only felt I would be better prepared.WOW how did I not post thisā€¦ well I have ANOTHER ONE!Today Brandon came out and he wowed me again. Gave me proper updates to feel involved in the process and let me know I had options to keep from changing my filter monthly. I love that I purchased a plan to be proactive and love that they called me to receive the service I paid for. Thatā€™s good service and it cost me nothing!

    I really appreciate the time and effort Jorge put into ensuring my air conditioner is ready for the summer months ahead. He kept me abreast while conducting his insurrection, and made preventative recommendations to help extend the overall health of my unit. The last time I had a company come out and conduct an inspection as a part of a maintenance plan the guy told me I urgently needed to get a while new unit because i had a massive freon leak. Thank goodness I got second opinion. That was over 5 years ago. I am definitely getting my moneys worthy from Champion AC and Plumbings Annual Maintenance Plan!!! Each technician that comes out as been amazing!!! Thanks Champion AC and Plumbing!!!

    Had a previous company come out for yearly maintenance and they hooked the capacitor up wrong after replacing the bracket for me. The fan was going but the compressor wasnā€™t kicking on. Billy from Champion came out and noticed the problem and was only charged the trip fee. He didnā€™t try to scam me into a new compressor or anything dishonest! Highly recommend Champion for your HVAC needs.

    As always, Champion AC & Plumbing did a great job on our semi-annual check up. Additionally, our thermostat was repaired, and a surge protector was installed at a very reasonable rate. The technician, Jorge Mendoza, was very respectful, courteous. and professional. We highly recommend Champion.

    We recently had a water line break after a landscaping company punctured it. I called Champion and explained the situation, which included having a 3 week old baby and recovering mother in the house; this was a bit of an emergency for us. They were extremely quick to get Sean K. sent over to our house. Sean got right to work and even worked through the pouring rain to make sure we had running water this evening. We are super appreciative of Sean K. and Champion for helping us out in what was bit of a scary situation for us new parents.

    Peter Hernandez did a thorough inspection of our heater & found mold forming. He suggested having a dual UV lights out in to eliminate the mold & prevent future mold forming.     Our AC was working fine but we were worried about some condensation we were seeing on two of our registers. Elian showed up with the window specified, checked extensively, provided additional sealing, and reassurance that everything is A-OK.     1. Overall, I thought Will did a good job.2. However, when I discovered after he left that the Floodstop for which Champion charged me $646 was LESS THAN HALF of that price on Amazon, I had a sick feeling in my gut. Price gouging to the max: you suckered me!!3. Although I canā€™t say enough good about Alex and the HVAC services he provides, I certainly do not have the same ā€œwarm fuzzyā€ feelings about the Plumbing side of Champion.
