Unfortunately, my water heater had to be replaced, but luckily, it was still covered under warranty. The team took the lead in helping me secure a refund for the faulty unit. The new water heater was installed swiftly and efficiently. This company is notably respectful towards veterans and the elderly, and I would definitely endorse their services. Ive got a pair of experiences to share about a certain plumbing company... firstly, they did an awesome job at my mothers place when she discovered a leak within her walls following a flood caused by storms. she dialed many plumbers, and this company was the only one that arrived promptly and resolved her issue. then, after summoning numerous plumbers to repair the plumbing in the restroom at my workplace, i chose to call the same company since they did such a wonderful job at my moms place. and yet again, they were the only ones who could complete the task. they were punctual, amiable and actually addressed the issue. i couldnt ask for more!! a full 5 stars!!

Short version - top-notch plumber, excellent work, will definitely hire again if required. Detailed version - I was dealing with an old leaking heating valve that needed to be replaced. There were no isolation valves nearby, which a prior plumber should have installed, so it was going to be a tricky task. I gave a call to the plumbing company and had a nice chat about my issue. I scheduled a time for the plumber to come over and give an estimate. He came, inspected my system and explained to me that since there were no isolation valves anywhere, the entire system would need to be drained and the cost to replace the single valve would be high. He suggested we wait until more things failed or until we decided to take on a bigger project. We later discussed a future project about replacing the zone valves, adding circulators and headers. We even talked about approximate costs, so I had an idea of what I was getting into. A month or so later, the valve started leaking more severely, so I called to schedule a visit from the plumber. It was getting chilly and I wanted this taken care of during the day to avoid staying in a hotel or purchasing several heaters. The plumber came over to discuss the project again, ensuring we were on the same page and that hed have everything needed for the project. The lady who managed the scheduling was very professional and helpful. She even called me back when I didnt leave a voicemail after my call went unanswered. This impressed me and reassured me that I was dealing with a good company. A mere few hours after reaching out for help, our plumber was at our doorstep ready to tackle the task of removing our old water heater and replacing it with a new one. The store from which we bought the new heater had assured us of a next-day installation at 8:00 a.m., but after three days without hot water, we were still left hanging. All our inquiries were met with vague promises and a lack of follow-through. We reached out to every available plumber, but the earliest anyone could assist would leave us without hot water for a staggering eight days! In our desperation, we called this plumbing service and they immediately sent out a plumber who arrived within just a few hours. He got straight to work and had us back up and running in no time. The plumber installed the water heater efficiently and in a timely manner. After the job was done, he left the area spotless, even taking the old tank and all the trash from the installation with him. He was not only professional but also very friendly. I had a problem with a gas leak from the pipes outside my house that were connected to my outdoor grill and pool heater. i dialed a number i found on google and was quickly answered by a guy. i didnt have to hold the line for a long time waiting to get my call answered, which was great because it showed that the company was quick to respond. they booked me in for a visit on the same day and kept me updated about what time theyd be arriving and if they were on their way. they didnt charge me for diagnosing the problem and providing an estimate, which i was really thankful for as this kind of work isnt cheap and i was on a tight budget. once the estimate was done, they scheduled the actual repair for the following day and sent another guy to do the job. he was meticulous, professional, polite, and friendly. he did a fantastic job! when the gas guy came to inspect the gas and check for leaks, there was no leak to be found! it was all fixed! if youre in need of a reliable plumber in austin whos reasonably priced and wont rip you off, plus does a great job, you have to give these guys a call!

Unfortunately, they only discovered a small leak, not the main one that was causing our meter to race. The diligent workers, however, didnt stop there. They continued excavating in our yard until they located the primary source of the leak, which the leak detection team missed. They also took care of our PRV, which had likely sustained damage during the leak detection process. Were extremely satisfied with their service and intend to rely on them for any future plumbing needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Brett & Sons Plumbing LLC. i was their final assignment for the day. The worker was able to fix both leaks and replace parts as necessary. He was diligent, fast, and a pleasure to converse with. i was hesitant to request him to install 3 stoppers and inserts in my main bathroom, but he did it effortlessly. During the process, some of the old pipes disintegrated. However, he had the spare parts and got everything functioning perfectly. They will be my go-to plumbers from now on. A certain company tasked a plumbing service to fix a gas leak in my line. The leak was happening underground, before reaching the meter, and it was evident due to the hissing sound and the smell of natural gas. I wasnt familiar with this plumbing service before, but I wouldnt hesitate to hire them again. Instead of disturbing the concrete patio area, we decided to move the meter approximately 8-10 ft away, on the other side of the AC unit. They even reseeded my lawn after backfilling. Im truly impressed by their professionalism, the quality of the repair, and the speed with which the entire process was completed. Our water heater broke down, so we reached out to our home warranty service. The local plumber they dispatched quoted us an additional $1100 to install a new water heater and bring everything up to code. i decided to look for alternatives and contacted a hardware store. They dispatched a plumber from a different company to austin. The plumber assigned to our case, lets call her jane, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We communicated via text, with me sending her images of my old water heater and specifying the model i wanted as a replacement. Jane quickly provided a quote over text. She then sent over an email with a contract from the hardware store, and i proceeded to pay my deposit. The actual repair work was carried out by a very polite and competent young man, lets call him john. He did an amazing job fixing our water heater. john was polite, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all my questions as he worked. hes a real professional. Our overall experience with the hardware store and the plumbing company was quick, friendly, and professional. In contrast, the home warranty services plumber was terrible and tried to overcharge us. Im glad i went with the hardware stores recommendation. The entire process was stress-free, reasonably priced, and the quality of work was top-notch. It seems like the home warranty service was the real issue here. The plumbing company was fantastic, and i wouldnt hesitate to use them again.
