Update: I just had Brad do some work on my mothers house. Again, Brad was great and efficient. If he is available, you would be lucky to get him to work for you. Call Brad first before you call anyone else.Cant say enough good things about this guy.Ive used Brad three times at a commercial building Im in charge of. Two times it was a breeze, Brad got the job done no problem. On one occasion the problem was a little more complex, it involved the sewer line going to the street. Brad came, did what he could in the hope it would be a cheap fix. Sadly it wasnt. The problem came back so I called Brad and he connected me with the people who could fix our issue. Very helpful.You honestly cant ask for more from a plumber. Hes honest, hes prompt, and he is very straightforward. My biggest worry is that once people learn how reliable he is, hell get booked up. Good guys can be hard to find.

We had a great experience with Brad. He completed 4-5 small projects in the kitchen and bathrooms. One of the faucets he replaced in the bathroom wasnt working properly a few days later and he came back the same day I called to replace the part and did not charge us for parts or labor. He was timely, quick, and polite. We try to support small local business as much as we can and will definitely call Brad again.

Brad did a great job and took the time to really understand and solve our plumbing problems. Wed had no fewer than three other plumbers who had come out previously and proposed everything from Its hopeless, just live with it, to $6000 to excavate and lay all new pipe. Brad actually knew how (or at least was honest enough) to fix our existing fixtures, and was done in about an hour. Did I mention he was also super nice?

Brad came out to my house on a freezing December morning and replaced my owner cutoff valve at the street. Hes super no nonsense, so if youre looking for touchy feely, go talk to the guy walking the plumbing aisle at Home Depot. Hes done a couple of other jobs for me in the past, and I wouldnt call anyone else.
